The employees are always friendly. The owners go out of their way to help you. When we had the washer and dryer out of commission while rebuilding our home, they were there with early and late hours which is VERY convenient.They always do great work and get stains out of clothes that I doubted they could. 😊

5 stars. Went randomly at non peak hours 1PM. Clean facility. In and out. No prob. Friendly older black woman helped me figure out I needed to put 2 quarters in each top loader. Good facility.

Great place to wash clothes

We sent a dress with embellishments and a 3-piece tux in for dry cleaning. We had to sign an acknowledgement that the embellishments on the dress may be damaged. We asked the woman who processed our order if it happens often, and she said hesitantly that the dress should be fine.We stopped by the following Saturday to check on the items (we did not get a call they were ready), and picked them up then. When we brought them home, some embellishments indeed were loose, with one hanging by a thread. The buttons on the tux coat were damaged, with one taken off completely and missing, and the other dangling by a few threads.

Very clean and the biggest washer Ive ever seen

Extremely rude, unprofessional, inappropriate staff. Their bathrooms are apparently not for paying customers to use?! My partner went to use the bathroom while I started a load of laundry, and he was only in there a few minutes when an attendant knocked on the door. When he came out, he asked if there was a problem, and she replied, “You’re not allowed to ‘camp out’ in the bathroom”. ??? He said he was just using the bathroom like any normal human, and she said her boss told her to do it. He was only in there long enough to take care of business and get out; he wasn’t “camping” whatever that’s supposed to mean. Unfortunately he didn’t tell me what happened until after I had already started the load, otherwise I would have taken our business elsewhere. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed and disrespected in a business I was supporting. We will make sure to never come here again.

Me myself have never actually been inside, only passing by. But from the outside, it seems to be impressive on the inside. Never heard any complaints from people in the neighborhood.

I enjoy coming to this laundromat. The people are friendly, the washers and dryers are clean and kept up with maintenance and overall clean inside and you feel comfortable doing your laundry here.

A Husband and Wife own and run the Laundromat. Super nice couple. Helpful and polite. Small Town Southern hospitality at its best.There are plenty of washing machines and dryers. Top Load washers are $2.50 a load. If you need larger washers, they have side loaders starting at $6, which can accompany a comforter and possibly more. Then, they have even larger front loaders at $8. The dryers are 50 cents for the first 5 mins and 25 cents thereafter, per 9 mins. The dryers are powerful, dry quickly, and can dry a large load of clothes (jeans, towels) in about 45 mins on the high heat setting.The inside is comfortable and cool and very clean. There is a soda vending machine, snack vending machine, an ATM, a change machine, and TV. Smokers can sit out front with a few chairs available. It is less 5 mins from La Quinta (which has only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the entire hotel). The other day, the washer coin slot broke and was unusable. It took 2 days for the repair. Since I could not wait for its repair, I found this neat place.I will definitely return here at least a few more times before I leave to go back home. I highly recommend this place for your laundry needs!

Very clean, and almost all machines are working

Employees are extremely friendly and always helpful, the owner takes pride in running a very respectable business. The equipment is generally kept in good repair, much better than their competitors. Their prices are competitive too, sometimes it can be just as inexpensive to drop a load off for Wash, Dry, Fold service as it is to stay and do the laundry yourself. I personally run errands while my clothes wash and dry and Ive never had anyone besides employees touch my things as necessary.

Just left Fresh Scent and I am pleased with my experience. The lovely lady working this afternoon was kind, helpful, and working hard. A little pricey on the washing mashines but they worked great. The dryers were cheaper and also worked great. 🖒

Easy and quick. You can get a load of laundry done for less than $5...washed and dried. I also got a single box of detergent and still spent less then $5 total for one load. The woman working was also very polite.

I havent been to a laundromat in years, this place had everything! Washing machines AND dryers. The staff greeted us with a smile. Dont worry about bringing cash, theres an on site ATM with a coin change machine.

24 normal washers @ $2.50 per load. 11 super capacity washers @ $5 per load. $1 will usually dry your clothes in the super capacity dryers. Hours are convenient. Snack, drink and game machines available. Alterations and dry cleaning service also available. Staff friendly and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! Racist owner or at least she claims to be the owner. She made it VERY obvious children are not welcome. She called the police on me & had me escorted out because I told her to stop picking on my kid. The friendly cop apologized to me & told her she was nuts for trying to file charges against me & wanted to know what exactly I did? She couldnt even answer him. The place was very old & outdated! She didnt not greet me or anyone else who entered. Took my wet clothes down the street where they had toys in an area specifically for kids.

Since the older lady retired it has gone way down hill. There is NO hot water to wash with. The staff try to tell you how to wash your clothes and bully you into using a more expensive washer that holds THE SAME AMOUNT OF CLOTHES (But only if your white)! They just lost $500-800 dollars a year from me and If your smart youll go somewhere else to do laundry too!

OUT OF TOWN CONTRACTORS AND EMERGENCY RESPONDERS BEWARE ..This place is horrible, they do not CLEAN your laundry. Way expensive and unprofessional. I have complained and they have promised to make it right and Failed to do so repeatedly.We will not return. Met several contractors outside who had the same issues and also will not be back. Paid 5.00 extra dollars for bleach and was not used.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Worse laundry mat ever. Everyone needs to keep a close eye on your clothes, the owner will place bleach in the washing machine when you are not looking. She damaged $75 worth of my navy blue scrubs. Then when I confronted her about it she cussed me out, took a picture of my car and then called the cops on me. In addition to this she tried to attack me in the parking lot. She told me she could take a picture of my car if she wants due to the fact that it was on her property.
