I could tell you how great this company is but instead let me tell you a story that says it all!Saved by Ryan .It was the day before my moms 60th surprise party and me along with brothers and sisters, extended family, friends and loved ones. We created her a 20-minute video of old footage throughout the years . It was fantastic, I had about 10 hours left of final editing and my Seagate with all information connected to my laptop, malfunctioned. IT BROKE. I am fairly new to working on a laptop and just learned how to edit videos. I was not backing it up correctly and that Seagate was all I had. I called Ryan. He could feel the stress and disappointment. He made me a priority that day. He came to my house, checked it out it and took it to work on . I was told by another company that it was broke they could recover but it would have cost $400 . I couldnt afford to do that so I thought I would have had to pull an allnighter and come up with want ever I could .but Ryan messed with it saved the video.I cannot thank him enough because it ended up being the most beautiful thing weve ever done for our mother and that would not have happened if it wasnt for ryan!!! Since we have hired ROC, we do not have any IT issues anymore as he is always making sure everything is running correctly on the backside.
