Very Honest and Kind. I brought my car because one of the headlamps went out after somebody worked on same car yesterday. Requested to have the light checked as I would be going to work same morning, which he obliged. After the inspection which lasted for 2mins, he came back and told me everything is fixed. Asked how, he said, the wire was disconnected. He said no charge, shook my hand and walked away. I was dumbfounded. Most mechanics wouldnt be that honest because of greed. He really made my day. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an honest and reliable mechanic.

We are full-time RVers so having our truck (2006 F350) running safely is very important. We were first referred to Pacific Auto Electric when we needed warranty work on our turbo charger. Manny kept us informed each step of the way and took care of getting the turbo charger replaced under the warranty.The only good thing about our engine dying was that we happened to be traveling through Palmdale when it occurred. Once again we turned to Pacific for help. They went above and beyond, and found a replacement engine we could afford. They also did all the post install checks thoroughly and found a problem with the engine that actually necessitated them pulling it back out and getting it exchanged. Very grateful that they found the problem in shop, rather than us finding out while towing our home.I would highly recommend this shop. A mechanic you can trust is priceless.

Went in to get my cylinder head re-threaded, they took my car in on the same day with no appointment and had the work done within 20 minutes. They did an exceptional job for a very fair price, I had other repair shops quote me for double the price I paid here. Ive driven over 1000 miles since and the car is still running great! I highly recommend this place, they have got to be one of the best car repair places around.

These days its hard to find a good mechanic but you also find really good people ! Called up Jesse on a Saturday morning to inquire about replacing one of my two Camry radiator fan motors. It had been diagnosed the night before in the SFV, but couldn’t be fixed at that time. He got me in that day, and replaced the whole fan assembly with a brand new part that was less expensive than just the motor from the other places, plus the other places couldn’t get the part in stock until the following week. Having him replace all my motor mounts and valve cover gasket as well. Would recommend him, he is honest, and has reasonable prices, they are all good guys there!

This place is great and they do great service. They are cheap and Jesse tells you exactly what is needed and the prices are always great. They get the job done and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anybody.

My children and I were on the bus for several months because the repair I needed on my car was very expensive according to several other shops I called, Jesse took very good care of me. He charged me a way more affordable price and I got my car a few days later. He went the extra mile for me. I will be recommending everyone I know that needs electrical or other repairs to bring their car here!

BEWARE.They kept my car for a month. Everytime i went to check on it they said leave it a little longer. When i finally went and picked up my car. Which never got fixed. I found dash board screws on my passengerside floor (They had no reason to be taking apart my dash apart The issue was with the motor) Now all of the sudden my AC was not working properly. I had just recently replaced the AC/Heater Controller prior to this. And now it was doing the same thing it was doing before I replaced it. It looked like my new AC controller was switched out for a different one. Which would explain why they took apart my dash.

Im on my way to Mammoth with a couple friends driving up from Los Angeles and in short-terms, an electrical problem caused my car to be disabled about 18 miles north of Lancaster.I had the vehicle towed in a couple days later after calling more than 20 different shops looking for someone that not only did electrical work but did electrical work on BMWs and had the equipment to diagnose it.I called here on a Saturday morning and reached Manny who said they would love to take a look at it, so I had the vehicle towed in. It was the first person who immediately just invited me to bring the car in to even start diagnosing. When I had it towed, we had rented a vehicle and still needed to head up because I had other people in my vehicle so Manny arranged for payment with the tow truck driver and I was able to just leave the vehicle and do everything else to buy a phone. He kept me updated minimally once if not twice daily, and unfortunately the electrical short caused several different issues so everything in the vehicle was diagnosed step by step as they found the issue.No one wants to be stranded a hundred miles from home where you dont know the local shops but if I had to be, Im really glad I made it here. And to further explain how confident I was, this car means more to me than most people. I do a lot of the work myself but I can also understand when something is out of my realm. I was confident every day and what they were telling me was wrong and not only what was wrong but the price to fix it. I dont want feel at any time I was overcharged and its happened before being a female. Or they talk to you like youre an idiot and I hate that.Notot only were they able to diagnose and restore several major electrical faults but also some major coolant, radiator, and a couple other issues that were the direct result of the electrical short. They also did a bunch of little things that made me feel like they put in such a big effort. Manny stayed late more than once for my vehicle, they offered return my rental vehicle because enterprise closed after the vehicle was ready to get on the road, things like that. Because of the expensive labor charges, I was also offer to discount on those because my car was there for about a week. none of those things happen when you bring your car to a dealer and Im fully call infinite it would have caught about $1,000 more in labor and about $500 more at least in parts.This is a second place since I go in the vehicle Ive ever left it and I will do it again in a heartbeat. head again this is after calling about to dozen different shop between Lancaster and Palmdale so if youre in that area at all, I strongly recommend just getting your vehicle towed here and they will take care of everything else. I used Jesus with J & O Towing and he was great!

Waste of time and money. You do business with them at your own risk.Started with a tune up ( didnt notice much difference) . I heard a sound and I was advised to change the axle. I did so, sound persisted and Jesse told me it was the struts... I allowed that to pass, then I changed brakes and still heard squeaky sounds. Took it back, they claimed it was fixed but I should change two rims because the ( good) rims were bad and was the cause for the sound. The brake squeak sound still persists.Each time Ive done repairs, Ive had to take the car back . Leave with uber and return to pick up the same way. Imagine how much of my time and money has been wasted on charlatans.
