Had a good experience until the end of my orthodontic treatment. They were not accommodating and would not fix my broken brackets, which is an emergency, on days other than Monday and Wednesday. They make enough money to have technicians all week long. I am moving across country over the weekend and am not able to wait until the following week. I have paid my contract off in full and they were still not willing to help. A waste of 3 years and over $3,000. I shouldve just used invisalign. Thanks for wasting my time and money First Class Dental.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Look friends, I realize this town doesnt have a great selection if services, most low income areas dont, but your oral health is not worth the sacrafice. The staff here are overworked. The doctors are inexperienced and dismissive. The operating rooms are cramped and filthy. They will reccomend the most extreme/expensive treatments aftee literal seconds evaluating you with absolute minimal consultation. They overbook appointments by tens of people. Their technology is outdated. They arent even cheap for the lackluster services they provide. This place is an absolute nightmare, by far the worst, least professional, least sanitary office I have EVER been to. You use your teeth every day. Even if you dont think about it, your teeth are an absolutly essential part of your health and wellbeing. Do not walk into this place expecting quality, or even satisfactory care. It is obvious that the owner keeps this place running with the BARE minimum investment, at the cost if the patients, and the staff. They doubtlessly bury/remove reviews because there is no way they have this many 4 and 5 star patients. That or people are just so used to poor care they roll over and accept it. Just dont do it.

I got my braces done with them and I had them on for 2 years and everything went smoothly and they did an amazing job. I got my braces off today and all I can say is that they came out amazing!!!

The receptionist are so rude, I called a couple times before I wrote a review to this place, my kids have been going there for the last 2 years, I thought I gave them a couple of shots before writing a review for this place, I had to set up appointments, every time I called they sound upset, short of temper I’m going to change Dentist. First Class Dental has 2 good doctors Dr. Kang is great! The assistant Diana is so sweet. BUT has the RUDEST front office staff. Sofia is the worst. She hung up on me twice, Told me the doctor would never call me back! When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she’s in a meetingIt’s too bad they can’t find good help there!!!!! I wasnt aware that this place will take 1 whole hour to up-sell you braces - they called it consultation. Then you have to wait another 30 minutes for the cleaning lady to come.... So.... I left...FYI: Be aware - If youre new patient, put 2 hrs on your schedule for a cleaning.I had some plans and I cant do 2 hrs for cleaning, otherwise Id stay, but might still write a bad review.-------------------------------Update: Finally found a better Dentist in Antellope Valley and sent my family and friends there instead. I agree with a lot of these bad reviews. The scariest part of a visit is when you are going to have something major done, the dentist starts it then has his assistants come in and has them finish the job. I have had a few experiences here with anesthesia and this last time I went he was in such a hurry he hurt my gums really bad to the point my eyes where my eyes where tearing up from the pain. I have been waiting for crowns for almost a month now. They took impressions but they keep on coming back really bulky and fake looking. I asked to have them redone because the dentist kept on telling me those where normal teeth?? I told him that’s why you took impressions of my original teeth before hand so the crowns would come out the same as my teeth not normal teeth!!! And he said well your used to something else??? I just wanted my teeth to look like before (straight) with the ones they made I looked like I had bucked teeth and would need braces... please just be careful the work you get done there!!! I had other procedures there but never cosmetic!! I completely regret having listened to the dentist on getting crowns he said that they would look exactly the same as my teeth that was the whole point of the impression right!? Wrong!

I went in today for a consultation to see the status of my teeth. I dont go to the dentist often due to my lack of insurance. Still I knew it was time and necessary! So I looked up a few dentists online and found this one. The reviews were great and they werent being dishonest. This practice is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The Doctor was beyond helpful and honest. He took his time trying to work with me and my situation. Sadly I have never gotten this feeling and experience from many Dentist practices. I am thoroughly impressed. I called earlier to another office to ask how much a consultation would be and it would have been 150.00. This consultation was Free. I have some hope that my teeth will get better now.Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I came in today for a check up and found out for myself what they were talking about. This place is just amazing from start to finish! Im 25 years old and needed braces because I was embarrassed with my teeth. Dr. Trieu and his staff worked with me to create braces that I love! Fabulous! After a LONG search for a dentist, I finally walked into First Class Dental and found Dr Trieu and his staff. I had previously visited three other dentists that were really disappointing. They all made my dental experience frustrating and extremely difficult. Modern Dental is different, they gave my husband and I exceptional care. Not only was the treatment above and beyond, in comparison to any other dental work I have received, but they were really considerate of my budget. I delayed my dental work because Ive never felt comfortable with being able to manage the cost. At First Class Dental they walked me through the payment program, answered all of my questions and were able to take care of all of my dental work. In the end, for me, this is what has really made First Class Dental stand out. Theyve relieved me of the stress and anxiety associated with going to the dentist. Not to mention that every single person working for First Class Dental was amazing! Wow. This has been the most wonderful experience as far as dental office is concerned. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me with warm smile and answered all my questions. Doctor was even better. He explained everything and was very honest. Treatment I was told at other offices, they said were not needed and told me what I really needed for long term solution. Fee was the best Ive seen around AV but I wouldve paid just as much in this place. Office is super modern and clean. So much technology to show me everything on big flat screen tv. I started treatment the same day and process was so comfortable and easy. This is the place to go for dental work period. Im planning to bring my whole family here next week.

