Palm Springs locationMargaratte leandre …was very unprofessional at first looks like she was doing her job asking general questions about what’s was wrong with me I explained my situation to her she got to my history and after that she became slightly rude and started talking about my medication I take and she’s sending it to my pharmacy I told her I already have a pcp that gave me 3 months worths and things became weird disputing where I get my medicine from I was there to get help for ptsd from driving or get any help so I can drive again but instead I got this trouble talking about wrong subject or address of my pharmacy this was an extra trauma in my life

Hope Jackson is a great therapist. She is very compassionate, listens to her clients and is non judgemental toward real life situations. Im glad to have known her in this part of my life because there arent many people i have to talk to about things especially personal things. There should be more Hope Jacksons in the world. Thanks Legacy for everything.

After stressing over several days, trying to find an psychiatrist for my sixteen yr old daughter... calling several doctor offices, leaving messages and getting no reply or finally being able to speak to an actual person; only to become disappointed once again after being advised that the doctor is no longer accepting new patients. Even speaking to several psychiatric groups that tell me they have no provider in their group who sees adolescents.I was losing hope ... but after I called Legacy and spoke to Mandy (Administration Assistant), she gave me back my hope. She went above and beyond helping me; she spent time listening to my needs and provided me with information/options. She actually cared!! She was extremely empathetic with my situation of having to go through such a rigorous process to find the help for my daughter.All other psychiatric groups... please take note.... you need more people like Mandy working for you!There is so many people out there that are desperately asking for help but no one really seems to care enough to take this matter seriously. Mandy is an exception... she cares! I cannot thank you enough, Mandy, for putting me at ease especially after the year we all have had. I will leave another review once my daughter has been seen and begins her treatment.

I usually don’t write many reviews but I am extremely impressed with the service, care, and quality I’ve received these last few months.I am well aware of the administrative aspect of the office. The woman are super busy and I can only imagine the inconsistencies and differences between one call to the next. I have not had a “bad experience” with the staff but I have dealt with a bit of my own negative emotion when I receive the voicemail and its very frustrating. Although, there are some gems that have helped me and saved the day. The past couple of months, I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with S͟a͟i͟l͟y G͟o͟n͟z͟a͟l͟e͟z͟ and she has been extremely kind, caring and helpful. She never speaks to me as if I’m bothering her as I know she’s just as busy. In fact, she always calls me back and goes above & beyond to make sure I’m happy and completely comfortable. I just want to say “THANK YOU!” to Saily for helping me on this crazy journey of life ;)I’ve been going to this office for years and I’m so grateful for my treatment and the work that’s achieved to ensure my heart and life are happy.Thanks again

This place is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! If you want to waist time please go see them.After checking in we waited over an hour in the waiting room. Then finally a lady without a mask comes out and tell us that she will have to speak to her dad on a teleconference. So she leaves again to call him. She comes back after 20min to tell me she hasnt call him yet and he was going to another department to inform them to make the call. Like what? So after 1:30 you havent done anything? You want me just to sit here and wait how many hours more?? For you to do your job? Then another lady from another department comes to me and ask me what were we here for? Shouldnt they all know? I already provided all this info when making the appointment and then again when we checked in. So I had to repeat myself and she had the audacity to tell me sorry I dont have any records or any information on my system! Clearly nobody knows what theyre doing.

Ive been going here for basically a year,contacting the front via phone is horrendous and rarely does anyone ever answer. They will never call you back, no matter how many voicemails you leave. Scheduling an appt on the phone is almost impossible. Tischuk straight up told me she did not know what to give me after the 3rd or 4th medication did not work. She disregarded my concerns and refilled a medication that was not working and making me feel worse. My therapist is nice but I feel she is not the fit for me- but calling the office to switch therapists is once again; impossible. Shes the only reason I am giving 2 stars, shes extremely sweet but I just dont think she knows how to help me. Looking for a new place, hopefully will have more luck :/

Legacy Behavioral Health has been amazing in helping me with my aunt. Thank you Mandy for being so polite, helpful and understanding. You can absolutely see you have the knowledge, skills and ability to help people in need. I have seen some bad reviews and I can’t possibly understand how. I can understand in these last few months where things could be a little slow with communication but people just need to be a little more understanding. Knowing you and your team have been there helping people in need and doing it with compassion and sincerity with probably a lack of help as a lot of people are working remotely, you guys have been amazing.

