Got my nails done here with my mom, very happy with their service. Got them in pink gell & my mom gell lavender.

I’m not one to give reviews especially one like this but this nail salon was the worst one Ive ever been to. The moment I walked in the workers gave us dirty looks and were super rude the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable. They took really long on my nails and they came out really bad, I had to go to a different nail salon right after to get them fixed. I’m so disappointed.

They cut me bad on three fingers. And made my nails way too short. The amount they charge is not worth the quality of the nails. Their shape is not good. Very cricked and there are nails that are longer than others.

I love this nail shop, all employees as well as owners are very friendly, courteous, and care about that clients. Im never disappointed or dissatisfied. My feet, nails ect looks forward to the pampering every other week! !! Thanks fantastic nails you truly live up to your NAME! !!

Walked in and right away ladies were very rude and pushy seems like they didnt even want to have business. Would not recommend. They give you bad faces for just walking in. Not welcoming or nice to you even if you are being nice to them.

Never again they take their time and fill with the least amount of acrylic, my nails were super thin after all the filing down. It took over a hour just to fill, I had to leave so I had to leave without polish and they charged me 20 for a fill! Not worth it. I would never recommend this place.

Best place to get your nails done. Sometimes there is a wait but its worth it.

Had an appointment at 6 with Tina. I was told I could see someone else or wait for two other girls to go before me. Never wasting my time here again.

Went to this place on my day off trying to find a new local spot... Huge mistake. The second we walked in the door we saw huge Roches and the smell was godawful. The ladies were rude, too. I do not recommend this place.

My friend and I went there for pedicures (which were ok), but the owner or main manicurist was so rude it was incredible. We said no to an extra and was charged for it anyway. I said ok, its fine just charge it. Im not going to argue for $5. The main lady started making a giant scene saying she hates customers like us and saying she doesnt want to argue. Meanwhile I said its ok charge it many times while she is ranting loudly and rudely to the point that the customer she was working on said She said its ok, just charge. Super unprofessional and just rude.

They dont close at 10 I arrived at 9 and the lady shut the door on me. She was also very rude and while I was talking to her she turned around and walked away..

I’m usually not one to give reviews because I know my own business so I know how hard it can be to Run a business. Buuuut I had time today ! So I called at 530 and asked if they had any availability . A gentleman answered the phone said we’re just finishing up with clients how far are you ? I said 2 min away . I get there and said hey just called for two pedicures and a mani . The owner who sits at the front table said ok honey we’ll be right with you . I told her ok it’s my birthday so I want to get in and out . She said no prob we’ll take care of you . A hour goes by and they are still working on the same people they said they were finishing up with . Then the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone ran the water for me to soak my feet. I sat in just water for another 30 min . When I asked if I could at least have soap in my water a tech said to me your gonna have to wait we I’m busy with an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and started to talk about me in her native tongue . Now I’m irritated . Then 2 women who came in after me were seated and taken care of while I’m still waiting . So now it’s 720 and my feet are just getting started . Took the tech an hour to do my feet. Now if it was a god job I wouldn’t be complaining how long she took . But I didn’t get callus removal because how long she took them they look like I could of did it myself and I top up that she made my big toe bleed and when I tried to tell her hey that needs more paint or your hurting me she replied with I speak noEnglish . Oh and by the way by this time the second pedi I requested for my sister is just getting started. Long story short we left with two mediocre nail jobs and I ended up just getting a polish change cuz there was no Time to get my manicure . So we were out by 830 pm . I’m a very generous tipper but they didn’t deserve it !!! I won’t be going back ! If you have 3 hrs to spend on gettting a mani and pedi then this is def the place for you !

My sister and I went to get our nails done. My sister made an app to see Tina. They told her she had to wait for two other ppl despite her appointment. The person who did my nails kept leaving to take a break. We waited another ten minutes for her to take a third break and charge me. It was cheap 28 dollars for gel nails. Then she tells me cash only. Never going back!!!!

Horrible experience. They had very bad costumer service. They did many things wrong, starting off with the fact that me and my daughter realized they were talking about us in their language and laughing. Second off I asked for my nails to be shortened more and she completely ignored me stating that the size she made them were fine. So she basically did what she wanted instead of what I was asking to be done and I was upset because I was the one paying. Then after I got home I noticed she didnt even paint the whole nail. I would rate this zero stars if I could, hated it completely.
