Very quiet and clean mail shop. The owners were really nice. I had to get fingerprints my live scan and they were super quick and courteous. They had some mild incense that I liked so I asked about it. They said you couldnt get it here, only in India, so they gave me a small sample to try at home.

Polite service but they charge $5 for standard UPS access point pickup. This isnt noted on their website and was informed once onsite. Theres only a poorly displayed sign (hidden behind a plant) that states the cost.

Greenmail is a one stop shop for shipping, notarized documents, and similar clerical services with convenient parking on the busy El Camino corridor of Palo Alto. I dropped in to get a document notarized and the process was fast and convenient. The business is operated by a friendly elderly Indian couple.

NEVER REROUTE YOUR UPS PACKAGES HERE. This guy will extort you for more money. He charges you an additional $5/package (outside of whatever UPS charged you to reroute the package). This man and his business is disgusting.
