Had my nails done yesterday. I love them, so pretty. I didnt get to get the ladys name who did my nail set or pedicure. But i do remember their faces. When I get their names, i will put another post to recommend.

It was so bad!! Never coming back! They wanted to charge me $10 just for as-atone. Terrible, I do not recommend. Wanted to charge be 75 for Short nails, With a white tip. If I could give it a 0 I would!

This place is okay. I like the nail work they do but the only thing Im always left feeling dissatisfied with is the quality work when it comes to their cuticle care.

HORRIBLEEEEE PLACEE!!!! Waited an hour and finally they call me in to just sit me in a pedicure chair and again wait for someone to start me when another customer walks in sits for a pedi and they start her when I was there before!!!!

Be aware! pedicure tools arent sterilized properly, i got a nail and skin infection ... I also had an appointment to do my eyelashes, the lady didn’t want to wait for me since I had and emergency and I lost 50 dollars on deposit .. They take money from you, Don’t trust this place ....

I went to this place for nails and took into consideration they are usually busy so I called to put my name then once i came about 20 minutes later I was seated to get my nails done right away. The nail tech I went with was Henry and he did really good! I showed him a photo of how i wanted them and he did them exact and if not better! I will definitely go back and recommend!

I stop coming for a whileI wanted to give this place a Second chance.One of My complaints is why You can’t Wait seating down into you get your feet dry and when your feet get damage they don’t want to fix it.Also the girl in the front is so rude, Bad customer service. And she always charges you extra $ ask for the prices before you pay.

Clean and covid updated. A little pricey for my wallet but still left satisfied with how my nails turned out.

Great relaxing ambiance. Clean and neat. Absolutely geared towards making every client feel welcome and special. I was received by a friendly face and was seated promptly. The prices are reasonable and the ladies working on you are very friendly and what I liked most, are very attentive to details. Talked to co-workers and they too agree that this nail salon is one to recommend.

Ashley is the best for natural looking lash extensions. I’ve been going to her for a little over 3 years and the quality, timeliness, and her professionalism are why I continue to remain a loyal customer. Ashley is kind and gives you her honest recommendations based on the amount of natural lashes that you already have. Her schedule fills up pretty fast, so I highly recommend scheduling at least 1 week in advance.

Nick did amazing work

I call in before to get an appointment with Brian and they tell me that he is doing nails and if I want I can call later to put my name down. I call an hour and a half later and they tell me hes not doing nails anymore. Very bad customer service and I got ready on my only day off for nothing. This is like the 5th time it happens.

I got acrylic nails and one came off a week later. They use cheap products. The guy who did my nails was nice but he rushed his job and didn’t do it right. I tried to call them but no answer. Unprofessional

I absolutely love Ashleys work! Not only is she kind and makes sure you are comfortable, she does an amazing job on eyelash extensions. I am on week 3 and need a fill for a fuller look, but they could definitely last about a month! You will definitely love your eyelashes!

Arrive 30 minutes before closing which maybe was my mistake. But I felt like the guy that did my nails rush so he can go home. I had air bubble on one nail and also he didnt measure to see if the were the same size. But the lady who did my eye brows I have no complaints cause she did my eyebrows really really good!

Ashley is the best! I go usually every 3 weeks to get a refill and I get compliments all the time on how natural my lashes look. I highly recommend her.

It was my first time coming in here and no lie I waited more then 1 hr and everyone else who came after me was going in before me.. I just don’t understand I specifically ask how I wanted my nails which I ask for coffin and I got straight skinny nails... never again

Giving them 2 stars because they have some really good technicians and some really bad technicians. 1st time I went, I was very impressed and satisfied with the service. The last time was very unsatisfying... asked for callus removal and got an extremely painful exfoliation process with no pre-softening process. First time ever experiencing this at this salon, I asked why some are having a pre-softening soak and I wasnt given that service they said bc every technician has their own way of doing things... this is scary and bad for business as management does not enforce consistency and lets their technicians go rouge. Also, they said next time to tell them what I want, how the F was I supposed to know that management does not enforce a process to maintain consistency? I will go back one more time and ask for a really good technicians that clients request for good service... just because its local I would like to keep going to this place... but also pay for the right services.