I love this place! I went in for an implant consult thinking it would cost me an arm and a leg and they were able to come up with plan using my medical insurance to cover dental implants and other treatments worth 25000! How amazing is that? Everywhere I went I was told I had to pay out of pocket for everything because I had no dental coverage. This is truly a life saver for me as money is tight. Plus place is super clean and modern. Staff were very courteous and Dr Kang is not only an awesome dentist but great human being. I can tell they truly care about patients. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

They treat you like family! I don’t know about most, but this is the first dentistry office that has made me feel comfortable.

I was recommended by a friend to go to this Dental Office for Ortho. For years I have been terrified to get braces and now especially as an adult I was more worried about how I would look with metal in my mouth. But I saw that they have the option for ceramic brackets and this was a plus for me! I really needed braces because I needed to fix the alignment of my teeth for my jaw to feel better. It was getting to the point where every time I would eat my jaw would get stuck. So I need to get it treated before it got worse. I went for my free consultation and from the moment I entered I felt welcomed and at ease. The Dr. was really nice! He was so kind and I loved how he took the time to answer all my questions and cleared away all my fears. He was very meticulous and observant and I liked that because I knew he would help me get my teeth and jaw to how I wanted. They also offered me the option to pay off my teeth monthly which worked out great!Its now been a year and 2 months and Im ready to get my braces taken off next week! Im so happy with the results and I really appreciated the Doctor for always taking time to listen to my concerns about my teeth and fixing it the way I wanted them.Plus! Ceramic Braces are Amazing! You can barely even notice them and they look so cool with the colored bands. Sure they are a bit more pricey but for me, it was worth every Penny!

My daughter has been complaining about gum pain for couple weeks, and since I noticed a brand new dental office in the area, I decided to check it out. Everything was so nice and new inside.She was seen by Dr. Kang, and he was wonderful. He discovered that she had an infection in the gum, and it was promptly treated by him. He must have soft, gentle hands, as she didnt cry at all! Every parent knows how dreadful it is to take a child to a dentist. He was very patient with her and knew how to calm her down.She is now pain-free, and I am so grateful. I will definitely be coming back here, and I will bring my whole family. Thank you for such a positive experience (especially at a dental office).

This business deserves no stars. A couple of months ago I was searching for a good dental clinic to get a deep cleaning and I came across First Class dental more like Low Class Dental I decided to book an appointment with them because I saw that they had great reviews and at the time they had 5 stars with no complaints. When I first walked in the staff was friendly and the place was really nice and clean. While waiting in the lobby the receptionist said that if I wrote a 5 star review I would get a $5 gift card for Starbucks. Of course I fell for the trap. I mean who wouldnt? Im guilty as well. So basically they were buying their stars. Anywho when I saw the doctor he said I needed braces and he was persistent about it. Again, I fell for the trap! Because he convinced me.I told the Dr. I didnt want to get the braces until after my deep cleaning because my gums were swollen. He said Get the braces, and once we get approval from your insurance for the deep cleaning we will get them off at no cost. I got my braces on my first Dr. Visit. A couple hours after I got them my Bracket fell. When I looked at the bracket it looked like cheap material and obviously they use cheap glue. I go back to have them fix my bracket and they blamed it on me. Thats already a red flag. I followed the diet on point and my brackets kept falling. It happened several times in a month. I ended up getting an infection!! But ofcourse they didnt want to take responsibility for it. So 2 months later... I go back for my deep cleaning appointment and they wanted to charge me to take off my braces for the deep cleaning! When that wasnt the agreement. I got so upset I decided to go somewhere else.Please stay away from this place! They use cheap material, they are disorganized with paper work and payments, and the Dr. is either lazy or unprofessional because he wont do the work he has his nurses do it. Also the nurses they have dont have experience.Please stay away from this place! They only care about your money not your teeth!!!

Hey all, they have 100s of five star reviews so that means that how they treat you, and what you say that reflects the negative treatment you may or may not have received has no bearing at all on this quack of a dentist.They have state of the art machinery, better than anybody else in the antelope valley, they have a full staff of incompetent human beings that are at no higher of an educational level than you or I.Please do take your child here, enjoy your stay and enjoy being treated like a second class citizen.The answer is NO I dont recommend them.The answer is NO they are not the best in the AV.The answer is NO their equipment is not the most state of the art.The answer is yes they most certainly will violate patient privacy laws to get their poor opinion across.What an utter joke. I got 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled, and it was a breeze. I dread going to a dentist, but these guys made it so easy for me. Once it heals completely, I will come back to get the other 2 wisdom teeth extracted on the other side.

