They say they do your taxes. I went there on March 24, 2017. They still have not filed our taxes and today is May 6, 2017. Ive talked to them 4 times and they say they will finish filling and call me back to tell me to come in and sign them but they dont. Owner, John Craft is extremely rude and quite old. He needs to retire. His assistant Marie is of no help. They have stopped talking to me. I left them a message that I want my private information back but neither will call me back.
