I have been a customer for at least 10 years and is sad that I have to write this review. I don’t know what is happening with this store but lately the service is going down the toilet and prices rising up. My last experience is that in three week after “changing” oil in my 2019 Buick, the message for changing oil came off and when I check the oil, clearly is old oil. That is impossible that synthetic oil burn so fast in a new vehicle. The only reason is: The oil wasn’t changed at all. It is shameful I have to come back to the store for them to fix this mess.Unless I have a satisfactory response to my claim, sadly I will have to take my business and all my family to a different store.

Took my brand new 20x10 wheels there, still in box to have the mounted and balanced. As I was watching their technician work he dropped one of my brand new wheels. I waited till they were done to see if they said anything about it and they never did.

This is the best place to do business with in town. 6yrs of them treating me great

Used this shop for over 10 years until recently. The ownership changed about a year ago and the service has steadily declined. I will never again take a vehicle back to this shop after the most recent service I’ve received. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Great place great service fast an convenient an friendly service

This place is great. What they say you can take to the bank. They are so busy that if you want something fixed or tires, you have to be first in line as to be seen that day. But the wait is usually worth it. They know what they are doing.

Had a flat, it was the closest place. Paid to have it fixed, only to have the low tire light to come on the very next morning! Paid for nothing, watched the guy who supposidely fixed it open it up twice, didnt look like he knew what he was doing at all!!!!!

They are very slow went for an oil change an it took a lil longer than 3 hours

My experience with broken spoke was a nice one....service was bad and the workers had a bad attitude.....did nothing to fix my tire but put some kinda sealant in that didnt work and still charged over $25.00 dollars for doing nothing.....wont use them again....

Do not recommend, unless you want to pay over $100 to have someone lie about the work they did to your vehicle. I wouldnt trust the mechanics at Broken Spoke to work on a bicycle.

We were passing through Paragould and realized we had a screw in our tire. All the other places were closed but they got us in right before their closing time. They were very fast and super nice.

Took my sons car there to get front end checked and brakes because one of the wheels was getting extremely hot and it was shaking while driving. They just put new pads on and turned the rotors it drives worse than it did and the front wheel is still getting hot won’t be getting my business anymore.

Went in to have a tire patched and it continued to have a slow leak. Took it to another tire place to have it looked at. When patching the tire the the professional at broken spoke buffed too far into the cords and ruined the tire. Im just going to chalk this one up to plain old bad luck.

These guys are awesome! Saved me more then once with tire issues. Nexen tires on both my car and suv. I got a sidewall puncture soon after buying my cars tires. Tire was replaced practically for free.

Love the staff here. They have taken care of me and my inlaws for a few years now. When we bought tires last year we shopped around and ended up back where we started they had what we needed. They have sold us several spare tires for different vehicles.

Get there before opening time if you dont want to wait for hours. Folks around here know Broken Spoke is the best place to go for tires, etc, so theres always at least 8 customers on schedule. BST has always given me great customer service and solid prices on work done. Only wish they could revive their payment program - not easy for some folks to plunk down $600 for tires at one time. But overall they are the best place in town for when I need service!Update 4 years later: this 5 star rating has been downgraded to a 2 star rating for the following reasons:1) Simple jobs like rotate tires and oil change take over an hour to complete with no wait in line.2) Guy forgot to torque my wheel and let me know 30 minutes later after having driven on dirt roads. This is the reason my review is a 2 star instead of 1 star. At least they did call me to let me know and come back to be fixed.3) They are only popular in town because of supply and demand. The demand is great but theres only two businesses like this in town.If possible, youd be better served going to a Jonesboro company like Raider Tires.

I bought my tires from broken spokes back in may 2017. They stripped a couple lug nuts on the tires and refused to replace them. So i paid for them to be replaced. Well yesterday november 4 2017.... i went for a simple tire rotation (free because warranty for the new tires) waited for 5 hours for it to get into the shop. Waited another hour while it was in shop and the owner came up to me and said that the guys broke the hub assembly on the back brakes. Now im without a car until they can find the parts to fix it. How can a simple tire rotation turn into a mess like that? All they had to do is take tires off.

Got an oil change. Costed $30 and some change. I waited there, didnt take long. Very friendly staff. Will use them again.

I took my car to Firestone & they were supposed to change my oil & give me an estimate because it was shaking. The Estimate was almost $4k.I took it to Broken Spoke & ask them for a second opinion. Once they gave me an estimate for $800, I told them to fix...but not to worry about the oil, because I just had it changed.As I was leaving, it started acting funny again. Long story short, Firestone never changed the oil, lied about the multiple repairs needed, barely put the oil cap back on, left parts off, & will soon face one angry woman.Firestone in Southaven, Ms. Is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Horrible waited over 3 hours for an alignment just to have them tell me i need an inner trirod that I had just replaced and had the receipt to prove it stick to Herren Tire & Jacks Alignment at least they dont try to scam you and set up appointment times so you dont waste your day for nothing