Ms. Clover was my therapist and she was great!! I’ve been with her for a while now and she was very well informed. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to talk to and help me with learning coping skills.

My daugters are patients at the Legacy group in West Palm Beach. The best part is dealing with Saily Gonzalez. She is very freindly and knowledgable and always helps us when we need it. She always makes sure that my girls see the correct doctor and does a great job working around our busy schedule. Shes great at her job and I love dealing with her. She always responds in a timely manner weather it be phone or via email. Thank you for being so wonderful Saily!

This is an awesome place. Girls at front desk are very helpful and professional, Even with clients that are rude because they just want their medication and not follow procedures. bad reviews are probably as revenge and to mislead but not true. Overall, very caring place, staff is very professional. I experienced their remote doctor and is a very good alternative. I will give them more stars if i could. Make sure to be early for appointments, since it is a very busy place, that means that they are very good for what they do. :)

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mandy I. At the West Palm Beach Location. You know people always talk about the bad experience and never the good experience they have. She was so nice, patient, and just overall understanding. Thank you Mandy for just assisting me in the time of need.

Legacy Behavioral Health has been amazing thus far on this new journey for my son whos been diagnosed with ADHD. Mandy has been very helpful & informative in guiding me thru this new process and has helped put me at ease in choosing them for my sons services.

Wonderful service, exceeding my expectations!I was kind of reluctant to go to Legacy after looking at the reviews but then, a good friend of mine told me her mother had nothing but good things to say after receiving therapy there and I decided to give it a try. I honestly could not ask for more. Starting with my intake appointment, short wait time and friendly interaction.My case manager( Rosa Zambrano) very empathetic, professional, resourceful, proactive y my therapist Yoselyn Sanchez very nice, patient, knowledgeable. She has given me lots of advice to help my 12 year old son. I can only speak for my own experience and IT COULD NOT BE BETTER!!

No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS CALLS. If you need a Dr dont go here. Since we werent ever able to get the office we couldnt get info to or from the Dr. Search for another office unless you want to treated like a number.

The worst place! Dr. Jourdan made fun and derogatory remarks on my child’s disability without taking the time to review the medical chart. On top of that and because money is a big factor here, he wanted me to pay $70.00 every month just to pickup 1 out 3 prescriptions which prior doctor used to provide every 3 months... of course, it is not the same to collect $70.00 from a patient once ever 3 months than to collect 210.00 by a forced monthly appointment for only 1 prescription.. The manager Claudia Rexach did not care to assist/ help by providing another doctor. She was rude, careless and sarcastic. The front desk personnel are rude and careless with the exception of young ladies. They ignored you when you are talking to them about an issue. I do NOT recommend this place.

The woman at the desk in the front office is nice. Carla is nice as well but doesnt ever seem to be at her desk no matter what time you call you always get a voice mail. I have actually had to dial another extension and they had to physical go and get her so she could answer the phone. I had left voicemails and never received a call back so thats why I went to the extreme of asking another person if they could go and find her. Not only this but my son had a psychological done and they are suppose to have a report in 45 days so basically a month and a half. STILL RIGHT NOW AS I TYPE THIS THERE HAS BEEN NO REPORT AND WE WERE SEEN IN THE BEGINNING OF APRIL!!! Carla stated she would have the doctor call me and still no doctor has called my phone. They need training! if I didnt answer the phone at work Id be fired like what is she doing basically all day long. Ive called at all times 8,9,10,11,1,2,3,4 no answer. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

THE DO NOT TAKE CALLS EVER. SEEN DISREGARD FOR MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE FROM FRONT OFFICE GIRLS !!! Missed one appointment and tried for months, a few times a week, sometimes 10+ times a day to contact someone. NO ONE answers the phone. I tried every extension. If I got someone from another department, they transferred me to voice mail. Even my counselor who works there says he/she cannot contact someone unless they are in the office in person. I do not know why they even have phones in the office. I had to go in, in person myself after so much just to make an appointment. I left a voice mail almost every time I called. My spouse also has taken turns with me calling and leaving messages every few days. They need to overhaul the lazy people who dont feel like answering the phone or returning calls.I have seen callus behavior toward clients who had difficulties. A lot of the people who go there have issues that prevent them from doing some actions. This is not professional, the office workers are not trained right for this field of work.

