Extremely rude staff. We got gas here & I asked nicely to use the restroom and the man who came out of the restroom who works there walked away and rudely said NO!!!! VIRUS!!!!! (Lol) which I thought was extremely uncalled for - I understand of course but it could have put in a nicer way with better attitude. Please train your staff properly on customer service.

Quick and easy, reasonably priced gas

Absolutely the worst customer service. Extremely rude, they have no respect for their customers and their time - They don’t honor their advertised hours and close before time - when I tried to inquire as to why, the employee was extremely rude and just kept repeating the words: “we are closed - we do this every night” - he just kept repeating the same words over and over again, no matter what I said, he said the same line over and over.When I asked if he didn’t speak English - he said I was intruding - mind you this was when they were supposed to be open. I even pointed to the sign showing the hours they were supposed to be open -He didn’t even look. Ultimately I just drove off to a different gas station.This was my go to place for gas, but after this experience I won’t be going back.

Dont go here they will call the police on you for asking to use the bathroom

Gas station. No frills. Expensive .... I just got home from Boston, gas is $1 cheaper per gallon. Annoying that CA gas prices get hiked up by 30-40 %

This gas station marks up their cigarettes!! Paid $26 for two packs of Camel Blue which is normally $15 at other gas stations in Palo Alto. What a ripoff.

Opening times on Google say midnight, but not open at 10:45pm.

This place is not open 24 hours. Im at this place right now, at 11:45pm Fri. Oct 19, 2018, and its closed, with padlocks on the pumps

Bad attitude of the personal (like they don’t want to work)

It has parking, a small shop and shop for an oil change, tuneup, and brakes. the space is very small and sometimes difficult to get gas if a customer is in the way.

The restroom in this gas station never works.
