Trying to receive a package from out of the state and twice with the same package received to Paramount location and they have sent it out to first another city and then received it back to only send it to another state. Tried calling... they dont answer the phone. I also work in this city and the delivery is horrific!

Every single time a package is being delivered by USPS, its delayed, or lost. Every single time! No other carrier has this problem! I dont understand what the issue is. I can be home and itll say, front door was not accessible. Are you kidding me? They dont even try!

Everyone who works here has an UGLY attitude & are rude for NO reason. They really need to to hire new staff with a more welcoming & friendly service.

My mail man has been taking mail from me for years, I rented a PO Box to prevent it and he has access to things that belong in there. I filed a police report and complained and have had no luck. Harassment at its worst. He’s friends with my neighbors and allows them to use my mail address without my permission. When he gets my mail he sends it back to the senders. He is a real waste of flesh.

Great place for mailing stuff

Never had a problem with them. Its direct and staff have small patience for any customer who thinks they can do whatever they want. I highly recommend it but its a long line if you need anything and there the dropbox too. My packages did ship.

I came in to get a passport for the first time & the lady that was working there was rude for no reason.

Mailman is the worst never takes my packages even after leaving a note and requesting package pickup

The postal service over there helped me. They fixed my mistaken address and had the person shipped my package from eBay. They helped me a lot.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never receive any of my packages. A few times they just had my packages sitting in a pile behind the counter. This post office and it’s carriers are awful. I cringe when UPS uses them and I’m to late to pay the few extra dollars for them to actual deliver themselves. This USPS office should shut down or get someone in the office who knows how to train carriers to do the job right. USPS is now becoming like the dmv to me. I avoid dealing with them at all cost.

This Post Office is very unprofessional. They lost my package that I hand delivered to the post office representative. Ive tried to make this office work out after several attempts to reconcile differences. They are very condescending. They just dont understand customer service. They seem to dislike human interactions.They explain obvious things to me that I already know. It’s sad really. I know it makes them feel important, so I dont take it personal. That is why I tried to give them several chances. I will never return to this post office again and I suggest you take this review into consideration when you go in here.

They stole my packages. They delivered 3of my 5 packages . Somehow my package wasn’t able to be delivered when They have a key mailbox that they have the key for !! Somehow my other packages were able to make it .

They refused to mail my package because it was in a wine box. One could tell it was not wine because the package was light in weight. She gave no other reason other than because it had picture of bottle printed small on the side. The teller was not professional in how she handled this. I will think twice before I ever ship thru the us postal service. Maybe they ought to make their priority mail boxes taller to hold a mosaic flower pot

If I can give 0 stars I would. I recently moved to the Paramount area. I went to this post office just before 4:30pm and couldnt get in because they close at 4:30pm. I didnt receive mail for 3 days. A letter I was expecting mailed from the valley I received 1 week after being mailed because of the non-delivery of mail. This is all knew to me, moving from Buena Park where I received my mail daily by 10:30am, the post office closed later, lobby hours were a lot earlier, open on Saturdays and a lot friendlier. This post office sucks. I wonder what time Ill get my mail today if he decides to deliver.

I can not say enough bad things about this post office! They lose your mail, they send your mail elsewhere, if you have too much mail to fit in your mail box they force it in, ripping it. They do not scan your tracking info if you give them something and then they lose it and you have no record of them ever receiving it! Go anywhere else if you can, you have better chances of paying a stranger on the street to deliver your mail!

I personally like this paramount p.o. its pretty convenient esp. for residents who do a lot of walking..I think they should close a bit later in the evening /: It does get jam packed around 3/4pm!

Im a new resident in the Paramount area and I got a new job the first checks are only mailed for whatever reason. I had accumulated checks to a certain amount and they were many complications with the mail delivery. I was supposed to get my check sometime in July to give a timeframe and for whatever reason my checks didnt arrive. I called and made sure they were mailed out before I went to the post office. So I tell the post office you know about my mail issue if there has been accumulated mail here for my apartment because my mail hasnt been delivered in over a week I did not have it on hold my mail just wasnt being delivered. They couldnt find any of my mail. At this time I was also having returns from my online business that were not coming to my house and packages. I started pushing the issue with the post office because my company assured me they sent out and I should have received my checks by mid August so I was asking where were they because I still havent received mail. At this point I havent received my car insurance bill, my gas bill, my light bill, my Housing Authority recertification packet, refunds for my online business. To where I started naming the items that I should have had so the next day I end up with one car insurance bill. I have my checks recent out and canceled because by this time its early September and I still havent had my checks. The manager was really helpful every time I went but theres only a certain amount of things they can do to assist. They gave me the number to the postmaster which is extremely difficult to leave word. So sometime in September here we are on again my accumulated checks went missing and at this points I went to the police because how can my just get lost twice in the mail. So I insisted on an investigation because I didnt believe my checks were just lost in the mail. So I made my police report after a neighbor of mine told me one of my other neighbors was sleeping with one of the women who work at the post office and they were arguing over where to cash someone stolen checks and got into it with someone else because they wanted them to return the checks. When my elderly neighbor told me I went to the police and they started investigating about 5 people quit from the post office. The manager told me there was short staff because people were quitting or leaving with short notice. I dont like that I dont get my mail everyday. I dont like that I get multiple circulars for the same store on the same day. Is extremely disorganized but that is the fault of the people doing the jobs. This is just fire all these lazy workers until they appreciate having a job. It really goes back to how theyre raised you know its so sad. What bothered me most was their reason mail got mixed up because youre not regular postal person is sending the mail. Doesnt matter who sends the mail how does it get mixed up so bad if youre supposed to have sorted out. You know they tried so many different ways to let me know I dont have a regular postal person but never answer the question how did the mail get mixed up why my mail hold slips are coming back into my mailbox when they should be with the mail carrier. It is extremely disorganized. But the manager was extremely helpful in every way he could be.

