Precious the front clerk was very helpful and friendly and place was very clean. Prompt service. Loved that its close to home and quiet. Loved that she called to inform me i put the lock wrong on the storage door and for me to come right away. Great service!

Please advise that this place keeps raising rates its definitely not worth it for anyone long term

Very friendly front desk reason why we choose to stop looking and stay with this storage facility. Only negative is that as we were putting our things away on the second floor we encountered a few roaches and not the small ones.

I just absolutely LOVE this place, it is a second home to me. I feel at ease knowing my stuff is in the trusted hands of Paramount and Jackson self storage. From the moment I walked Into the establishment I knew it was the place for me. The manager, Dana, really does her job well. She goes above and beyond to reassure me that my belongings are safe, she helps whenever I’ve asked for assistance, and she makes sure to always smile and greet me when I come by. Keep her around and I’m sure your business will continue to grow. Thank you Paramount and Jackson for making me feel at home and keeping my things safe. I recommend this place to anyone searching for a storage facility.

Ive being with this storage too long. The price just keep going up n for what? Ive found mice feces all in my unit n it suppose to be seal off but yet they get in. Theyre chewing up my stuff. Being a disable person make a it difficult to change my storage but Im going to have to especially if my stuff is getting damage from rodents.

Great customer service. Storage units clean and reasonable. The gentleman that took care of me was great. Explained everything clearly.

The staff is professional and pleasant, the facility is nice and clean. I was able to rent the size I needed reasonable price. My only concern was the walkway by the pedestrian door. It is not level, I fell walking away from it. Yes a report was completed.

My experince with the staff is a very decent one. The staff is very professional kind and respectful. I like that they check the locks on the STORAGE units. There are times when a client may think that their unit is locked but they locked in incorrectly. The staff goes by each day checking the locks and brings it to the attention of the client. The ladies at Paramount Jackson Self Storage are amazing!!! The have great customer service and always so positive. They remember their customers by name and genuinely ask and care about their customers. Its really refreshing!!!

Im disappointed in this place. I stored my belongings about two weeks ago they sent me a letter to let me know that my lock was badly secured. I arrived at the place at 02:10 pm and I realized that the sign at the door said that they were at lunch break and that they would return at 02:30 pm I said to myself only 20 left I waited outside t is not long to open it was already 2:30 pm I just wanted them to help me to continue with my pending things. It was already 02:40 pm I decided to call them to know what was happening and the times I called a person kept telling me that I HAD A WRONG NUMBER WAOOOO !!! I was disappointed in this place. I thought they were serious and more responsible for my belongings! At that moment I left the place because I could no longer wait two blocks from there I decided to call for the last time and guess what? They are barely opening because they had just returned from lunch break and it was the same number that I called 6 times and they said it was the wrong number Waoooo! I returned to the place so that they would give me an explanation and the person who attended me did not know what to say to me just scolding me! Do you believe that possible? What a terrible experience I planned to keep my belongings there longer but I dont want to deserve respect and be treated with respect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I just want to take my belongings take them to another place that they respect me and value their customers.

Very satisfied with the costumer service, Jaime was very helpful.. I came along with my sister to get information and Jaime was very helpful that she ended up getting a storage. Now I know where to come if in the future I need to get a storage..👍🏼

I have to like it my storage is here! But the spaces are a little small for the price. It would be better if you could access them all the time like 24 hrs like the outdoor units.

The initial service was good but soon after the first month the prices went up and the service became not as curtious as it was at first. The units are good but it is too hot and over priced.

They were very helpful to all my questions also they were all very friendly i noticed that they keep the place very clean. I was impressed...
