My Block Advisor experience was phenomenal!! Diana Ru at the Palo Alto office helped me process my taxes quickly, clearly, and without hassle. I waited over an hour past my appointment time before I was finally seen. The consultant was unprofessional and condescending. She proceeded to rush through my sessions in order to make up for the time she lost in the previous session.

The service was far more expensive than the website lead me to believe. There were so many hidden fees that were not mentioned until it was time to pay. It felt like I had been mislead at every step and I will mever be using H&R Block again.
