Had an appointment between 11-1. At 1:30 I texted Jonathan to find out when he would be here. He said a big order came in but he would definitely get here by the end of the day. He never showed up and never called to apologize! Totally unprofessional. When they disrespect my time, they disrespect me. Terrible way to treat customers. I’ll never try them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark the owner, and his son in law John. They’re is so charming, and their work was excellent. If I ever needed work done again, I’m making sure I call them. Their sliding screens are made to fix each individual doorway, and they’re so sturdy, not like those flimsy generic doors they sell at other places. Thank you!

Expert job...Great cost.

The threshold under our patio sliding doors had worn out. We contacted several contractors and each one said the only way to correct the problem was to replace the entire patio doors and screen at a cost of thousands of dollars. Screenmobile offered a threshold replacement at a fraction of the cost. As part of this service, they replaced wheels on the doors and lubricated them so that they now run as new. We are extremely pleased with their threshold replacement service. Jon was easy to work with. He arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned everything up afterwards.

While visiting friends in Palm Springs our dog destroyed their screen door while we were out golfing. We took the door to SCREENMOBILE and they fixed the screen for us fast (2 hours), and affordably ($50). Highly reccomend them.

I have a big, heavy Fleetwood screen door that had the misfortune of having someone (the culprit remains nameless, having never officially revealed himself) walk through it, so it needed the screen replaced. After asking neighbors on fb and irl I called Screenmobile and spoke to Mark on a Tuesday and we worked it out for him to come by to fix the door that Friday.Once he was here he took little time to pull out the old screen and put in a new one without even having to take the door itself down. (This was a concern because its a heavy, oversized door and I was worried it would get scratched or otherwise injured.) The new screen is good and tight, and looks like it was there all along. Mark was friendly, knew his stuff, and cleaned up after himself. He had suggestions on what I could do to decrease the likelihood of folks walking through the screens again - very helpful. The price was reasonable, and Im very happy with the job he did.Of course I hope I wont have to, but should the need arise I would call him again without hesitation.Definitely recommended.

Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to have a few screens made for windows and sliders. They put me off for a week then 1 hour prior to my appointment they rescheduled for another week out. I asked if they would be able to compensate for anything of this and they could care a less if you do business with their company or not. It does not matter if it is their problem or not, you will get the blunt end of the stick with no contingency plan on their end of making it right for the customer. Im guessing they only have 1 employee out in the field which is why I got such a short notice with un realistic scheduling.

Bought many screens from them over the years but recently very disappointed. Id rather go without then deal with Mark again. Sorry.

Great experience I had a couple of broke screens fixed . Mark the gentleman that answered the phone was great ! He was able to get me in right away ! Will be calling them for all my screen repairs . Thanks guys

Arranged to have new screen door replaced. Employee Mark set up appointment to install with 2 hour window then never showed. When I called him when he did not show up he said that he forgot! Was working another job so I would have to re-schedule to another day. Very poor customer service!!