I just came to get one nail fixed Waited over 20mins only to find out iwould have to wait 20mins more. When its other times that ive came in and they fixed other girls nails before even callin me. They are unfair & dont care about the customers

This place is horrible!! If I could I would give it no star at all! The supervisor was rude. The pedi I got here left me toes hurting for weeks and the color kept coming off. I had to come back more than twice for them to fix it and the guy still wanted to charge me. This is horrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here!! Trust me, the first couple of times they make you feel important but after that they dont really care!

Im a frequent client here, I spent more that $150 every month in this place, and I come here because some of the employees are really good. Im so disappointed because every time that I come here I always get the same thing and the price always changes, today to save money I didnt get gel on my nails and toes, I got regular. According to them they charge for gel $10 extra so I was expecting to at least $15 and surprisingly they charge me only $6 less. I pay (Like always) but this time I asked why they change the prices (Last time that I came was 2 weeks ago) the person in charge WAS SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!! ( RYAN)I showed him my bank statement with the last charge and he told me he doesnt have records so he didnt know if I was lying or maybe I forgot what I Got, can you believe it??? Im the customer, I told him how much I spend every month here. He doesnt have any customer service skills. He told I was lying, I still can believe it!! I hope I can get in contact with the owner or the manager, I have my bank statements and my world!!! For sure Im going to dispute the charge with my bank...

As with most salons, expect 30-40 min wait on the weekend. Had a fill & shape change & pedi. On the pedi, ice cold water,extremely quick soak less than 5 mins. Nails were ok. Charge $1 to pay with a card.

Cutting edge of nail salons...clean...rapid and offering array of cosmetics...brows blazing...lashes...waxing...Nail technicians were rapid and efficient...Restroom was clean and refereshing...had a lavender scent...creating a calmness effect on you...Enjoyed the powder gel/acrylic nails...

This one guy worker was incredibly rude to my 2 year old child telling her to “shut up” multiple times and made her cry by yelling in her face. I mean who does that to a little girl. Very rude and as a mom it feels absolutely horrible when an ADULT makes my child cry. Do not recommend this place, it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and just so angry that they would treat an innocent child that way.

It just depends who you go with, the first couple times i went i was so satisfied but recently i got someone who didnt pay attention to what she was doing and alot of my nails were crooked i think its a nice environment they sanitize thier tools but you just need to find the best nail tech

I waited for 1hr when it was finally my turn i had to wait an additional 15 mins to have contact with the person that was suppose to do my nails. When we interacted I told her what I wanted and she didnt understand what I wanted. All I wanted was a french tip full set. She brought 2 boxes with white tips and regular clear nails, and again she said I dont know what you want. I then again said French tip and pointed to the box that had the white tips. She then said, well I can put the clear nail and paint it white with Gel. Keep in mind I was already annoyed for having to wait for 1hr and 15 mins for her to tell me that she can paint white gel on a full set?! Ive been a loyal customer since they opened, today was and will be the last time I step foot in their business. They will definitely not get anymore referrals coming from me!

Came here to get my nails done, the lady was rude towards the end she was rushing to grab another customer. She didnt paint nails correctly towards the sides. I have came here before & havent had this experience. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY

Little confused on why the price changed, I came here last month and got acrylics, I paid $28. But I went again today for the same acrylics and I was charged $40. Length and regular nail polish were the same.

Poor service, nothing recommended, he gave me fungus on my toenails with his product, I went to Los Angeles and they recommended it to me but I regretted my life And I suffered for several weeks with the fungus until the medicine did not pass. RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO AND FOR HANDS THE SAME HORRIBLE SERVICE LASTIMAN AND BLEED YOUR HANDS 😞🥺😢😭