Very rude and unprofessional. I called see if I could pick up my parcel, and was responded with a nasty tone saying it was on the delivery trucks. My tracking status never stated an out for delivery update like always. I went in person to see if I could pick it up, and same response. I never received my parcel. Now I have to wait until after Veteran’s day weekend to receive it. Unacceptable when I paid for 2 day priority shipping. The workers seem lazy, and will do anything to cheat the system to end the day early. I dread coming here.

They cant even answer the phone! Nothing but bad experiences at this place. I dont know how this office even stays in operation.

They changed our carrier twice. Both carriers were great. Anytime they have someone else our mail is either very late that evening or not delivered. We are a business and are gone after 5. It’s a hit or miss when it comes to us getting our mail. We didn’t get mail for three days this past week (not including the holidays! Calling the postmaster is a joke, I’m on hold for almost an hour and still waiting. Very frustrating!!

Well my package supposedly arrived today at 7:41 but I can’t find it and this post office closes at 4:30 now. I don’t know if someone stole it or they either lost my package in through all the other mail.

New (replacement/temp) mail carriers constantly forget/not notice Im there at my office....which is a block away from the post office mind you! My mail gets sent elsewhere...my out going doesnt get picked up...so if my normal carrier gets sick or is on vacation...Im not getting most my mail! smh

My mail lady is the worst. I have made complaints to this office regarding the carrier who delivers to My address. She lies about not having access to deliver packages when she doesnt want to walk up the stairs. She will deliver the mail and then say she attempted to access delivery but unable to access location. Once, I caught her when I got this notification and she was at the mailbox putting the mail in She tells me she have a bad leg and cant walk up the stairs with the pacakge. The package was less than 5lbs. I ve had to go and pick up packages on several occasions due to her lies and not doing her job that she gets paid to do. When I complained at the office they knew exactly who I was talking about without me even giving them my address location and all they did was laugh. Something needs to be done about this location and staff immediately.

Passport center states it opens at 930, its currently 945 and they still havent opened

I moved from one unit to another unit, but in the same apartment complex. And this Post Office could not get it right. They still delivered my mail to the old unit for nearly 3 months. I ended up calling the POST MASTER GENERAL. Took some time but they finally got it right. The worst experience. I dont care for this Post Officeat all 😝😝sorry👎

Terrible place, people here hang up the phone on you while your talking. They cant be bothered to actually do their work its like their getting payed to be rude.

I had never had an item that was supposedly delivered missing until I moved to Paramount. The mail men are always losing your packages delivering them else where. This is very frustrating, you call them to complain and they talk to you as if you were lying about it. They need to be more responsible!!!

ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WONT GIVE YOU ANY OTHER CHOICE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NO ONE ANSWERED THE SATURDAY WINDOW FOR 30 MINUTES I HAD TO DRIVE AROUND THE BACK IN ORDER TO GET HELP SAD.

This post office is horrible, every single person who works here is extremly rude and do not honor the hours posted. DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES. The man who is incharge of passports HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE, he is so unprofessional and lazy. He only takes 25 numbers a day and is supposed to close at 2:30. We got a number and were the last to be seen, after watching us be seated for 30 mintues he yelled Im closed now thats it. It was 1:30! This happend on 3 visits, never again. This post office seriously needs to clean house.

Worst post office ever. When our regular post man is out we dont get mail for weeks or we get other peoples mail. Or our mail gets delivered some place else and they dont care. Everyone in our buss complex has gone and complained and nothing has been done. These new delivery people they hired dont care always distracted and on their phones. What needs to happen for this office to start fixing the problems.

