This is the third time Ive went there to have a tire fixed that I bought 6 from for 1800 and they always want you to drop it off for 4 or 5 hours after you have paid all that money and they have an empty bay. It isnt worth the hassle to buy from them. Tells me to come back later wants me to drive on a flat. Totally unsafe and ridiculous. So I have to take it to tire kingdom once again.

I brought my truck there few months ago to get a flat fixed and they brought my truck in amd within 5 min they called me saying they couldnt work on my truck. I ask why and they seemed like they got mad when they explained that because my truck has wheel adapters on it that change the lug pattern they wouldnt be able to work on the tire cause its not the tire that goes to the truck. This doesnt make any sense. Your working on the tire not the rim. I went to get a flat fixed not a rim. What does the lugs or rim have to do with fixing a flat. All you do is look up the size of the tire that it has on the side of the tire and replace it. But no this doesnt make any sense at all. Please explain. Not very happy.

Logan helped me out here and he did a great job.. I was in a jam and needed 4 3512.5x20 he helped me pick out the best set gave me a bit of a break and got me in right away.. I will be bringing all 4 trucks and my work trailers here for now on!Thanks Logan!

Chris is one of the kindest Managers Ive ever met, I recommend the Discount tire store at bay city point to everyone, I took my 77 Corvette in they had the tires and the knowledge to open the doors and the hood before jacking it up. And Chris help me get up to the size tires I wanted in my 4x4 at a very good price. Thanks Chris for allowing you and I to help that family that was in a tight spot that afternoon.

I don’t normally do this, but the people at this business are simply the best. I’ve gone twice to this location about needing a tire patch. One patch they did for free and the other they pulled out the nail and determined there was no air leak and sent me away happy and with no change to my wallet. I plan to take my tire needs to them moving forward.

My oldest son and I came to them at 5 pm with a flat tire. I knew the car needed 4 tires but could only budget 2 at the time. We were told 30 minutes and it would be ready so my son and I went to get a drink. When we got back, Derrick (Sales) told us that after getting the car up he could not let us leave with only 2 tires. His manager, Chris agreed with him. Derrick proceeded to tell us that he had bought 2 more tires for the car and it would be ready in just a couple of minutes. I couldnt believe how incredibly nice that was and brought tears to my eyes. They were extremely helpful and efficient and would recommend them to everyone.

This place is the REAL DEAL. The latest and greatest of tire balancing machines. I had 5 guys working on my truck at once everyone pitched in and they got the job done in about 30mins. I was very impressed and I’ve worked in tire shops about 8 yrs of my life. Great experience. James even price matched the Nittos I bought from them. They ride SMOOTH!!

All I can say is wow as a local service manager in Panama City Bryce went above and beyond step out from behind the desk to swap my tire himself so I could get one tire repair so I could could my car back to repair the other one very close to closing I dont leave reviews but that is absolutely five star service and when its something that I would go out of my way for if it was one of my customers definitely Bryce deserves recognition

Had the best experience this morning! Took the tire in with a nail in it. Thought we’d just have it patched. However, the associate brought the tire in to show me how bad the tread was and how unsafe my tire really was! We went to the desk to choose a new tire. He immediately found one in stock that was comparable to the original. I felt so taken care of and knew that my best interest was in mind. He was kind, polite and thoughtful. I was so pleased with the service this morning!

These people are awesome! While on vaca in Panama City Fl we had a tire problem, after going to a competetor (they told us to come back in a couple hours to see IF our tire could be plugged) just by good luck we found Discount tire! We were there b4 they opened and waited. When they did open literally 5-6 people came out the door to address each person! Every questioned was answered very patiently (even the ones my hubby asked about a different vehicle). About 1 hour later we left with 4 new tires and a place I would return to over and over! I just now hope my local Discount Tire is as great as this one!!

