Dear Tony I was very upset with the young man Josh this morning. I was first in line, a Black elderly woman, and he waited on two other Hispanic customers before me. I asked why and he said because I just needed an Oil Check. Because I complained he denied me service and threatened to call the Sheriff. Im a retired school teacher and a Jiffy Lube Customer for 25 years from Lakewood CA.Service was a horrible experience for me. Being a Godly woman I did call and offer my apology. But his service to me was despicable!

Oil change, new wiper blades and a new air filter for a reasonable price all done in a jiffy👍🙂

They do excellent work been going there for over 10 years I have no problem they fix what you need and Ill fix what you dont need thats what I like and Chris just as wonderful and the rest of the crew as well recommended

Old man here talks lot of stupid things. Difficult to communicate. So difficult to know what type of oil I get even though i paid for synthetic. Ill prefer a slightly expensive greasemonkey than this place.

Its been a couple years since Ive been here they used to be super awesome take their coupons now they do not accept any coupons and want to charge you basically 60 bucks to change your oil I would not recommend it you could get it cheaper at pep boys or anywhere else really disappointed I dont know what this place has become but when you print coupons that have your name on it you should take them very very disappointed you should go somewhere else its much cheaper

On April 14th 2021 my husband brought our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic put it up on the rack to rotate the tires for our Rav4. Our car fell OFF THE RACK and caused damage to the lower left side molding! The mechanic says, no problem, Ill fix it, No, he mickey moused it!! Law suit! Dont go to this place!!!

Didnt want to provide service 15 minutes prior to close time. Better off at Valvoline.

So I called to ask if they can be able to print out one of my old services. I was treated very rudely, spoken down to, ignored and hung up on 3 times. then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no supervisor there then I asked when will there supervisor present so I can speak with them. I was then told there will not be a supervisor there all day and to call back Friday this is absolutely unacceptable what kind of business doesnt have a supervisor on duty while the business is open. I asked what kind of a business doesnt have a supervisor on duty the employee answered this kind of business and hung up on me again. the employees treated me like dirt I will never give this place my business again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Also I will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

The best part is when the old man walks into the waiting area with both my air filters that he just sullied with leaves and pebbles from the back of the garage, claiming that they needed to be replaced immediately 😂lol. Up sale tactics are 2 rate out here.

Not the best of experiences. The oil attendant did not replace the cover of my engine, after filling my oil. When I caught it and asked him to do it. Rather than just doing it, he felt the need to tell me how it was like that when he got under my hood. But he wasnt the one who originally got under my hood. Also the person taking the money at the register, had no idea how to help me charge my debit card as a credit card. I also have an oil leak now creating a puddle in my driveway. I dont think they tightened the drain plug.. Called to speak with a manager, and no manager is available.

Wish I could post pictures of my car mats that are covered in oil grease. Everywhere I go even Walmart oil changes protects my mats. Contacted corporate several times no help. I’ve never paid so much for an oil change that will cost me more money in replacing my mats! Grease doesn’t come out.

11/05 (8:15am)While doing a routine oil change, a technician spilled some new oil onto the engine compartment. Since it was inaccessible to clean off, they simply said it would burn off and will be ok. The technician named Chris is well experienced and had knowledge of my vehicle. I took his word and departed the location.I traveled approximately 42 miles to work and once I was stationed, I could smell burnt oil and could physically see smoke coming directly from the engine.Note: 2 members of the staff are well trained and very informed. Accidents do happen, but this led onto a bigger and more concerning issues.11/06 (8:20am)I returned to this location and they could see the smoke coming from the engine upon my arrival. They proceeded to do a courtesy check and reinspected. They showed me that oil got into the oil pan and they could not access it to clean it and still assured me that it will burn off. They also showed me the dip stick and could tell it was still very dirty and dark. I, of course, questioned it and was told its normal as there is still some left oil prior to the change that can cause it to appear a little dark. Mind you, this was beyond a little and and appeared very dirty.Still unsatisfied, I requested then names and numbers of both the Store Manager and a Corporate point of contact. At first I was rudely questioned, but after further discussion with the associate that cashed me out, I was given the name and number to their DM.They did not give or state the name of that locations Store Manager.I immediately called up the DM and explain my full experience at that location. I also informed the DM of my concerns and the smoke those team members saw as I approached the bay. The DM and I clearly talked and rather than leave anything to chance, he requested for me to go over to his other (more reliable) store and will inform this locations Store Manager (Matt) of the situation at hand and will redo the entire process. The DM also informed me that they will thoroughly clean the previous spill and will inspect all plugs, lines, gaskets and filter.I am currently at this new location and will further continue with this matter untill it finalizes.

They were quick and made sure everything was done right before sending me on my way.

Went here for the first time since I happened to be on this side of town. They seemed a little busy but they greeted me quickly and took my car right in. I only waited about 25 minutes total for my oil change and filter change. They were all very nice and helpful. Will go here again.

I always get my oil changed at jiffy lube because they are usually meticulous and respectable, today was very disappointing. They were rude and didnt check what I asked them to.Sadly, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Chris & Kevin were the most helpful car service technicians I have found in Palmdale. Went above and beyond in my service and educating me on proper car care. Will definitely be back!

