IThey were recommended by the owners wife in 2019. The AC has never worked right and water pours out of it. We have to change filters weekly and bucket out gallons from the interior unit. They have sent people out a few times yet the issues never got resolved. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job repairing my heat pump. Had me back up and running in no time. Very friendly and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Ill only call these guys from now on.

I’ve never actually left a review before. I must leave one after this experience though. This company came out a few weeks ago & seemed to do a good job getting my heat pump fixed. Roughly Two weeks Later my system went down again. I was upset. The manager personally took the call & came out to my house personally. He fixed the problem within minutes by blowing out the drain line. He explained these things happened and it honestly wasn’t the techs fault like he originally thought l. Needless to say he told me that my business and my patience was appreciated and he wouldn’t be charging me for the visit. Awesome people. Call ideal.

. My wife arrived home to find the house 80 degrees. She told me & I called as the office was closing just minutes after 4:00. I commute an hour & 15 minutes back and forth to work. I left work at 4:30 & by the time I had gotten home the technician had already came & solved the issue & gone. The next morning I received an invoice for $80.00. I was ecstatic and payed immediately. Last company I called before Ideal charged me nearly a thousand dollars & only received endless head aches in return. I highly recommend Ideal. These guys are on the ball.

I Called Ideal Climate Experts to try and schedule my dryer vent to be cleaned at both my house & my moms house separately. As well as a duct cleaning for my mom. They were able to take care of us thankfully. I got an amazing deal by adding a PM on both of our AC systems! A Tech arrived to my home in Destin the same day I called! The following day two technicians came to moms house in Lynn Haven. It was extremely difficult finding a company capable of the work that we needed done. ESPECIALLY a company that would service both Destin and Lynn Haven. And to have techs at both of our homes and the jobs completed in less than 36 hours is remarkable. I will be getting my ducts cleaned as well this Winter!