Absolutely the worst service of any medical provider I have ever experienced. We have been dealing with them over three years andhas gotten so bad we will go elsewhere. The front desk never callsback when you leave messages. They have cancelled appointments in the past and then told me that I was a no show then made me wait another 4 weeks.They do not care and the supervisor does not want to help out as she is just as bad as the front desk. The last visit we were told that we did not confirm our visit when I called twice on both numbers they provide. The front desk said they always call back after you confirmbut they never even answer the phone. They will be reported, just the worst.

Clinic is VERY clean & organized. Was seen there a couple of times & had no issues with scheduling future appointments. I recommend this agency !!

The first thing this psychiatrist said to me when I sat down in the chair through the monitor was this place scheduled you wrong you supposed to have psychology first. Well great way to put me on the defensive because I didnt know what he wanted me to do. The situation went downhill from there. This Oscar de Pozo was as unprofessional a psychiatrist or doctor of any type that Ive ever met in my life. Ive been in the mental health system since the 80s and Ive met with many doctors and psychologists in this guy was as unprofessional as it gets. He did make it a point to tell me that he had been in this business for 48 years and that he knew what he was doing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, ever. Also they dont return phone calls and they just seemed as though its some type of organization thats been thrown together without much thought.If youre suffering from emotional trauma, please do not go to this place.

Dr. T there has some issues with reality. She pretends not to hear you if you are talking about some things. I never liked her, but the policy there doesnt allow me to see a different doctor. Now they wont perscribe me the medication that I need, and I am resorting to getting medicine off the street or taking anything else that can help. Im really in need a doctor, if anyone can recommend one!

Extremely horrible place. Theyre lucky i didnt sue them. I will spare the details just know very negligent about their patients that you can end up with severe health issues. Go anywhere but here.

Sitting here 1.5 hrs waiting with my kid who is on the spectrum. Wont be back after today. The Doctor decided to roll in an hour late. He must have no respect for people or value time. Only gave 1 star because no less can be chosen.

This place is an absolute joke. Dr Jourdan is nice enough but the office is terribly mismanaged.

THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK IN CHARGE OF SCHEDULING ARE TERRIBLY RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AT ALL! THE DR. PERSCRIBE THE WRONG MEDICATION ALL THE TIME AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP EVEN WHEN THERE IS A MEDICATION EMERGENCY. THE DR. TREATS MY CHILD LIKE TRASH AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH WITH ISSUES REGARDING MEDICINE. I HATE THIS CLINIC. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AND LOVED ONES AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

8/24/2017 My appt, 10 am. Its 11:07 STILL NOT IN.03/2017 THEY WAYYY overbook,Appts 2 months out for 1st time, and 1 month for returning patients, even if meds dont work. No earlier.UPDATE: be sure to CALL back, EVERY day for cancellations, I got in quickly that way.Ive done this 2x. (Just make sure you show up then.)

Our company did a service for James B. Wirth and in return we got a NSF check back from the bank. We have called, texted and left messages for him to clear up this bad check and we get no response. BEWARE

If your not here 15-30 minute before they will cancel you even if got there just on time. Im here 3:40 I have 2 appt 1 its at 4:00 and other one its at 4:30 its 4:55 they havent call me yet and they close at 5:00pm

I am very grateful for all the help my son and myself have received at LEGACY BEHAVIORAL. The therapist Jazmin Rivera is a great professional and a great human being who really cares about her patients and makes you feel like the best if something doesnt go well.She sees how she can support you emotionally until she achieves it and also the social worker Zunilda Romero is the best social worker that has ever touched us. I am grateful for all the help and Apollo that has given my son a very professional person. She really takes her work seriously and above all she does everything to help you until she achieves it so I could write so many positive and good things this space would not reach me I know that not all people have the same professionalism but believe me that if they speak they will do the same. best to help you.

The Front Desk staff is terrible, rude and unprofessional, they dont do their job properly ... They are supposed to be the face of Legacy and what they do is make the company look bad, the doctor and the administration girls are excellent but these from the front make everything look super bad.

The service is very bad my girl was attended there only 2 times because the therapist had surgery and I was tired of calling to have another therapist assigned to her, call 3 or 4 times and they never called me back even speaking directly to the receptionist, I do not recommend this place very informal
