Excellent customer care, very helpful, and friendly =) I really enjoyed the unique assortment of gift bags they offer, and got a good deal on a Batman piñata which was also well made took a while for it to be completely shattered. All around great experience =)

Zero stars if I could. I bought 2 pinatas and rented some chairs and tables on a Tuesday for a party on Saturday. When I went to pick up the pinatas on Friday the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay for the tables and chairs, since I was in a rush I told her I would pay on Saturday when I picked them up. There are only 2 employees working there since I have been there. When I went on Saturday to pick up the tables and chairs the cashier told me that I didnt have a reservation. I explained to her that the first cashier told me I could pay today (Saturday), but the second cashier said I dont know what to to tell you, she didnt tell me anything. I dont have anything for you. I asked if she had anything to rent me without a reservation, and she said no. What really got me was she didnt even try to make it better, or apologize, she was just extremely rude and told me she didnt have anything. I was mad and frustrated, but instead of yelling I just told her to her face that I would never do business in that establishment again, and she told me that she didnt care. I walked out and went somewhere else.Maam, if you are reading this and you see any part of this review as false, or exaggerated please reach out to me, and I will gladly take down any part that is not true. Furthermore I would love to hear your version of things as to how I made a reservation on Tuesday, you called me to confirm, your employee tells me I can pay Saturday, then when I show up Saturday youre just mean and have no reservation. Please explain to me how that works.

Loved the ladies they are very attentive very nice they are low in stock but they defiantly have plus size costumes the prices are reasonable pricing the same as any retail they allow you to try on the costume. Most of the costumes also come with assecories. Overall a great expórtenle!!

I have never rented chairs where they didnt help to load or unload them. Experience a nasty attitude when I asked if they could unload the chairs, she said we could do it together. I will never rent Anything from this company ever again

Terrible attention and they gave me the oldest piñata they had, all full of dust it looked like it had not been sold for years, it looked very old.
