Washer and dryers work wonderful! But I’m from out of town on vacation and needed somewhere to wash clothes! Thank god my Husband come with me! We literally pulled into the parking lot and before we could put the car in park a man come running up to vehicle asking for money! When we let him know we only had enough to wash clothes he got a attitude and walked away. We started pulling clothes out of car to take into laundry mat and look up and another man is literally coming out from behind a few washers where there where walls! He obviously was sleeping back there. We walked up to get the change and the man that approached us when we pulled in come up behind us and started harassing up! We walked away. We started are clothes and was standing there and there where tons of homeless men gathered in there just living. Some sleeping on the benches. Few drugs deals accorded in the hour we was there. As we where waiting for clothes to dry the same man was leaning out the open windows of place catching rain water with his hands and sticking it down the back of his pants washing his butt with everyone staring in disbelief. He then went and washed his hair in the sink! This is NOT a good place to go in the middle of night. I’m not sure how things are during the day. If you are a single women please do not come here after dark alone. The men will not leave u alone and make you feel very very uncomfortable. I wished whoever owns this place would clear the people that are not doing clothes out. I was legit afraid the whole time!

Good luck on the dryer pick. May work great last time but not the next. They work just sometimes not as good. So Ive heard.

I Love coming here. The facility is always clean. The machines are always working. 26 minutes to wash clothes and 15 to 30 minutes to dry clothes depending on what your drying. Deborah is always very pleasant and treats everyone the same. She is always smiling.

Every time come here there are always issues. Homeless people around begging for money. It took 15 dollars for 4 dryers becauase the dryers were not heating up. Other people dried thier clothes with only 2 dollars. Then we told the owner about the problem and hw didnt offer a refund or anything.Will not be coming back

Be aware of your surroundings but everything was new after hurricane. Depending on the time, i like late night or early Sunday, i can use 3 big machines for a months worth of clothes, sheets and spreads. Owner will call back if theres a problem, text the number its a better way to get in touch with him. His numbers posted. 24 hours is the best. Even tho its 30 minutes to my house each way.

24/7 and surprisingly all the equipment works very well for a very good price.Beware of your surroundings and keep eye on clothes but besides that I would recommend!

I have been to other laundromat in this area but I have never felt as comfortable as I I do when I am here. The place is pretty clean. The machines are pretty clean and up to date and does wash the clothes good and fast.It would have been nice to install free wi fi there though....just a suggestion though.

Enjoy going there, but be careful there is mold in the building that needs to be addressed

Its a decent laundromat but theres a lot of homeless people and drug addicts hang around asking for money and whatnot. Owner definitely needs to do some cleaning up. The bathroom is always filthy and you can tell what its used for 9/10 times.

I definitely appreciate this laundromat. Both times I went it was a holiday when all others were closed. Machines are new and wash very well. Watch your delicates in the dryer so they dont burn because they get very hot. Only reason it wasnt clean was because customers let dryer sheets fall on the floor. No one was a bother and they were there for the same thing I was.Thank you Mark and Family!

Great place to do laundry if you like watching drug deals and domestic disputes. saw two drug dealers and the hour-and-a-half I was there having dinner right in front of the place definitely not family friendly environment

Scariest, worst laundromat I’ve ever seen. We went there because it was the only self serve laundromat in 75 miles and we counted at least 4 crack heads come in there asking for money for drugs in less than 1 hour. The person who works there looks like he could be one of them, or their dealer. They did nothing to fix the clear property damage from the hurricane over 2 years ago so unless your looking for crack or meth I would strongly recommend you wait and do laundry elsewhere! This is not a safe place to be, my wife remained locked in the car. For those who left reviews that this place was clean, I’m not sure your talking about the same place. I will say that the washers and dryers themselves are nice, but the environment was anything but clean and safe. I suppose if we came in the day hours it may have seemed different but if you go there after 12 am you will see a whole different environment and given that this is the only 24 hour place to clean cloths I’m surprised more people haven’t shared this experience at night.

Marks is the only 24/7 laundrymat in town. Its kept fairly clean and tidy. I rarely see a washer or dryer out of order and they are kept clean and running smoothly. Depending on the time you go, there can be quite an eclectic mix of people there. I definitely recommend though that you should not leave your laundry totally unwatched and that goes for any laundrymat and not just this one.

The change machines werent working and the last time I got change it gave me a quarter instead of a dollar sometimes they dont have out of order signs on the washers or dryers Ive lost money that way also. Its never clean. It seems the homeless people like to stay and sleep in there. Understand people need a place to sleep but its kind of hard to fold clothes and do laundry when people have trash to tables and theres nothing to sanitize them with are there lint up against washers or dryers. Im trying to go somewhere else do not like this place at all gave it to Stars only because I know homeless people do need a place to sleep at least its good for that. And there are no doors or Windows everything seems to be opened the wintertime very cold.

Every time I have used this laundromat it has been clean, all equipment running well. Havent had any problems with vagrants or drug users.

Late Night Washing for Night Owls. Great 60 pound capacity washers at a fair price. Dryers dry quickly . Security cameras . Big Screen TVs Owner will call you back if you call with a complaint. Only place I know of that is open 24/7 in Panama City.

People leave their clothes sitting for some reason when its busy. Im sure theyd fight you if you took them out. Every time I come here someone asks me for money. IF I HAD MONEY I WOULDNT BE WASHING CLOTHES AS THE SPRINGFIELD LAUNDROMAT. Other than those two things, its alright. Oh, well, the hot water isnt actually hot though. But the dryers are.

Out of the way laundry mat. Clothes didn’t get that clean despite using tide pods. Advertise new machines, that’s a lie. Very very shady, lots of homeless and weird people.

Springfield finally has a 24 hour laundromat. There is no one to watch the machines or clean up the place. Late at night seems to be the best time to wash clothes

New machines and change m@chines in building would think customers would be more respectful and appreciative of them being open 24 hours and pick up their dryer sheets when they are removing there laundry from the dryer cause usually all over the floor but pretty clean other than that

Im so glad they reopened this place. And Im really happy Its 24 hrs now. All the machines are new and its nice and clean in there now. All they need is some snack machines.

Millville center for decades. Hurricane Michael damaged the building and he was one of the first places to open. Runs 24 hours, no doors!