We are on vacation in PCB and it was our 15th wedding anniversary with a day of activities planned. We left our first activity and came back to a low tire pressure warning on our Tesla. The tire was losing 1-2 psi about every 2 minutes. We stopped at a local tire shop and filled it back up to 40 psi and determined we could make it to Discount Tire. Once we arrived, we were told it would be about an hour before they could look at it. We were surprised when we got a text that it was completed under an hour! Here it is a Saturday morning and I make a left turn onto Hwy 98 and pop!Next thing I know the tire pressure light comes on and the figure is dropping like a falling stone. I went to maybe 3 places and no luck (special order tire lucky me!) Well this last place referred me to Discount Tire where I met a customer service Rep named Michael Eschenbauch (I remember bc I pronounced it correctly lol! But Michael was absolutely a gem! I mean TOP shelf customer service. He was fast in that he KNEW most of his job off the top of his head, not just drooling staring at the computer screen. I ordered it and it was in w/in 2 days (Id already put the donut on - couple days wont hurt). And he said hed call me when I come in and man he hooked me up! Great rep for Discount Tire. Id say easily District Manager or something if he stays with the company. Likely higher. And he told me the spot to visit in Germany. It is now on my bucket list. Great job overall though Discount Tire. I really appreciate your processes. And Michael, your personal story of the commute and everything else. Thank you. And you still made ME feel like I was the most important customer you had all day. That is a hard to find employee. Thank you again.

Logan helped me tremendously by letting me see the two different tire sizes i was debating between putting on my pickup truck. I was traveling to PCB for vacation. I was about 9 hrs from home when my I got a flat at 9pm with a toddler in my car. Turns out my wheel was bent. I was able to make it to PCB on my spare (since it was closer than going home). We called around to see how I could get a wheel for my 2020 Telluride so I could make it home at the end of the week. Chris helped me and I couldnt be happier! The prices are great, the customer service was great, and I am now able to enjoy the rest of my vacation and make it home safely!! He communicated well and even talked with my husband (who wasnt with us) and made sure I was taken care of! I am literally in awe of the service I recieved! I am truly thankful to have found them. I 100% recommend them! I did not once feel like I was a dollar sign, a number, or talked down to for not understanding much about tires and wheels. They were lifesavers!

If I am ever in need of a tire this is the first place I go to, theyre friendly staff and for the most part they get you in and out pretty fast. Now of course you have some times where youre going to have to wait a while but for the quality of their tires I would wait. The only thing that I dont like about it of course because I like to pinch pennies is their price of the tires.

Needed to get new run-flat tires for just the rear on a staggered setup car I was able to call get them ordered and have them installed within 20 hours and the installation process took about 45 minutes even though they were crowded I made an appointment I was in and out really easy process great people to work with knowledgeable and dont mind answering questions even if you think its a dumb question they treat you with the respect cant save a better place especially once you get the warranty on the tires highly recommended

I bought a set of tires and had them mount them on a new 22 set of wheels. Great job not scratching the wheels. Got me in and out in about 1 hour. Covid supplies and employees at the counter wearing mask. Only minor negative is they left the mounting grease all over the wheels. By the time I got home, it was all over the truck and wheels. It would have only taken a few seconds to wipe them off. Now I got to wash the truck. I would definitely go back and the price on tires couldnt be beat. I know, I tried...

Sitting in Discount Tire while they are putting my tires on watching the manager and his staff. They treat every person who comes in with dignity and respect. Very friendly and nice. A woman with two small children is in the showroom and the manger did not make her get up to go the counter to talk about her tire problem and even said he would take care of getting something from the car because she had her hands full. He also offered her the cheapest solution to her problem with out pressure to upsell or make her feel less than. I wish every business was run so well.

Another terrific experience at Discount Tire. Went in for an unscheduled flat tire fix. They got me out the door in jus over an hour, since they were super busy. Even took the time to apologize for moving a higher priority customer ahead of me. I appreciate the honesty and quick service. Repairs were free of charge since I bought the certificates when I got the tires 2 years ago.

Within 45 minutes they had took care of what needs to be fixed and I was on my way

They patched my tire for free and ruined my tire in the process and now they wont fix it and they want to charge me for a new tire after they destroyed my tire and they said they couldnt remember which tire it was on its the only tire with a patch for crying out loud dont go here these people are terrible and they will ruin your stuff on purpose. the manager tried to say that they dont use rope plugs but its the only plug out of all four tires and it was done there so they also lied.

Very professional. I had a vibration in the steering wheel. I just needed a balance when one of their competitors wanted $100 they wanted less than half of that. They wire brush the mounting surface of the wheel and the rotor and torqued the lug nuts with an actual torque wrench, TWICE to ensure they are tight. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I will be back for all of my tire needs.

