Lots of rodents and water damage. When it was brought up to them they said you didnt call back a second time and get insurance. Never go there!

Their online website states storage for vechile, however, when I called them, they said they do not permit vechiles inside. 🤷 There is a discrepancy.

They were the best prices facility I found at the time we needed storage. Since then we have had several encounters where we needed assistance and I must say each time they were simply wonderful. No complaints from me.

This storage facility is inexpensive and there are reasons for this fact. The place is small and overcrowded. They allow tenants to park in the access lanes around the storage building spaces because there is NO parking lot for this storage...only 2 spaces in front, one is handicap parking and the maintenance guy usually parks his work golf cart in the space, leaving only one space for business with the office. Tenants also leave their vehicles overnight and some have construction materials scattered around outside of their space adding to the clutter of the access lanes.If you have a space on the second floor, plan on sweating a lot and the access doors at the top of the second floor landing are usually locked until someone ask for access to their unit. Which is a pain if you want to access your unit early...because the staff wont be available to unlock until 08:00-09:00 most of the time.The cargo elevator is only a lift so no human riders are aloud, only cargo...so you have to have access to the second floor stairwell doors to use the lift.The staff needs to install an access pin pad for those second floor doors to make life a little easier.All the the staff are very nice, pleasant, and cool...they are very helpful and have the good attitude of a small community instead of the cold corporate attitude of many storage facilities.I wanted to end this review on a good note and I hope that this info helps many people decide.