If you live in the area or are driving through, this Jiffy Lube is the best place to get your vehicles oil changed. My wife and I regularly use this establishment. Why ? because they are honest. I trust them. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 2 years because of Chris. His team has never tried to rip me off and has let me know of every concern his team has noticed with our vehicles. I once brought the wrong car in and he let me know I still had 2000 miles before the oil change was due. I have always been treated with respect, courtesy and there is always a cup of coffee to be had while waiting. This Jiffy lube team always exhibits the proper decorum for an automotive establishment. I refer all my friends, family and acquaintances to this Jiffy lube. There should be some sort of recognition for this business. Dont hesitate to take your car here for an oil change.

Just stopped by for a tire quote since I saw they were advertising a tire sale. The guy who helped me was super chill and took the time to go over a few options. He didnt pressure me to buy there and then but I came back the next week and ordered, they arrived next day and I was out in a just under an hour. Price wise they were the best compared to Walmart where I had gotten my tires last time. Great experience.

I had a very awesome experience at this location today..David was the one servicing my car and he impressed me with his excellent customer service, knowledgeability, attention to detail and pure kindness. The whole crew working was professional and courteous and got the customers in and out quickly with friendly service. I will def travel the 45 miles just to give them my business because they proved themselves trustworthy and for me, that counts the most.

Nice, big, clean shop with lots of chairs in the waiting room and free wifi. Guys had my car in and out fast with no issues.

I had given a friend a gift certificate to use at Jiffy Lube. I purchased it online, and it said to print it and take it with you to get service. It even had a barcode on it and said right on the printout to take the printout with you to pay for your service. When my friend went to this store to get her oil changed, they would not honor the $75 gift certificate from their own company and they treated her like she was trying to steal something. It was already paid for! We went to another Jiffy Lube in town and they took it and got great service as well. I have had issues at this particular store before and will NEVER go to them for anything. WORST Jiffy Lube ever!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Jiffy Lube! The technicians were polite and friendly, the service was very quick (I think we were in and out in 15 minutes - there were no cars in front of us), and the price was right! They also honored a $15 off coupon I hadIll be back!

I loved this place!! They had great customer service they made sure my car had the proper maintance and then went over everything that was done. I am definitely coming back!!

This is the worst place Ive ever been to for automotive care. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and came out with 3 broken tire studs. Im not the kind of person to leave reviews but I feel I should warn people to steer clear of this place. This happened all over a month ago and Ive been trying to let it go but I cant. There were employees with no work shirts working on my car. Then when it came time to pay I asked for a military discount and did not receive it. 2 weeks later I got a flat tire, When I went to go change my tire, 2 tire studs snapped off which is an indication that when they rotated my tires i.e. Jiffy Lube they over tightened my lugs. I got this fixed at a tire store and they told me to take this invoice and get reimbursed in total 3 tire studs were replaced. One stud and lug from a different tire also broke. When I did just that I was greeted with it was my fault and that we cant hand out any money for every person that has a problem with their work. The manager David also used profanity when speaking to me about this issue when I pressed him about why I cannot get into contact with their corporate office nor anyone above him. I then asked David to get me in contact with his regional manager and the owner since I cannot contact corporate and no one has yet to contact me. The sad thing is there was no customer service whatsoever. This doesnt directly speak for all Jiffy Lube but I know that I will never go to a Jiffy Lube for this routine and simple work to be done!

Very Proffesional And Friendly Staff I Got My Oil Changed 1st Thing In The Morning Before Work So I Was Offered Coffee Etc. Very Quick As Well, There Was Not Any Hickups And If They Catch Somwthinf Wrong They Tell You Like My Air Filter Being Dirty And Clogged Or Battery Terminals Loose Etc. Primarily I rate Jiffy Lube so low because of their false advertisement, and poor customer service. I have gone to jiffy lube and asked for the special as advertised, normally they give me an excuse that the oil for my car is more expensive, and I have come to realize that regardless of the car. The oil is always more expensive, and they will never give the advertised price. But to actually triple the advertised price on an oil change is a new one which happened to me a couple of weeks ago and what made it worse is that when I told the attendant that the price was a bit high and that I would get a better price at the dealer, and he just laughed me away. That did it for me, I will never visit a Jiffy Lube again.Jose Alvarez

Chris and his team did a great job on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I am not sure what the others are talking about when they rate this place Poor/Fair. THis was not my experience at all.Highly recommended!!!

Poor - Fair ISNT LOW ENOUGH!! NEVER COME HERE! Today I went and purchased my own oil and filter-I bought expensive-Royal Purple-performance oil, and when I checked it after they were through with their service the oil was unmistakeably Brown! They Scammed me and put some cheap oil in my car! I paid over $100 for that oil! And when I went back to confront them, they said, there was nothing they could do!

I have been a customer at this Jiffy Lube for 6 years, They treat me with respect and take care of both our family cars.

In the oil change the invoice said the vacuum the floor but they never did also they need learn how to clean the windows, very but service.

Went there for a oil change at 7:10 and was told they are closed when the window clearly said they are open until 7:30 .

My wife came to this jiffy to get an oil change and they kept saying that she needed a fuel filter she got the service done while she was on the freeway the filter came loose she lost power in the vehicle as it shut down she call in and they said there was nothing they could because they were going home so we had to wait til the next day the mechanic was trying to charge me for fixing the problem they caused and corporate wont do anything about it because its a franchise store.

After i left i checked my receipt and these thieves charged me $39 to just to install a filter that takes less than 30 seconds to replace. No tools needed. Plus they stripped my oil pan plug.

Poor service and they did not do all that was included in the package service I paid for.
