Hands down best service I’ve received from any storage place! The manager josh at the Cedardale/papillion location was very informative and respectful. I will be recommending this dinos location to everyone

We were in need of a storage unit. We went to this location because my husband wanted something close. I had my eye on another company/facility, but decided to check them out because they won The Omaha award and I assumed it’d be worth the time. The guy who helped us name is Chris, he seemed upbeat, energetic, and friendly. We had top tier requirements- 24 access, indoors, climate control, and ability to store our motorcycle. He said all of those requirements could be offered so we let him show us the unit.It was inside and on the 3rd floor. I asked again if we could store our motorcycle in the unit. He said the elevator was big enough and anything that could fit in the elevator was able to be stored in the unit. The facility was clean, but the elevator was broke so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Once getting to the unit it was clean, Chris suggested that we purchase a lock right away and put it on the unit. He said that sometimes people who clear out their storage will put their unwanted stuff in unlocked units to avoid removing them.I asked again if it was 24 hrs 7 days a week and he said yes, once the lease was completed our PIN number will be the last 5 digits of our ssn number and that’s what we use to access our unit. He said they did that so tenants can remember their passwords because if accessed after hrs no one is there to provide entry.We decided to go with that unit and went back to the front office. Chris sold us a lock and added that to our lease. He said he would email the lease because everything is done online, then proceeded to take our name and email address, on a sticky note. He said “you should ask about the monthly special” hinting because he’s not supposed to offer it. So I asked and he said the units are discounted right now due to the manager special. It would brought the price of our unit down significantly.I asked “what’s the manager special” and he told us then asked us to hold on while he calls, what I’m assuming is customer service. He tells us the special ended the day before but they can offer 1 month free. We would pay this month and the next payment isn’t until august. The price was of the unit was discounted by him and we were locked in at 146 per month, 186 first month. We took it because although it was a bit much, they provided our requirements.Chris said he’d draw up the contract and lease then send it via email. We were driving home and he called saying the email returned because it was incorrect. I had him read the email back and he was missing a letter. He said ok he would resend. I never got the email and assumed because it was end of day I’d get it by tomorrow morning. This was on a ThursdayFriday morning I called and the agent read back the email on file and that’s when I found out that it was incorrect. Chris never fixed the spelling. So I give the agent the email again. Still no email was sent. I called that afternoon and another agent informed me that my husband left his ID do I went to get it and wondered why Chris didn’t tell us the previous day when he called back.I get yo the office and retrieve the ID. I asked the agent about the rental truck and she tells me that they are being phased out and we could not use one for our move the following day. I told her what Chris told me and what the website offered but it fell on deaf ears. She said she email all the forms and I received them that day.We read over everything and that when we found out Chris completely LIED about everything except climate control. The agent working that day was refusing to let us move in that day and finally let us complete everything to move in. We told her everything stated above and it was more our fault than the agent Chris who lied. My husband paid before signing the contract. And after realizing nothing we were told was true was refused a refund.We needed to move our items that day because based on speaking to Chris we rented a uhaul and already loaded our boxes. So we were stuck. I’d say renter beware because clearly they will say anything!!!
From the very beginning Kim was so easy to work with. When we called in the evening, she told us we could come in the next day to see what was available. When I got there she showed me around all the available spots. She asked questions for what my needs were and what we were looking for. She was able to find us the perfect spot for us to park our equipment. The signing process was so smooth and Kim made it very easy for me. An amazing experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this storage unit for anyone looking!
Diane was very helpful when I went in. I’m a current tenant and I wanted to downsize and Diane went above and beyond to help find something affordable for me. She even helped me move my heavy things out of my old storage to my new one, because I wasn’t able to do it myself! Thank you Diane for making it a great experience!
I have had a storage unit with Dino’s Papillion for 9 months. It’s always a clean, safe environment for myself and our staging team to spend days working. Kim is always pleasant and stops by to say hi if she’s sees us there. I usually see her chatting with people and love it when she has her pup with her as well! Overall great experience and I love the encouraging and inspiring quotes in the Dino’s sign.
They have this sign up and they live up to that expectation. I paid my bill May 4th, went May 10th was locked out had to call the next morning a manager to see what was going on. May 11th was told that there was glitch in the system and it had been posted but they forgot to unlock my code. So at night time I go to my unit and theres a lock on it, which Im not able to unlock since its not mine. I have driven 2 nights in a row to have access to a storage unit that I paid May 4th and havent had any success.
Terrible customer service. errors on their part about not having a move out form or it being filed correctly in their system caused us to be charged for extra month on our unit. Called and complained still have not had a refund. Also paid with Amex on recurring billing they have a different system for this card vs visa and forgot to remove this then was charged for another month on top of their other mistake. Still no return call or refund.
The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I didn’t have the option of no stars. My familymember rented a unit and was taken to the wrong unit (they were not numbered) to put her things in. Her things were all sold at an auction since the person who was supposed to have that unit didn’t pay. The ‘manager’ is refusing to pay any restitution for their screw up, even after admitting that three customers got put in the wrong units that weekend.
Building is clean and welcoming with nice storage units. Kim was nice and friendly, answering all my questions. These units were comparable in price to the others out there. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage. I look forward to storing our not so needed items for however long needed here and feel it I will be safe and secured.
This was our first experience with Dinos and using a storage unit in general. From the start of our experience Kim the manager at Dinos was so professional and helpful! She personally showed us the units and was able to suggest what would best fit our family! Kim has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and in doing so has made our transition smooth! We cant thank Kim enough for all shes done! She is a major asset to Dinos!! She is the sole reason we would use Dinos again for all our storage needs! Thank you again Kim!
The facility was clean and well laid out. But Kimberlee the manager is what really set this place above the rest. She was patient and asked questions to fully understand what my family needed and didnt try to up sell us on a bigger space. Then she walked around the facility with us to ensure the unit was suitable and accessible. An all around great experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage in Papillion.

