Great shop. Brought phone in for charger port repair. They fixed a few months ago. Covered under their 6 month warranty. Fixed in about an hour hours. No hassle. Working great. Wouldnt consider anyplace else.

After Using My 2015 MacBook Pro for about a week from its repair. I can definitively say my my laptop is repaired. it had a black screen and they were able to properly diagnose and repair my laptop; as well as clean the fans which was a nice of them to do. Gave me a reasonable quote for the repair, and it was finished in a few days after initially given. Very polite and knowledgeable. If you need any repairs for your electronics, id truly recommend them. P.S. this review was written from the repaired MacBook they fixed. Thanks Guys!

TLDR: took month and a half to tell me they couldnt fix my laptop and claimed it was more broken than it was, suggesting expensive fixes that werent necessary.Long:To preface Ill say they were perfectly professional and kind throughout the whole experience however I was still left rather dissatisfied.I brought my MacBook air 15 2016 in to get fixed because I noticed my screen backlight stopped working.For context: I knew it was the backlight and not anything more drastic because I could shine a flashlight on my screen and see it was still on. I was also able to hook it up to an external monitor and still use it.Brining it in to the shop they offered to look at my laptop(charging $40 for initially looking at it) and they said they would get back to me in 5-7 days. 5-7 days later they present me with a proposed solution(costing $400) and claim it should be ready in 5-7 more days. 5-7 days later they didnt contact me so I called them back and I was told they still hadnt ordered the part which they needed(which after ordered would take about a week to show up). About two weeks after that they call me up and tell me the fix they tried didnt work (thats alright that happens).The reason I am leaving this review, however, is because they asked for $500 if I wanted them to back up my computer because they couldnt fix it, claiming the price was because they couldnt get the computer to work *at all* even with an external monitor, saying that it never had (even though It worked for me before I gave it to them). I said no and just collected my laptop.To my surprise hooking it up to an external monitor right when I got home, it worked perfectly fine and I was able to back it up with a $20 hard drive I bought on amazon.Judging by the many positive reviews Im sure they are good at fixing some things but that has not been my experience so be weary.

Mark the owner is making sure the customer is always happy and the job is done right. Going the extra mile for me right now on a Friday night, when it means staying open a little later. Like an hour and a half later.

Young man was very friendly, told me my options and price and time frame (one hour) He met that time frame and my screen is as good, if not better than new, because of the protective screen he installed. This company gave my IPad to another customer says I picked it up. I will be filing a police report and a better business complaint. If you use this store do not expect them to repair your items or even return them to you.

This company is great. Phone was run over during a training exercise. These guys repaired it with factory glass on an iPhone 8+ I hope I never need to use them again, but if my phone needs any repairs I’ll be sure to take it back here. I broke my mobile phone screen. Mark was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. But, the biggest things were he knows his stuff, he completed the repair ahead of schedule and the lab is competitively priced.

Great place to bring your electronics to get fixed. The people that are running the place are very kind and knowledgeable. If they dont have the part the your device needs, they will do their best to find and get it.

I had IPhone 8 in bad shape that needed a battery connector replacement that required micro soldering. Well I am glad to finally decided to take it here after a long research. Mark was really patient and helpful. He not only fixed the connector but found the home button was damaged and fix it without replacing it. I could not be more happy with the work done. I think the prices are fair and they do an excellent work, super professional and fast.

My experience was great with Repair Lab. They were professional. I was told there was a good chance I could get my phone recovered from water damage, they were successful in the recovery. The pricing is reasonable for what I had done. And the fix was done in a timely manner. No complaints

Very professional and helpful. Helped me get a diagnostic to send over to my phone insurance. Also gave me advice on how to back up my phone in case I decide to send it out for repair, as it can be wiped clean. Very trustworthy and I recommend them.

Ok so you drop your iPhone it’s in an Apple case that you paid mucho bucks for and the screen breaks . Thankfully this place repairs the phone as good as new with Apple glass . Cheaper than buying a new phone . Mark is terrific and service was fast under an hour very competitive prices. Highly recommend this place .super service went back because my iPhone touch was experiencing lapse time and non responsiveness, Trenton fixed in 30 minutes no charge love this place .

Mark at Repair Lab was awesome....we travelled here from Canada and I had a very minor, general problem with my new phone. Verizon would not even look at it. We looked up cell phone repair in the area and Repair Lab was the first company to come up and they seemed to have good reviews. Came in with a phone that was badly damaged, the screen was so bad it stopped showing it was on. Had a ton of pictures and videos I didnt want to loose (since most new phones dont have memory cards anymore). Brought my damaged phone in with my new phone, it took longer than expected because the screen doesnt turn on so the tech had to manually transfer pictures from the phone to the computer then the new phone. Very happy with the service from both the girl in the front and the tech himself. Definitely will be back for any tech issues or if I am looking to buy a used Mac. Thank you guys, youre awesome!

This one place is amazing. I had myIphone 6 screen replaced here 5 times and each time was exceptional. I recall one time I had gotten it some and the screen began to have touch sensitivity issues, it would type the wrong letters or nothing at all would click...well long story short I took it back in and they had no problem fixing it and if I didn’t decide to upgrade to the Official Apple Screen they would have done it for free. They not only offer great service but give you the choice to go with aftermarket choices or actual brand name. Both backed with a warranty. So if you have a cracked screen on your phone. I say take it here, THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! Thank you repair lab!!

Dropped off my IPhone to have cracked screen replaced. Cost $65, owner asked me to come back in an hour. I came back after running some errands and he said good news, your screen was fine it was the protective cover that was cracked. I said wow! You could have ripped me off and I would have never known. I paid for the new screen cover and was on my way. Well worth the drive from Joshua Tree. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting Palm Springs and dropped my phone, not a good thing to happen hundreds of miles from home, after reading their reviews I stopped in, they had my screen in stock - I was quite shocked, its an older Note 4. A couple of hours later I picked my phone up and was back in business, much cheaper than the deductible on my insurance! Great job RepairLab, my phone looks brand new!

This review is long overdue, busy life sometimes...Took 2 phones to have the cracked screens replaced in June 2018.Met Mark, hes been working on tech stuff since he was in High School so its just something he was hooked on from a young age. He took care of things no prob. Had choices of OEM Part or After Market, always good to have options. He said, If you leave them with me, I can have them both done in a couple hours or less. We went and ran errands and came back in an hour and a half, and they were both ready. Lookin good! No problems at all. Would take my phone there again in a heartbeat!