They have too much power and are lazy. Someone who they know delivered my package to an individual to the wrong address yet they act as if they know nothing and cannot even give me a refund back because it is marked as delivered. They made a mistake and still continue to do so by allowing others peoples mail be delivered to the wrong addresses. Half ass jobs thats what they do. City of Paramount mail services suck, they think that people dont notice someone is stealing all the coupons from our mail... we notice and thats not nice my mother gets the same mail to her address in a different city and she gets her coupons.. shame on you paramount mail services!!!

Horrible horrible horrible! We dont have a regular delivery person and I continue receiving mail that does not belong to me! So distracted that when I place it back with a note they dont see it! I hope whoever receives my mail has the courtesy to do the same. What is it going to take for our service to be at least decent????!!???

This Post Office is the very very worst of the worst. I waited on line to get a pre-paid package scanned and a receipt for it as I have done at other Post Offices many times before. 1st off it looks and runs like a prison. Thick what seems to be bullet proof glass protecting the workers, WHY? i do not know basically no contact because there behind these thick bullet proof glass enclosures. I waited 20 minutes finally then the guy tells me he cannot scan nor give receipt unless he rips my package open to inspect. I thought he was joking and when he insisted I was absolutely shocked, I asked him does my package look suspicious? he said no not really then I asked him do I seem shady or suspicious? He said no not really. Then I asked him why in the world would you want to rip open my nicely sealed package. He said because they have the right to inspect any packages they want. I said you know what you just wasted about 1/2 hour of my time. I took my package and said good riddance I will never come back to this prison again and he said thats fine good bye. Never again with that nasty place. I took it over to the Bellflower PO and got it scanned with a receipt without issue. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from that Paramount prison of a Post Office

Horrible service. The guy in the passports desk is a total jerk. Mean. And grumpy. Will never process my passport at this location. Please dont do it. I really hope they kick this guy out of that office. He is rude and gives the most disgusting service to the comunity.

The worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Their employees are lazy, rude, and remarkably incompetent. They lose packages on a regular basis, have no basic understanding of customer service, and refuse to be held accountable or to take responsibility for their shortcomings. This location needs to be shut down or completely overhauled.

I have a mail box here. I literally ran in from work and made it here at 4:28pm. I had a package to pick up. He said its too late and literally shut the door in my face. I explained through the door that I just got off of work and that Ive been trying to pick this package up. Then he proceeded to shut the blinds in my face! Like I was invisible. So I am going to try Monday and close my P.O. mail box that I renew every year. Ill try another post office because this one has HORRIBLE customer service. They should ALL be retrained in customer service. ALL of them! I advice no one to come here. NO ONE!

They do not pick up the phone and they see lines end by the door amd they do not get back up you can last there about an hour when what your there for takes about 5 min.

The mail lady that delivers to my house is always giving me mail thats not mine and is down the block . Shes always on her phone laughing it off in her phone and looks like she just sticks any mail anywhere.

This facility had a mail drop box in the lobby (red & blue)labeled Letters I mailed my rent check from this facility dropped in that box, later to find my rent had not been received I called and spoke with the Postmaster and was told the drop box was for Santa even though it was the 29th of Dec well after Christmas no indication the box was for letters to Santa causing my rent to be more than 7 days late.....

Horrible customer service,I went to this post office to get my passport and only because they opened at 0930 and just my luck 0945 came and the door was still closed,I went to to front desk to ask,and they stated that they will look for the person that is suppose to be there. At 0955 they posted a sign that he was running late. I find it hard to believe that only that person knows how process the paper work.the supervisor stated that if we did not want to wait to go somewhere else.

I leave the envelope in a mailbox outside of the paramount office at somerset on saturday Nov 28/15.The landlord where i live try to charge to my account $75.00 for late fee, the mail take a least two bussines day to arrival, today it the 3rd of december at 630pm and not arrival to the landlord office in gardena ca.

Hi, today I went to the post office, they said they attempted yesterday to deliver the item but I was not at the front desk, because it is an office were I work. Today I went to the post post office (less than 24 hour later) and they told me that they will return my package.Please do something.

Post Office 7200 Somerset Blvd, Paramount, CA DOES NOT SCAN ALL PACKAGES AND WILL NOT HELP YOU FIND YOUR PACKAGES.

Been waiting 2 days for my package at home and both days no one came to my door with a package but got a delivery attempted notice in my mail box.

I have 3 days without receiving my mail no one in my building has received it this is not the first time this happens

2 days straight and they cant find my item. Cashiers very rude both days. They need to be more organize.

I called to make a complaint on a business in that area excepting returns from customers and using the same postage of return to exchange items inside then they reseal package and put REFUSED to avoid paying return shipping that is stealing postage.so I am still on hold 25 minutes.I hope someone there call me back.

I saw their time schedule for passport and I came in around 1045 am ..lady said we are close ..must come in early morning 830 am to get the ticket only 10 pass out ..I was a little confused cause online said they open at 930am until 230 pm ..she was either lazy or something ..they need update the info ..I went to Compton postal and they were open and very friendly to help me out with passport ..
