Always been terrified of the dentist. Always has been a a bad experience for me.I went to premier dental at the E.Palmade location.I finally did implants .The whole staff there was wonderful through this experience. The place is clean. The service is fast. The Dentist is ok. But the dentist assistant are exceptional. O really appretiate they speak Spanish. Susan was really helpful and polite sometimes is not only speak Spanish is also understand a culture. I have to say I talk too much and she was super patient with me. And she went an extra mile to help me. So Thanks again Susan. Also you can go and have regular first interview without insurance for 25 dollars.

I absolutely love this office. I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff moved mountains to meet my needs while staying mindful of a rigid time frame allotted around my work schedule. During my visit, I received a cleaning, a root canal and a temporary crown. I was able to leave my appointment and go back to work in the same day. I visited the Palmdale office but I would imagine that the Lancaster office is just as stellar. Thank you Premier Dental staff for being jovial, welcoming, patient, loving and kind.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 4 years but they made the experience bearable (which is a big deal cause you know... 4 years)! I have a hard time with the x-rays because of the little plastic thing you bite on but the dental assistant was wonderful! She had several tricks up her sleeve and she was patient when I couldnt have it in my mouth anymore. The dentists were efficient and mindful of my comfort for the cleaning and fillings. You can tell they have tons of experience and care about their patients. I especially appreciated that he wanted me to communicate with a hand signal if there was any pain or discomfort and I needed a minute before continuing. Fillings in general are fun but I had every confidence in the staff. Also, the front desk staff was beyond friendly and hospitable getting through the forms and making appointments. Highly recommend! Dont be like me and wait so long though.

Awesome dental experience, I didnt know such thing existed, until now! Took my daughter there today and the staff took care of us, made me and my child feel at ease, which was very much appreciated. Fantastic receptionists took care of all of our questions and concerns, plus had us in and out of there quickly, which is greatly appreciated with these trying times we are in. Premier Dental is honestly one of the best places one can go and receive great dental work in the Antelope Valley, the staff that work there are always kind and welcoming, One of my dentist there is Dr. Ramy and he does great work. This place a definitely a must!

The girls behind the counter were so refreshing. Today, so many doctor and dental offices have lost their passion for their job. They no longer show nor have any kind of compassion or empathy for their patients. I finally found a place that I can go to and feel comforted during these stressful times. A place that is professional, clean and extremely caring. The dentist himself was very clear on my options and took a desent amount of time informing me. What a shame that all my doctors offices arent like Premier Dental with their quality of care of their patients.

Coming from a person that didn’t like going to the dentist. I can honestly say the dentist here is great. My problem with other dentist was how aggressive they were with each procedure, but here I haven’t had an issue yet. And a BIG SHOUTOUT to the front desk staff. Those 2 are amazing and you can tell they really care for their patients.

Awesome customer service, scheduled an appointment for a tooth ache. How ever this appointment was too far out. I spoke to the assistant which sadly I forgot her name (she seats in the left side not the corner, atleast thats where she was at the time I went). She went above and beyond to accommodate me on a Saturday appointment. When I got there, I got to get checked and they need to extract my molar. I needed to come back till next Tuesday. Once again this assistant came to my rescue and with the Dentist help they were able to make it happen that same day. It is really nice to know the people that work there really care for the well being of their patients. Great work to the hiring manager! While I was there I noticed how cheerful all the staff was greeting all the patients as they came in. I really appreciate everything you guys did that day!! Thank you!!

My dentist visit was very long over due and I was nervous because I knew it wasnt pretty and some dentists tend to be a tad on the condescending side. That was not the case here. I called and explained my situation and they squeezed me in that very same day. All the girls who were upfront were wonderful and very helpful and my dentist Dr. Naguib was very kind and made sure I knew what was happening and made sure to keep checking that I was comfortable. Ive never had a bad dentist experience. But Ive never had one as amazing as i did at premier. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff! I look forward to perfecting my smile with you guys!!

Selena was very tentative and helpful with questions had of the office Karen and Susie did a awesome job taking quick X-rays and photo discussing what they can see based off my photos. Dr Mehdi informed what I needs to do to relieve my pain. Lis thoroughly went over my insurance benefits . She also recommended awesome 3rd party financing for affordable monthly payments with no interest and Mallory checked in on me making sure my visit was great . 8/7/2020 The dental Techs do 99% of the work, especially KAREN, who is the nicest person! Thank you Karen for your kindness.The DENTIST gave BAD CUSTOMER Service: made me wait 60-Minutes, After he gave me the Anesthetic shot, before I had to go into the hallway TWICE to ask for the dentist & my Crown! The dentist then rushed in, didn’t say a word, was Rough in my mouth for a total of 5-minutes finally installing the crown !! Then he just walked out... saw him texting on his phone in his office. I don’t know the dentist’s name but he was Rude & dismissive.Don’t use this business because the Dentists dont finish patient’s care in any timely manner - 2-hrs Of MY TIME for a temporary crown + 1.5-hours Of MY TIME for permanent crown...unacceptable.

Dr. Naguib did a fantastic job replacing my missing front tooth. I had knocked it out in an accident at work 3 years ago and had never had it replaced with an implant due to fears I had about the surgery. After consulting with Dr. Naguib and his wonderful staff they put my mind at ease and I got the implant done. Wow what a difference! I’m really kicking myself now for not getting it done sooner. It looks like my accident never ever happened and I can now eat just like I did before the accident and my self confidence is now great! Thank you Dr. Naguib for your expertise in this area and bringing me back to normal.
