Got a gel mani and pedi I arrived early and they were able to take me in which was amazing. My feet and hands looked amazing he knew exactly what he was doing just wish the nail polish lasted longer than a week on my finger nails. I Will definitely be coming back. THIS IS MY NEW SPOT!

Love this salon. My first time here, my stylist followed my instructions perfectly, I have a special event this evening and I wanted my nails square and long.

They nail specialist take their time to give you a good pedicure and you do not feel rushed. Very clean and polite staff.

I will start off with the only positive of my experience here, the woman that gave me a pedicure was good. However, I got a callus remover treatment and my feet are not soft. As for my fill, I knew it wasnt going to be very good as soon as the older gentleman sat down and asked if it was okay that he do my nails . I dont think he is lisenced because he does not know how to shape or smooth the nails at all! I asked for a simple design at the start and he said he wouldnt be able to do it and that I would have to wait but he never said it would be over 25 minutes to do so. I left without getting a design of any kind after being there for 2 hours I dont think the service was worth $99 plus tip. Here is my tip to the business owner, employ people that know how to do their JOB.EDIT: I contacted the manager of this salon and they refused to send proof of the technicians license. They also only refunded $35 for this awful service that I had to get done again somewhere else. My problem was not resolved with this business and I recommend going somewhere else from the start to not waste time and money.

The price is fair, I visited during a slow time so that im not rushed. Unfortunately as soon as a rush came, I felt hurried. Meaning the relaxed feeling I had during slow time; changed to unpleasantly rushed. I will say that I DID NOT take a photo of behind the pedicure chairs to give them a chance to clean. The dust bunnies had dust bunnies on them. There was hair and dust, and pretty disgusting. Surely they clean some? But if I go a second time and this isnt corrected, I will take photos and do my due diligence. Stay tuned, or feel free to post photos of behind the seats for me should uppit visit this place yourself.To the business I say, this is your wakeup call!

Had a great pedicure. The $50 pedicure includes paraffin wax, hot stone massage, and sea salt scrub. Lots of nail polish colors to pick from, and there are a lot of COVID-19 precautions in place.

Stopped in while passing through Palm Springs. Had a uv gel manicure and pedicure. Did a great job. Would definitely go back. Had alot of regular customers in shop while i visited.

To start off they have good customer service and they have a temperature check station and hand sanitizer.I got the deluxe cherry blossom bomb spa pedicure. It was so relaxing and they fixed my toe which has been hurting for so long. It was pricey but so worth it due to my hurt toe. I would recommend if you need a good pedicure.

Went in for my birthday to get my nails done. A friend recommended this salon so I decided to give it a shot due to the glitter detail I was requesting that some salons cant do for some reason. They do look okay but only from afar. I even brought my own glitter to mix with the clear acrylic powder, because Ive used it before at another salon and loved how it came out. The manicurist refused to add glitter to the acrylic powder and choose to dab it on top of the acrylic which made for a messy uneven look. I tried to explain without being too persnickety about it, because Ive had the same problem the first time I had my manicurist use the glitter. Needless to say the color is very uneven and Im not very happy. I also asked if I could get little rhinestone embellishments and they told me no its too much glitter... isnt the customer always right? If I request it and Im paying for it why would you tell me no? And the little Rhine stones they added which was one to each ring finger were not even the same color... I will not be returning. I shouldve stuck to the girl I normally use, Sophie at the Walmart Nail salon of all places lol... I normally always tip Sophie 20$, I didnt tip today at this salon.

I’m very upset because I had gone over there a couple days ago and three nails fell out EASILY. I Paid $60 plus $10 tip. This is the second time that this happened and I am a loyal customer since 2019 And I brought my family to that place to show them how good they were. But don’t give me wrong their work was really good at first but now they’re just lacking on it and I’ll never go back to that place again.P.s. First off, i got a pedi. I was treated very poorly. The guy rushed my pedi and did not even turn on my massage chair until i asked. Then i got a gel manicure and he cut me. I was bleeding. Very bad service !

💅The worst experience I ever had getting a simple full set gel nail and a color change on toes. Asked how much, he said $55 so Ill have it ready so I wouldnt have to reaching my purse and getting my nails messed up. When they did a terrible job he charged me $60.💅Never seen or had my nail filed after they were done. He said, we do that all the time so when you do your hair your nail will not get caught. Black nail with white acrylic showing around they. Someone else did the color change on my toes. I dont want to even talk about that. Not professional at all. No photo cause next day went to Diamond nails in Rancho Mirage they fixed my nails and toes.

