Brought tires from Amazon and had them shipped to sears auto center. Made my appointment for 8am got there at 8 and was seen right away. Asked if they could also do a alignment while I was there, they said no problem. Everything was done by 10am. I had a great experience, every professional staff, no complaints at all.

Took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler there for a power steering fluid leak a couple months ago. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaking hose and had the part ordered and the leak repaired the next day. The price was very reasonable and the Manager and staff were very courteous and professional.

People spend way over 10 minutes here. I always have to leave my car for hours, mostly 2-3 hours (ish). Always plan for a pick-up and have a ride with you. Very Professional workmanship, and I am a Master Service Technician. I keep waiting for them to make mistakes, but they never fail to impress. Their tools, and how they were handled with my vehicle, didnt strip my bolts and cross-thread any nuts, since they are not some cheap mechanic shop looking for a quick buck, with cheap, low quality merchandise that breaks quick, so you return quick...

Everyone is amazing, dont go to Jorge Lopez the service advisor. That guy acts like its your fault that hes miserable at work. He should be happy that he has a job thanks to us the loyal SEARS consumers. I have always and will continue using Sears but just not that guy.

Just took my car in for a simple oil change here in palmdale CA 12/9/17. It shows online that they close at 8pm they told me they close at 5 and refused my vehicle told me I needed to make an appointment I did make one for 4pm and got the confirmation number still went in and got refused even when I made an appointment I have a good feeling that they just wanted to refuse my vehicle I had gotten really bad service I can say now that I will never be coming back to any sears auto motive I really hope this gets to management because this is no way to treat a customer who comes to you consistently. Overall the woman that helped us was very rude and with an attitude, if she wouldve gone about the situation in a different manner things couldve been different but she was so RUDE

Techs are always high or dont know what theyre doing. The guys in front dont know anything about cars and will rip you off. Avoid at all costs.

Went in for an oil change, they charge twice the amount for less oil than you can buy at Walmart, told me my oil gasket had a leak when Ive never had a leak at all but wanted to charge me $270 to do it. It took an hour to get a call back on top of playing phone tag. Never again will I take my car here or will I ever have anything to do with sears.

Been here for 3 hours to get an alignment done only to find out that they couldnt undo the Jam nuts, didnt give me the printout, and had to put the car back up, which took another 30 mins. Saying Im not impressed is an understatement

They are liar, go elsewhere,I spent 💲463 and it broke the next day. lair,I just changed the spark plug and gave me two broken, fake. I went to change two new ones at yesterday and told me that it was an informal product. I was deceived by them.

Garbage took my yruck to have drum brakes changed had to bring it back 5 times cuz it kept squeeking so fed up after 5 time never took back and put up with the sqeek very un professional

Please go elsewhere. This place seems to have a culture of creating extra, more profitable work for themselves.We purchased tires 6 months ago here. During the process they broke 2 lug studs. This rarely occurs at a place that specializes in tires. They told me I would have to pay $98 to replace the lugs.This is for 10 minutes labor and $6 in parts. Absurd pricing for such a thing. I refused, they fixed them free. Then, when looking over the bill after getting our vehicle back 4 hours later. I noticed a charge of more than $40 for TPMS. I do not have tire pressure monitoring. I brought it to their attention and they begrudgingly returned my money. I studied the bill once again to notice they had another false charge of over $100. Again, they returned that money too. At which point the clerk and manager were noticeably angry. They seem to not like getting caught stealing from customers.This week, we had a flat. Took it in to use our road hazard insurance and receive a free replacement tire. New clerk this time, Javier. Javier told me I would have to pay again for road hazard $21. I thought that was reasonable and agreed. We went to dinner as they did the work. Then, they called to tell me they thought they might break ANOTHER lug stud and wanted my approval to pay $93 this time just in case it breaks. I asked how they would know that they might have an accident before it happens. Then, Luis called to say he is the manager and they need me to authorize a $93 charge in case they break it. I said no, Ill fix it myself if it breaks. Of course they broke it and Ill do it myself for less than $5.We brought this to the store manager and were informed this is common practice there. So much so that Sears employees wont take their cars to Sears for repair.Find an honest mechanic and go to them. This particular Sear Auto center thrives on stealing from you. If you go, be fore warned, you will have a broken lug. The first you have ever had any time you have purchased tires in your life.
