I had to complement him, he explained everything so detailed and instead of just trying to encourage me to do a service that I thought I needed. He recommended something else. Only to show hes not just into it for the money. He could have said yes do the duct clean for my situation. He recommended a air purifier instead. I really appreciate your honesty. They actually are very inexperienced right now. They dont pay their workers. They lie to their employees. Unless youre in this little circle of theirs. They owe me on multiple jobs. Theyll give you a little bit of money to keep you going blaming everybody else and making you a promise that theyll give it to you. So you keep on working for them. In the wash their hands with you. Theyll lead you on like youre going to get another job soon so you dont go out and look for another job. And then you dont hear from them any more.... Their main man is in jail right now and all they have working for them is drug using people that steal from their customers.... I was told I was not getting paid for the services I performed on the actual owners home and new home.......

Our experience with Mr.Jim Giles was an outstanding one. One evening my wife had spotted a discoloration by one of our AC vents in the bathroom. The next day she did a Google search for a home advisor and found Preferred Environmental Solutions. An inspection was setup for our lunch break. Jim inspected our areas and let us know that we had, a tiny mold issue. So tiny, that he told us how to cure it and broke the molding process down kindergartener style so that we fully understood it. All of this was done with out any charge! I feel that anyone who knows there profession well enough to give out free inspections and the information to fix it for your self must know there Job well.