Overall, my experience with Dinos Storage in Papillion was decently frustrating. I originally worked with Kimberly who was great and helped show me the unit and get me setup. My first complaint is the mandatory insurance, even for those who have renters insurance, seems unnecessary. My second complaint is that they will not pro-rate if you leave early in a month. I left on 06 Oct, but was charged for all of October. I relented and signed a lease. Everything was fine until I asked for my ledger showing my charges. I was assessed a $30 late fee because I supposedly did not setup autopay on my account, which was false. I called to see if I could get this waived, especially since I was already paying for the unit for 3 weeks more than I would have it. I spoke with Brianna at Dinos HQ, who was extremely rude, made claims in bad faith, and would not let me speak to someone over her. I was going to write a one star review, but Jen (also from HQ), Kimberly, and Andrew helped me get the fee taken care of (took a week to get done). My assessment is that Dinos Storage overall is aiming to get every dollar they can from you, which is like most businesses, but they lack any sort of reliable customer service architecture. The unit was fine, clean, and seemed safe, but the inconsistent customer service and money grubbing was what brought this review down.
The lovely young lady working, I believe her name was Kimberlee was phenomenally helpful. She walked me through the entire process step by step and helped me get the proper unit for me. She was by far the sweetest person I have ever come across, unbelievable customer service. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone I know looking for a storage locker. Thank you again for all your help.

I called to reserve the truck on 5/6/2020 for this Saturday 5/30/2020 at 9 am. Needless to say Dinos apparently Lost my reservation and had no trucks available. Since I intended to use the truck to move out of my apartment and in to storage it is safe to say that I had planned on being a Dinos customer for the foreseeable future in addition to the 2-3 years that I have already been a customer. It was likely that I was even going to need to rent an additional unit the fit all the items coming from my three bedroom apartment. Instead of renting an additional unit I am moving out of the one I already rent since because of Dinos mistake in losing my reservation it cost me $300 to cancel the movers I hired, $67 a day in additional rent since I could not move out in time- how many days I will be over is still TBD, plus additional fees incurred from the land lord for staying past the move out date (havent even had a chance to look up what those might be), cost of rescheduling movers- hundreds of more dollars, and renting another truck at least $100. Not to mention a complete waste of my time today and the fact that I will have to waste an entire day for the next move. Two days worth of time is the equivalent of $400/day in lost wages. Safe to say that this little mess up was financially significant. What does Dino have to say about all that inconvenience and hardship? There is nothing we can do. Not even willing to give a small discount to one months rent. That is petty, and THE BEST way to loose a long time customer. As a military member I cannot in good faith recommend Dinos and, in fact, I feel it is my duty to make sure that the military and community is aware of this experience. Its good to know that no matter how loyal of a customer you are... Dinos could care less.

We have had a great experience with Dinos storage until today. We needed to purchase a unit quickly so my mom ran down and signed us up last year. When you pay for the unit (thus not free), you get to use the moving truck. My husband went to use the truck today and was told he wasnt able to since his name wasnt on the unit. However, this is not what we were originally told. Also, the person via email allowed him to book the truck time and give all the information needed to rent the truck, but now he cant drive it? We have been their main contact. They were supposed the change the unit over to us and never did. This place is disorganized. The employee working left my husband and went to a different meeting even though he was not finished getting the information needed. They told us we had to call corporate and discuss it with them and thats when it got worse. I guess you cant expect your employees to have good customer service when corporate treats customers like they are idiots. I honestly will never understand why companies cannot admit that they messed up.
I am getting out of a toxic relationship and thus had to move out. I explained my situation to Kurt and Will and they were very helpful. They worked out a deal with me to fit my budget. They also helped entertain my toddler so I was able to fill out the paperwork for the unit. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a storage unit.

Love being able to use the truck whenever needed
Ive been renting a unit from them for nearly 4 months now and I cant complain. They had the best pricing, best security, and best 24hr access available in the area for similar size units both indoor and outdoor. I ended up going with the largest unit available upon their recommendation and I was able to fit all my stuff in it. Theyre my first and only choice for my extra storage needs.

Great place. Good People, easy to get in and out. Super clean and raised up so no snow or water got in. We used it for about 6 months while we sold our house and moved. Would use them again if it was needed.

We stored our things with Dino’s in Papillion for a little over a year. They were always pleasant to deal with, and the staff were very accommodating. I would highly recommend Dino’s to anyone looking for secure storage. You can’t beat controlled access and temperature control!

We needed a storage unit temporarily between moves. The complex is very nice with a moving truck to use when you need it. Its temperature controlled and secure. They also have carts to help you haul your stuff up to your storage unit. The staff is great! If you need a nice storage unit, this is the place.

Dinos was perfect for what we were looking for. The climate controlled facility was awesome for our delicate items. Jeff was so kind and always helpful. We loved the use of the moving truck since we were doing 2 moves in a matter of a few months. Would definitely recommend this facility!
My husband and I have been extremely satisfied with Dinos Storage. Rates are reasonable, customer service is excellent and our stuff is safe in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. We especially appreciate Jeffs friendly customer service. So far, our entire experience with Dinos has made our familys in-between transition time much more bearable!

The building and storage area is clean and nice but the management is shady. Their customer service is lousy. The automated payment system is down quite often and if your payment is late because of that you get billed the late fee. Calling to get that reversed leads to a circle of phone calls this various managers and in the end...you still have to pay the late fees their system caused. Rip off.

We used Dinos climate controlled storage in Papillion. It was impeccably clean, monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day, and the customer service is top notch! They also have a moving truck at your disposal for no charge. We would highly recommend Dinos!
