Mr. Chang had to keep telling work to repair my car but, when they were done the works had stolen all my tools from my trunk.

They are very knowledgeable, Im satisfied with the jobs, and Ive yet to be disappointed with their work

I was tempted to take my car here. until I read all the negative reviews. One review stated when they got their car back the seatbelts had been eaten up by rats and they had rat droppings in their car. Another said on the same day they picked up their car they had to bring it right back the next day because it was still doing the same thing they brought it in there for...... so needless to say I didnt take my car there.

I wouldnt go to this racist asian engine/transmission place if it was the last shop on earth. Stay away

My truck was here for over a week with delays everyday as my car just sat. Upon picking up my car I noticed rat pellets all over my car. When trying to place my daughter in the seat I noted the the rat had chewed through both car seats including the belt buckles which were completed non usable now. The woman at the place offered me a free oil change and would not agree to pay for both car seats that were damaged. Despite that huge disgusting fail I have returned 3 times because the check engine light is still on each time he states oh it needs this sensor or that sensor just bring it back later today. We are on day 3.

ChangI will never ever take my vehicle back there I have a 2000 Lincoln it was running hot and he broke the fans to do 7 days he took and put a fan motor in my car that came off of something else he hot wired the motor to the body frame of my car three weeks later I was stranded the car ran hot again mind you I just paid him $450 and it took him seven days to mess my car up please dont ever take your vehicle there please
