Im very happy that I found this place. Ms. Snapp seems kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. All her office staff are very nice too- especially Monica. I really appreciate their helpfulness. I started to come here to do my tax in 2018 and I plan to return every year. I wish I had found this office a lot sooner.

Yuly at Snapp’s Tax is the best! She not only takes her time to do it accurately the 1st time but she cares and makes you feel like you are looked after. My wife and I have been going to her for 4 years now and have never had better service. Knowledgeable and professional.

Very knowledge about tax law. I had one CPA for 25 years who didnt know you got a Federal tax credit for buying a natural gas car(which has now expired) & he made me look it up for him. The 2nd time he wouldnt write of my mileage for driving to work on an Air Force Base . He said it was my normal commute. So the next CPA I hired didnt know either until given the information. Both should have known this & to charge over 250.00 then have you do their job for them, inexcusable. We ask her about what we can write off and she knows. She even gives a work sheet of things you can write off on your taxes, my other two CPAs no. She said that she attends 32 classes a year on tax law and a CPA only has to do 16. So I will be having her do my taxes every year.

Ive been getting my taxes done by Mrs. Snapp since 2012. She has always been courteous, professional, and very accommodating. She takes the time to explain things to you in a thorough manner and you never feel rushed when shes working with you. She treats each client as a person instead of a paycheck. There has never been any errors on my returns and Mrs. Snapp has always done everything to get as much money back as possible. She really knows her stuff!Two years ago my family moved out of state and I was apprehensive about going to another person for filing. So I emailed Mrs. Snapp and found out that she can still do all of our filing even though were not able to physically be in her office!She really does go above and beyond any franchise-esque tax preparation offices. I would highly recommend going to Mrs. Snapp for anything regarding your taxes. I dont trust anyone else.
