One star, only bc you cant give any less. One guy wearing a mask, every other employee going around as if there isnt a pandemic. When asked, they looked around to see if they could find a mask. Of course, there wasnt any, so I waited and waited and waited for the guy with the mask. Meanwhile other customers went ahead of me... I guess they do not have preexisting medical issues... Next time, if I go there (big IF) Ill be sure to bring them a box of disposable mask, they are inexpensive enough. Also, the other couple of times I was at that particular location, the service (the manners with which those guys operate) was poor. Customer service is unheard in that UPS store. I will remember to steer away next time!

With the workforce being understaffed they had a sign asking customers to please understand this and to please be patient. Even with this the young staff was courteous professional and quick. I was in and out on my lunch break even with several customers. Very pleased.

Those set of nail painting boys are sooooo unprofessional and stupid.....not helpful in no way and have alot of attitude.....I use them because its convenient.....but there are no good

I was told the system was down for notaries. Also that I could come back after the store closes and pay cash to get my paperwork notarized at double the price. I watched 2 other customer get services and pay through the same system . Just felt like a going scam the guys at this store do for extra cash.

DONT DO AMAZON RETURNS HERE - they just take your stuff, dont give you any receipts and they lost some of my items, amazon ended up charging me back for the items I returned but that the ups store must have lost. So unprofessional. At the time, none of the employees were wearing a mask but one young lady.

Only ups store that closes at 2:30 in Panama City fl area. I called the front desk and asked if he would stay open 3 minutes after (2:33) so I could drop off packages with labels already taped on on return. He said no problem see you soon. I arrive at 2:32 and door was locked and no one insight. Why say yes then lock the door and hide.

Did an Amazon return and when Amazon had not refunded my money after a week, we discovered that my package had sat at this store for 6 days after I dropped it off. Incredibly poor service.

Shipping might be smooth with this store, but if you want printing theyll take your money online, confirm your order, give you a time to come in and only after coming in will they inform you they cant print. Way to screw up a time sensitive matter. Never again.Wow, business replying as if its my fault for daring to expect the service I requested. It can take up to 2-3 business days to complete yeah thats what I was upset about, coming on day 3 and being told sorry we cant print is the problem. Its incredibly tone deaf to expect the costumer to research the ins and outs of corporate franchising. If a customer has a problem that relates to the corporate offices rather than the local franchises thats something to be addressed by the franchisee rather than the customer. Most franchising businesses understand this, if the management of this franchise doesnt like how corporate does things they need to de-list printing as one of their capabilities with corporate so they dont appear as an option online. I was far from unreasonable in this regard. When something is advertised with a timeframe and a customer decides to utilize the business due to this timeframe the timeframe needs to be honored. Its ridiculous to say the buyer will be notified upon completion can take 2-3 business days to complete so I should just wait the 10 months its been since my visit here and maybe someday theyll print my order. Absurd!

Please state exactly when you will be open. 2nd time i have tried to send something out and you are not open!!

This UPS store is consistently one of the most efficient and friendly locations I have ever visited. Both Greg and Dale have helped me numerous times over the past few months, always with a smile and patience with my horrible handwriting! :)

Real Small town quality ServiceI came 2 minutes to closing, and there was a line. I patiently waited and got my papers Notarized. I got a military discount and thanked them. They said they were staying open late, on a Saturday afternoon for a customer that was caught in traffic and called.Super Clean store with a very organized and courteous staff.

I have used this store location for the past 3+ years including through Hurricane Michael. Store employees have always provided professional service with competence and positive attitudes. Following the hurricane, when communication was a challenge for everyone, store employees provided their personal cell phone numbers as contact and assisted with all needs while dealing with their own personal crises. Better service could not be expected!

Super helpful and nice Staff!

I can only assume the positive reviews were left from employees or friends of family. These guys move with no sense of urgency whatsoever. They don’t call back, jobs get lost. Price points are also not competitive, shipping, printing or packaging. Yes indeed, the staff is very nice. If you’re mailing out a letter this might be a good place to go. However not much use for anything else

Kennedy was extremely rude, confrontational and refused to provide service because my wife not wearing a mask. Local ordinances and UPS Store franchise policy do NOT require masks at this time. Go somewhere else.

Be prepared to be hang up by whoever she said her name was because she dont have the patience to allow someone to explain what they are calling about.

Safe and secure drop off for bulk shredding of personal documents. Pay by the pound.

By far my worste experience shipping anything. It started off fine when I shipped my mom a new phone on may 10th 2019. Long store short my package was lost and it took until augest 1st almost three months, probably twenty or so phone calls when they picked up, a lot of one way texting and driving down there when I couldnt get ahold of them. All this with them only calling me probably three or four times for updates or new information. On top of all that the remburstment didnt cover all the shipping costs or the phone. Would not recommend this 3rd party store and would use ups directly.

The driver reported that I moved all though I have 2 Vehicles in the driveway at all times and Ive been living in the same place for 16 years they just delivered a package to me about 2 weeks ago. Now thats just pure lazy.