We have been going to LV Nails for years (through several owners). Currently, making an appointment pretty much means nothing. We try for the first when they open just to make sure we dont wait, but in these busy times, thats not always possible. Last time we were there we had to wait 20 mins just to get seated. And another 10-15 to be treated.I understand they need all the work they can get since COVID, but to take appointments AND anybody that walks through the door isnt the right strategy.Also, the service you receive is 100% different depending on who you get. My last visit the person was texting/talking on their phone more than doing my nails.

This is a first rate place. This is my first visit and Ill be back.Talked with a gentle sitting next to me and he stated that he and his wife have been patrons of LV Nails for 10 years. That certainly says something.The nail polish was applied applied right next to the cuticle and in a straight line.I never felt rushed or given the feeling I was part of assembly line.I treated myself to the Jelly pedicure. Wow, what a fun treat! The various foot and leg massages were wonderful!

Have searched for a salon that is top notch and I have found it! I absolutely love work here. The salon was super busy but the staff dont neglect me. She did the exact design based off the picture I showed her! And did very careful for me and no hurt. The atmosphere is inviting. Im super going to miss this place! I have been coming to LV nails for over 3 years and have never been more happy with the service as well as the quality of their services. I never leave disappointed. The lady who did my pedicure was friendly but did not really do a good job trimming the cuticles. The excess polish on the sides were not removed at all. There was a big confusion on the kind of manicure I wanted. Having difficulty understanding one lady who obviously misunderstood the tip I wanted done to dip, someone else took me in for my gel manicure.. When I tried to explain what I wanted (lengthening my nails using some method my nail lady usually does with the powder dip and not using acrylics or fake nails) he got confused and began talking loudly. When he finally got it, he told me it is going to be very expensive, $70, because he said it takes longer. I disagreed because mine doesnt take that long. Then he asked me to move to another table, got up and began talking in their language about what I wanted (mentioning the method he told me) and I had to wait a bit longer. The guy who did my gel polish did a great job, though. But I will not be coming back.

The owner and staff here are very sweet and accommodating ! The staff has always been extremely sweet, I was not too happy with the service I received on my nails one day and the owner of the shop made sure that I was able to have a better experience this time around by doing my nails herself ! First of all, they dont even deserve 1 star but i had to give it something so it can let me type. I visited the salon and got a pedicure. A few days later my big toe nail was infected and I couldnt wear shoes for 3 months. I had to go to the doctors and had a few procedures done. The infection was horrible that I had to get a few treatments and take antibiotics. The salon owner lied and said she wasnt who she states to be. She also told me she would fire the lady, but she is still working there. Not that it would help me, but she continues to have people there that dont clean the supplies and DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE!!!!!!! They never helped me out with anything. Sent me to her insurance so I can live about the situation. STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF!!!

It has only been my 3rd time at Lv Nails and their service is phenomenal. I am always able to get an appointment and its a super friendly. I get dip nails so everytime I leave they look like my natural nails even when I get tips. 10/10 would recommend💙💙💙.

My first gel manicure at LV Nails was THE BEST I have ever seen!!! I have been to many salons throughout CA, and Ive never seen gel nails look so great for so long. For 3 weeks, they were perfect, and I kept them for a month before coming back to change colors. It sounds crazy, but LV Nails was that good! Now Im hooked on this place.

Found this gem at the beginning of this year after getting my nails botched (previous salon did it too thick and was very heavy). A little gem! Everyone there was extremely nice and warm, especially the receptionist. This place makes me feel relax.

My pedicure was awesome, but the lady that came over to take off my gel polish used a file so coarse she filled down through the polish to my nailbed. Instead of soaking then off with cotton and foil, she used these stupid plastic clips that barely stayed on my fingertips. It took twice a long to get the polish off. Finally another girl came over and explained she usually uses foil and didnt know why the other girl was using the clips. If youre going to go there, be sure you know what should be done so you can watch what theyre doing. Im not sure Im going to risk my nails going there again.

I had a appointment at 2pm with kevin and i came at 2:15 due to traffic.. And he was waiting for me ! And gave me a cold water Which i thought was really kind.. :) i got a full set of acrylics the shape he did was perfect!!!! Never in my life have i had perfect coffin nails Im so impressed and in love and so happy !!!! I recommend this place so much !!

THE WORST customer service guy was super rude and kept insulting the way I liked my nails to be done. Charged me $30 just for a color change, and when I mentioned they usually charge me less he yelled “leave if you don’t like” he barely spoke English yet he knew PERFECTLY how to be RUDE. Never going back there.

