Kyle has been indispensable as a teacher of all things pool care. The process for pool cleaning supplies are however not exactly the lowest around. Upside: I was able to fire my pool service.

Very knowledgeable staff who ate friendly and helpful. Manager tries to keep enough supplies of pool and spa paets. Repair services are great.

Worst customer service from all staff, employees that lie and rally don’t know what they are talking about. Products that don’t work and are over priced.

I bought pol supplies and they did not work for my Pool and went in Today to tell the Manager and he was so nice about the situation. And resolved my problem. Really nice manager.

Got what i needed & extra items I was looking for, service support great.

Only had 1 guy working, about 10 people waiting to be helped. We had questions about filters, we ended up just walking out. Felt bad for the only guy working but only having 1 employee on a Sunday morning makes for bad customer service.

Pricey and not enough personal to assist, they need at least 2 people there to assist.

They dont even help you they just talk talk talk

Extremely high priced so much cheaper on the net or anywhere else.

If you need a part go somewhere else. The phone is always busy because they put customers on hold for 30 minutes or more at a time.

Bad service as I am Latino, they did not take good care of me ... I asked them for a first aid ad that they did not have and I told them that if they could order me online and that they could not and that in another leslies they would look for it and that they could not. New employees lack training. I think..👎👎😝