I was in & out with 4 brand new tires in 30 mins. Ive never experienced anything like this at a car shop! Their customer service is comparable to the Chick-fil-A next door! Will be recommending, especially to women who dont want to feel uncomfortable going alone. They were seriously amazing!Note: I wish they did more than just tires, otherwise Id trust them to take care of everything.

Before you hear the story, let me tell you how good the manager Chris is. He’s professional and has a great approach to fixing issues. He’s offered to attempt to fix my truck if he could inspect the damage and that alone shows the shop is legit.I had to go back to get the weight and balance redone (not uncommon and I understand). I drove the truck to the shop, then back home and once home, I noticed that my rear differential is now leaking. Maybe, the truck started leaking due to the unbalanced tires and that wouldnt really be their fault. Maybe, they put the jack on the differential, even though they swear they didnt and that they never do. But regardless, now my truck leaks. I really dislike going back to a shop for a problem, especially going back a second time and now needing to go to another shop to get something else fixed due to this situation. The shop has friendly mechanics, its clean, and they did call to apologize for the troubles and to explain that they dont put the jack on the rear differential. But, it doesnt matter whether they did directly or indirectly cause the leak, I still have to go to another shop now to fix this leak. Im guessing I just have really bad luck with this situation.

Called about 4 Michelin tires and was told they had in stock, so I set appointment to have installed Saturday, asked to pay and was told not necessary, called Thursday to confirm and asked about tires and was told everything was good, came in for appointment 30 minutes early and was told they only now have 3 of the 4 Michelin tires!!! Offered the continental tires and said they were Cheaper!!! If I wanted cheaper I would have asked!!! Offered no discount!! No apology!!! So I ended up rolling out of there with the continental tires!! I work out of town and could not wait till Monday!! Took my time did everything right and even confirmed and they give s**t less!!! Will not do biz here ever again you should take your money somewhere else!!!

Needed a tire for my fifth wheel had one in stock had me going in a hour

So I had the most awesome thing happen yesterday......I was shopping and I went outside and I left an inside light on in my truck so my battery was dead. I found a really nice man that gave me a jump. Then as Im waiting I see my tire is almost totally flat. So I go to the gas station fill it up with air and go about my day. Well I stopped at my friends and I hear the air coming out of my tire as quick as I put it in. So I go immediately to the nearest tire shop and they tell me it will be $300 for a new tire. Well I left there and they recommended DISCOUNT TIRE. So I went there and they were just getting ready to close but this really nice guy comes up to me and I told him I had a flat tire. Well without hesitation he told me to pull into the shop and they would take care of it. So they look and tell me its the valve stem. Well when they looked further they see that the tire had already been patched previously. So by law they are unable to do anything at all to the tire not even change the valve stem. So I ask how much for a 22 inch low profile tire would be they said that I actually would need two and they would be about $450. Well its Christmas time and thats way out of my budget. So I tell them please just fill it up and I will hopefully make it home. Well suddenly as Im waiting outside the manager comes to me and said he was going to put a brand new tire on my truck and that he couldnt let me leave knowing I had such a bad tire. He said it was the only right thing to do and thats what he wanted to do for me. So I asked how much and he said Merry Christmas its going to be free of charge. I told him please let me give you something for it and he insisted no that just to come back when I need the other 3 tires. It brought tears to my eyes and totally warmed my heart that he would be so nice and at his kind gesture and unbelievable act of humanity. Wow I was so shocked and couldnt believe how nice and what a kind generous thing he did for me in my time of need. His name was Chris Coppock at Discount Tire on 23rd Street next to Chick-Fil-A. If more people in this world were like Chris Coppock this world would be a far better place. I have never had anyone do this for me before and I am so very appreciative and grateful. His staff was just as friendly and eager to help as he was. You can always tell by the attitude of the employees what their leaders attitude is. They were all so friendly and willing to stay late beyond their shift to help me and get me back on the road safely. I will never forget this day or this kind gesture and I will forever be grateful. And Im going to tell everyone I know and even people I dont know to please go see Chris Coppock at Discount Tire on 23rd Street. Everyone there is awesome and they will take amazing great care of you and they are quick and efficient as well. Thank you so much Chris and to all your staff and have a very Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
