The accountants here are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand the entire tax situation before coming up with a tax solution. I have found them to be very prompt in responding back to my emails and phone calls which is very important to me.

I used to do my own taxes using Turbo Tax and thought life was great till I started getting notices from the IRS that I owed several thousand dollars in back taxes. After going back and forth with the IRS and not really getting anywhere I had to reach out to a tax professional. Made a few phone calls and ended up meeting with Wasi who went over everything in great detail with me and then talked to the IRS on my behalf.Since I was getting audited in 2011 for 2009 tax return, I didnt have all my records either. Wasi was able to get a lot of those records for me and helped me get through the entire audit process. Turns out that I really didnt understand what I was doing with my taxes and stock options so once it was fixed IRS owed me a bit more refund.I now have Wasi prepare my taxes and now no more surprises. I have recommended him to many friends and coworkers.

My experience was below average. I was originally told I was going to be helped on a critical issue my family and I had but after numerous emails including one which included legal documentation, I never heard back from the office. Not even a return email explaining what the delay was. Very unresponsive unfortunately.