I was there last week to get a pedi and manicure for just $30. I love how nice the employees and owners there. I feel really satisfy with my service. I enjoy the leg massage and hot towels wraps around my legs. Really good value services. I recommend this place

I found this place by accident. I got the jelly pedicure, and it is the best spa experience I have not had before. I feel my foot are so relax. I love the lavender jelly smell. I would come back for it. They deserve 5 stars for their excellent services.

One of my favorite nail salon experiences ever. Katsy took amazing care of me. I walked in around noon on a Wednesday, and at first glance they seemed pretty busy. But I sat immediately, and only had to wait 5-10 minutes for assistance, because they are appropriately staffed for the business theyre doing. I did the yelp check-in jelly pedicure + some waxing in preparation for my wedding next week, and I feel beautiful and moisturized lol. Very clean, nice polish selection, and friendly staff who actually care about you! Only disappointed I didnt find them until 2 years after moving to the desert! This is my new spot, for sure.

We called in with a 10 minute arrival time and got right in! Linda and Lan gave excellent pedicures. The shop was very busy but there were plenty of people working to attend to everyone’s needs. We will be back!

Consistently great work for manis, pedis, no chip, etc. Not one of the frivolous kitschy standard salons. They have all the comforts and pay extra attention to details. The service is always on point.

Kevin did my nails- got the SNS colored nails, a pedi and brow wax- good pricing and a great job well done My sisters and I enjoyed ourselves, especially after our original plans turned into a wash. They do a quick and efficient job and are friendly staff- definitely did a lot of service for the price charged.

I came in with a specific holiday Christmas design and scheme in mind from a photo I found on Pinterest.Toby went ABOVE and BEYOND !! He gave me exactly what I wanted. He actually is new here ladies, hes been I. Palm Springs for a month, I am hoping he stays forever. He was very nice and was fun to talk to. Its very hard to find a good nail tech who will replicate a design you bring in and have it be SPOT on. Ive tried this place before because of the good brand dip Powder they use but the guy who did them before didnt seem to care or enjoy doing nails. Toby Cares about his work and is happy to put his name on it. I was very impressed with how he replicated the design I showed him.I got dip Powder nails with a color scheme of red green and glittery white. He added two cute snowflake designs on  each hand. He added Gel coat on top of the dip which is totally worth it because its so much prettier and shinier than the dip top coat.Dip nails overlay over my natural nails is so amazing ! I did break one however from going to a place prior that used cheap dip and cracked literally days later.They use very good brand name dip Powder here:-SNS-Kiara SkyTheir pricing is very fair and actually $5 cheaper than other places. Ive been to a place that charges $45 for dip Powder. Here its $30-35. I added some extra stuff for an additional fee but it was so worth it. If you just get the regular dip manicure for $30-35 you will be fine tho.Thanks Again TOBY for my amazing holiday nails. I came to get eyelash extensions she said she was a professional licensed place and after my service was done my eyes were hurting I asked her why she said well the lashes wouldnt attach to your natural lashes so I attached it to your eyelid she put permanent glue on my actual eyelid. Minutes after leaving the pain was so bad as it was dying so I went to an actual professional salon and they said if I didnt remove them right away it was gonna cause permanent damage and my eyelashes would of been ripped off. Then I came back let her know she didnt even wanna refund me my money and she was rude about it. Her husband the other owner was nice and actually wanted to refund but she said no and only gave me half and besides everything she wanted to charge me 10$ to remove them. Horrible service. Still ended up loosing 50$ for the removal. And half of what she didnt return.Also wanted to include the fact that she thinks shes professional is funny if she was she would know permanent eyelash glue on the skin can cause permanent damage to the eyelash follicles its self and not permit it to get oxygen she also told me the lashes didnt wanna stick to your natural lashes so I glued it to your skin after she did it. Which was not okay. Also why would I come back to get them removed by her if I have no trust after hurting my shes it was not only a little uncomfortable it was ripping my eyelashes she didnt wanna do it for free she wanted to charge me 10 more dollars to take it off not professional at all.

My first experience at LV Nails will not be my last! I was pleased to find they offered Dip polish and not just gel/ no chip as an oprion for a manicure. The Dip results in longer lasting shine and less damage to my nails than gel polish. But my real attraction to Dip polish is that it stays on like a fresh manicure much longer than any other options. I work with my hands quite a bit, so when i discovered Micheal at LV nails i was thrilled. Apparently, few salons offer a true Dip polish, but LV is the real deal!I was welcomed by my first name when i arrived for my appointment. The staff is very kind. The Salon is well kept. And their color selection for all types of nails is extensive. They have the largest color selection I have encountered in Palm Springs! I am thrilled with the quality of workmanship. I look forward to my next appointment at LV! Try rhe Dip polish. I will never go back to gel!