I honestly dont see how this is such a highly recommended place. I had my absolute WORST dental experience EVER here and I just went in for a cleaning. Were people paid to write these other reviews? Or did I just get unlucky in my visit? Regardless, Im never going back. Firstly, I called them to see if they could take my insurance and the lady that picked up didnt know so she said she would call back once she figured it out. She never called back of course, which Im finding is pretty typical of most Palmdale businesses since moving here... Whatever, I called back a couple of times and they finally figured out they take my insurance and I got an appointment. Now for the appointment....pretty normal, up until the cleaning. It was SUPER painful!! Lady kept taking out chunks of my gums, consistently sprayed water up my nose to the point that I couldnt breath, and kept pinching my lip with whatever metal piece she was laying to rest on my lip. I had to pull away her hand on multiple occasions and she acted like it was normal, like she didnt care that she was hurting me. After about the third time I pulled her hand away, she looks over at the dentist and asks, Should we use the gas? I yelled out, NO!!! I should have left then, but the dentist told her to put this numbing gel on my teeth instead. Even with the numbing gel (which is not normal to use for a cleaning), it hurt SO bad! The only reason I didnt say anything is because I knew if I said anything at all, I was going to blow up and probably become hostile. I went into fight or flight mode over a damn cleaning! This isnt right....Ive never had a cleaning hurt AT ALL before and I was in the military with some of the worst dentists you can come across. I actually got a fat lip about 30 minutes after I left (from that metal piece that kept pinching my lip) and its been about 3 weeks after my visit and theres still some scaring on a few areas of my gums. I dont normally write reviews like this...maybe the lady was having a bad day...maybe since it was the end of the day she didnt care anymore....whatever the case, I DONT RECOMMEND this place. I consider this a worst case scenario situation for me.

My first time here, my first impression is the place is very clean, new building, staff is nice. Like that they have a movie playing and some music in the background. Makes for a comfortable relaxing experience. Once I have service will review that experience as well.

This place is amazing. I come here every month, but I’m almost always changing my appointment bc of my work schedule. Whenever I call to change my appointment, they’re quick to answer and schedule me for another time without a problem. There is almost always no wait despite it being in a busy center. The nurses are caring and easy going. Shout out to Jessica and Diana, they’re always so nice and do such a great job. The ortho doctor is great lad too and quite humorous. The man knows his teeth. 10/10 would come here all the time.

Maria answered the phone and my conversation with her convinced me to schedule an appt. She was able to get me in quickly. I expected to have a long wait. I was wrong. The office is very clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Dr. Kang should be the definition of what a dentist should be. He was very patient and showed compassion for the pain I was experiencing. He took his time and I didnt feel he was rushing when working on me. He took the time to explain the process of the procedures and was very kind. I felt very comfortable and had confidence that he was going to get me thru the extraction and root canal I needed without pain. I highly recommend First Class Dental office for your dental needs. I have already referred family and friends to this office.

Let me first say that my daughter had bad experiences with different dentist where they would strap her down make her cry I could hear her screaming from the waiting room. Never again will she go back to those dentist First class dental I was very impressed on the very first day I took my children. All very loving wonderful people that work in that facility. Fabi if you ever get her she is very nice she makes sure your child is comfortable I’m so very glad my kids feel confident that they don’t have to worry about who’s working on there teeth anymore & I don’t have to worry about my daughter screaming from her room & can hear her all the way to the waiting room either. Dr.Tru more like Dr.False!!! This place should be closed down and out of business!!! The material they use for everything is cheap!!! I should’ve read the reviews before going!!! Call CARE CREDIT and request your money back for your poor services!!! They will refund you!!!

I live in valencia, but I go to first class dental, because unlike most dentists I have been to, they dont try to rip you off here. They only suggest the treatment that you need and have some of the best pricing.The equipment is state of the art, and the dentist has time for you. He listens to you and explains clearly how to improve your dental Hygiene.The Staff are very cheerful and professional. Not one complained about my bad breath, so thats good haha.

My first time being here and I have sever dental anxiety but it was great the staff were very professional and sweet the people that Worked on my filling were gentle and made sure nothing bothered me the place is very professional as well they make you feel very comfortable they play a movie while you get your teeth done it’s greatI highly recommend this place 💜

My sister and my parents recommend me to come to this dentist for a really bad tooth ache I had and wow the staff here are so nice so welcoming they make you feel like family they helped me with my pain and I was also available to get a really good price on my braces everywhere I go I get charged a big down payment and they didnt, they trusted me that I will be making my monthly payments witch was really great I will be coming here for all my dental needs. I really recommended this place you wont regret it.

First off I want to say that finding a dental office that does great work with dentures was hard to find but dr Trieu and Kangs office does amazing work I get such amazing compliments on my new set of teeth all the time I feel so much more confident and comfort smile now. And I just want To let anyone know who is going to get dentures that it is a process but you will be very satisfied once you get your end result And also want to say the staff starting off with the manager marie and Michel they are amazing they are always so patient and very pleasingly happy to help me and they are always there to help with any concerns or questions and in the back the assistant Diana is always so patient and calm with me always makes me comfortable and doest let me leave with out being satisfied. I just want to say I’m a very satisfied with all my work here at first class dental:)
