Well I had an appointment when I got there the building was dark and no one was thereI called all the numbers online and The automated phone Is system keeps hanging up on me, nobody answers... it was a terrible experience

I guess Blocks service is adequate, but the prices go up every year. I am retired and have been living considerably below the National poverty level for several years. I am penalized for being self-employed, making a modest, part-time supplement, teaching children. Gouge me, Block!!
