We went in 10 minutes before closing time today 6/19/21 and here comes Makayla or at least thats the name she gave us, and said were closed. She proceeded to tell us that she would like to go home and leave at 6pm if she did not argue with my husband about leaving early we would have been done minutes before. She ended up telling us she was unable to help us therefore we left. Also, its near impossible to file a complaint through FedEx so here I am venting my experience.

Terrible customer service. Been missing a package for almost 3 months when I went into this store the rep didnt even want to see my tracking number even though I offered it to him 3 times. Made no attempt to solve my issue. Would not recommend.

My fiance and I had our wedding invites printed here. It was a complicated design to print and had trouble doing it ourselves, and the staff at this FedEx were outstanding. They seemed to actually enjoy helping us. Couldnt have had a better experience.

Completely incompetent employees. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. If anyone knows “DeAnne”, the redhead—I would love to know her last name. She refused my packages—asked what was inside every single one—told me she was going to open them, repackage them, and charge me. I ship hundreds of packages a year and NEVER have been told that they were unacceptable. I told her she was incompetent and said I would go to another location—so she decided to CALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS and tell them to refuse my packages!!! They didn’t. I called corporate and reported the interaction. I hope other people also call and let corporate know what disgusting experience DeAnne provides. What a horrible human!

I really feel like this experience was the death of a thousand cuts. I have positives and negatives from my experience with this branch and their business card printing services.Positives:Center staff always polite and helpful.Rapid turnaround when a customer needs business cards.Negatives:Online website doesnt have an option to have a specific center make ones cards. To get a local center print your cards you must go into that center and use their design computers.This centers entire network went down while I was entering the design i wanted into their design computer. I understand that network downtime occurs, but this was fairly inconvenient. I had no choice but to return at another time.Single biggest peeve:My cards were printed on 80 pound stock, and the cutting machine used to divide the printed cards into individual cards left jagged edges on many cards. These cards feel like theyre printed on something barely heavier than printer paper. I feel ashamed to even own these cards. The center staff related that 110 pound stock is the same price. I had no software option to select a paper weight. The center staff told me that I could have cards printed on 110 pound stock in the future by letting them know thats what I wanted. I am profoundly disappointed by the fact that this isnt the default.I feel that the site staff were polite at all times, but feel that service could be improved in several of the following areas:Maintenance of equipment (dull shear leading to ragged edges on cards)Maintenance of network (down network requiring multiple visits to achieve a single task)Default options when printing a customer order (80 pound paper as a default is absurd - virtually no business card I have ever encountered felt this weak and floppy - EVER. Why make this the default?)I will be reluctant to select this location or FedEx office in the future.

Bring Stephanie back. She was the only employee who didnt hassle me for 3 minutes straight, constantly upsell me on repacking my box, or drop test my package from waist height. The red-headed manager is a joke, shes the worst offender and super rude. Insulted me to my face several times. Ive had more packages refused here than anywhere else. Every other FedEx Depot and all other companies will accept my boxes. Ive been packing boxes for 10 years and never had anything break. They always try to upsell me on the fact that they could pack it better for a small fee. Then when I refuse, this location decides it doesnt want my business. Im done - closing my account indefinitely. Great job Papillion branch.

They got a large print order done quickly, called to make sure if I had set up the print job correctly and even made some fixes for me that I requested late. Ill be sure to go back to them and would recommend them to anyone.
