Took my 2006 Kia Sorento in to have the u-joints replaced. They said the repair would be a couple of days it took a week. And now, less than a year later Im having them fixed again. Thanks Sergio. 👎

Ive been dealing with Sergios Muffler now for about 2 years I feel very fortunate to have found them. The work is excellent on time and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anybody not just for Mufflers but for anything.

Replaced a leaking gas tank.I had to wait for the part to come on, but after that it was quick. They even completed a vehicle inspection and let me know about the other work completed on the vehicle.

I arrived for a smog at 11:15am. The tech. was busy and because of lunch coming up I was told to return at 1pm. I finished grocery shopping and was back at 12:15. No worries, down the street there was shade under some trees. At 1 pm I pulled up and was quickly approached by an assistant who saw me earlier and told me the tech. had just left to start his hour lunch. He said surely someone else would take care of me. The owner, Sergio, coldly told me to come back in an hour. I had been going here for many years, the tech. even recognized me with my mask on during the earlier encounter. Even after explaining that they had already scheduled me for 1pm and that I live 30 miles away Sergio unprofessionally didnt care. Not even an appology. This is how they treat loyal customers. Total callousness. Im also a war veteran, so vets stay away. I kept my cool but I KNOW most vets wont. I always keep to myself but I dont stand for people being treated poorly, especially by business owners. I called Smog Unlimited on Trevor Ave. in Lancaster and they will match the price. They cant believe the unprofessionalism either.

Very upset. Open at 8am Monday it says. NOPE. I had to drive around looking for somewhere else to go. Another place said open at 9am. Nope. Very upset,... after 9am I called and Sergio was finally there. He told me Id have to come back tomorrow as he has someone on the lift already, after I called in advance and said Id be there at 8am, and now he says come back tomorrow? Ya no. Lost this customer.

A place you can trust, very friendly . These guys know how to fix your car problem, and the most important thing, they are very Honest and respected, by their work.

Tried to rip me off and wanted $2600 to fix my exhaust. Bunch of clueless “professionals.” I went to another shop and got exactly what I needed for $200. Don’t go through Sergio folks.

Did a great job of rebuilding my axle and such...but took much longer than expected and was not notified why until I called then was told. Even then they called my parents (instead of me the owner of the vehicle and the one paying) could use better communicating.

Cant leave 0 stars or i would. Very high prices on cheap parts. Sure he can pass that smog real easy. Hes a crook and rips off elderly woman. Took my car in for a smog, power steering leak and coolant leak. Came out with catalytic converter rack and pinion, a $300 idle air control valve, and still leaked power steering fluid and still got charged $120 more.

They are a great service provider. I had used them 10 years before. They are quick and professional.

The owner/manager is Disrespectful unprofessional and rude my advice is to not go to this shop.

I went to get a smog check and Angel was so nice! He said it would be 15 mins til he could do it but it was not even 10 mins and the smog check was fast, quick and economical. I couldnt be more pleased after being fleeced by other smog centers in the AV.

Good mechanic shop but if youre in a rush to get your car fixed in time hes probably not the guy that place is always busy

Wow I read other people reviews and said let me give them a shot, WOW!!!!!! Biggest crooks there junk yard mechanics dont know nothing and Sergio the owner tries to sell you things you dont need like I went in for an oil change and he said I needed 4 tires I said oh really his full of s**t cause I just change all 4 tires about 1 week ago this guy is a crook please be very careful cause I also over heard him saying to his worker in Spanish to make something up that needed to be fixed, little did he know I speak and understand Spanish very well, people please dont go there he will make up things that need to be fixed when you dont need it, go to TIRE PROS in lancaster they are honest and the owner there is great he even took me to go get lunch and even picked me up now thats what I called great customer service.

Can not say more about this Guy! Honest and reliable, pricing is very good. if you need you vehicle repaired/tires this should be your FIRST AND ONLY PLACE! Sergio will be getting all my future business!

I went in here as I needed a smog check they were very helpful and very quick even though they were extremely busy it didnt take long for them to get to my car and finish it up I would definitely recommend this place for automotive repair as it seems theyre very knowledgeable

I asked for a quote on a cat he told me 250 I asked with Labor he said yes. I called back again he to see if he would honor the same price, He respond s was that he said it starts at 250 ? That shows hes not a man of his word cant trust a mechanic man like this ......smh

Sergio has been repairung my vehicles for sometime now. I never had any problems like other repair shops. He is a very honest person and gets the job done all the time.Not like Kellys repair shop off of Ave I.I LEFT MY TRUCK THERE FOR REPAIR AND MY SPEAKERS GOT STOLEN OUT OF MY DODGE TRUCK ALSO THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON REPAIR. MY TRUCK WASNT THE SAME I HAD TO BRING IT TO THE DEALER TO FIX IT. GARBAGE!! I WENT TO GET MY AC FIXED. HE CHARGED ME 100$ BECAUSE HE SAID HE CHECKS FOR LEAKS AND THINGS LIKE THAT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS PROPERLY. THE DAY I WENT HE TOLD ME TO WAIT 1 HR. I WAS WAITING FOR ABOUT 2 HRS AND HE DIDNT TOUCH MY CAR TILL THE LAST 30 MNTS. I TOOK OFF WHEN HE WAS DONE ..MY AC DIDNT WORK THAT WELL IN A FEW DAYS IT COMPLETELY DIDNT WORK. I CALLED HIM BACK N HE SAID ITS NOT HIS FAULT..AND THAT IF I WANT IT CHECKED ILL BE CHARGED A FEE. WELL ISNT THAT WHAT I PAID HIM 100$ ...SO HE WILL CHECK IT? WASTE OF MY MONEY & TIME. HE DID NOT ONLY STEAL MY MONEY BUT HE IS VERY LAZY ..NEVER AGAIN!!

I was dumb enough to let them do a timing belt and water pump replacement. It took them twice longer time than was promised and cam seal was messed up so I had a car with dripping oil at the end. Costed me extra $500 to redo things at the right place. I wouldnt recommend to hire them for complex work.
