The location has a small parking lot if youre dropping off a big truck or anything with a trailer. The one guy working had us back up the 15 truck and trailer to drop off the trailer and barely had room to fit it. The trailer didnt get checked in properly so we had emails a few days later asking about our drop off. When we dropped off the truck it took half an hour.

Asked for a flatbed trailer for hauling a motorcycle instead they try to give me 5x8 moving box trailer with no ramp. If this is the kind of competence that U-Haul employs its no wonder you see there equipment broke down on the side if the road.

Friendly service upon arrival, but lectured me when I returned the van.
