They were fast and efficient and all my images were done quickly. Best experience I’ve ever had.

Kevin and Shelby are awesome!I moved and still make the drive to come here instead. Nothing is better than a predictable, positive experience when you’re having health problems. 🙂

Much better than Friday April 30. Then I was told there would be an hour and half wait and they sent me outside to wait. After a half hour, hot enough I was beginning to melt, I went back inside and got my ID cards and left.Today it was different. Only 3 people in the limited waiting area, and within a half hour I was called for my xrays. The young lady was very nice and I was out of there in 10 or 15 minutes. Much more pleasant experience.

I came in on Tuesday for blood work and xrays. When the blood work was done, I went to get the xrays and they were out to lunch so I had to come back on Thurdsay. Thus, 4 stars, not 5.

From the time I entered the door and during treatment until I left I was treated with respect and professionalism. Treatment for chest pain was thorough and efficient. Facility is very modern and well equipped. My experience could not have been better.

Absolute Trash..Came in for a V.A evaluation appointment and Kevin was working the front desk and also doing the x-rays. He said he didnt understand how to do the paperwork for the V.A and I asked him for documentation for my records because he couldnt see me. He said BYE I dont do that. He went on about he was the only person there when I asked for a supervisor and gave me their card. Then he puts a sign up to try to dismiss me..He took a lady to the back and started to go over another patient insurance information while I was at the window. He didnt know how to process his insurance either. The whole time he was sitting there like this... whats going on with his mask? People were exhausted waiting there. This is a complete disgrace.

Well I got there about 15 of eight my appointment was at 8:15 and I stood in line probably about 56789 minutes and dumb and then they came out and asked us to go to the left which was the door further and they took the 81s and then we sat there probably a good half an hour before they let us in the room to get vaccinated and I was number three in line and a I said there may be at the most 10 minutes it was an all right situation everybody was pleasant but all they did was walk around walk around walk around and I don’t know if there was somebody in the other room because there was only one 9 o’clock when we went in the door I mean 8 o’clock skews me and I just think that’s it I think their time could be used a lot better if they had more rooms like they had four rooms that went in it I guess it I think we were the first ones there of the 8 ones and then the 815‘s and then the 830s I think they should’ve had at least for four rooms where people could sit there and get their vaccinations they could’ve opened the rooms had four rooms were people sat there and got their vaccination and when the 8 o’clock‘s were done waiting and the 815‘s they could’ve brought in the ninth at 9:15‘s so it would’ve been a smooth transition I think their transition just wasn’t handled well enough with the people that they had but other than that the people were very nice shot was very good my arm hurts I don’t feel sick thank God so I appreciate the shot I appreciate the people that work there I just think that you your time management needs to be spent differently where everybody could get in it And get out I spent more time waiting and then we did getting the vaccination so I don’t know what they could’ve done different I think just they need to learn time management a lot better and an extra couple of rooms where people can sit there and have their vaccinations and then they can leave in 10 minutes and then the other you could be having like I was 815 they could’ve had an an 830 and nine an unknown 845 and then a nine so they had three batches at a time and they all left a few minutes after they sat there for 10 minutes and then they just do you no one could’ve left in the other one kid left and they just brought in the other ones and it will just run smoother other than that it was great

Thank goodness for the location at 275 El Cielo! The location on Tahquitz & Farrell never seems to have an xray tech AND have very long wait times when they do have a tech. I decided to try the El Cielo location and they were very friendly and fast... thank you to the El Cielo location :)

Staff was great but wait time was 1.5hr only place open for xray in area why? You had 5 people working yet you say you have no staff they all are calling off or a machine is not working
I had a bad experience this am at RadNet in Palm Desert.So I left went home and took a nap. I decided to go to Desert Oasis in Palm Springs where I was treated like a human being. The office staff and the technicians were pleasant and professional. You made my day which didnt start out well.Thank You.

This place was rather small. The entrance for the X-ray tech isnt very noticable. But upon entering, the amount of people and the lack of chairs made me uncomfortable.

Honestly this experience has been nothing but a headache! I have asked to speak to a manager several times but never heard from one. My appointment times keep changing. My original appointments were made and confirmed for last month...then the day of my appointments someone called and said appointments were canceled due to something wrong with referral so had to wait an additional 2 weeks. I have gotten multiple text messages confirming my ultrasound for 9 am on 1-20.On my way home from today’s appointment I got another call from you guys telling me my appointment is at 12:30.. even though the text I get daily says my appointment is at 9 on 1/20I’ve spent WAY to much time trying to deal with the nonsense. At this point I’m SO frustrated I don’t even care to try and figure out what time I should come ... I’m over it go ahead and cancel whenever the appointment is

Office is too small for the amount of appoints scheduled at one time. The office was not practicing distancing of any type and when the Office Manager was told to have the non-patients removed, the response was she couldnt do anything about it. Yet the office across the way D420 had a sign stating non-patients should stay outside. There as a patient continually sneezing and nothing was done (such as asking her to wait outside for the safety of others). The X-ray Tech was very competent and polite.
The team at DOHC Desert Advanced Imaging are real pros. No matter what time I happen to show up there, they manage to handle my request and have me on my way in no time. All with a smile!

Besides a fairly short wait, I found the employees competent so that I felt the service was 1st rate.

The XRay technician was very polite and did his job quickly. I had about a half hour wait at 3 in the afternoon as a walk in and was pleased.

Waiting area was very unclean, full of dust, and dry leaves all over the floor as the entrance door cannot be closed properly. One person handling paperwork and taking x-rays. Very disorganized. I will not recommend this location as place is very poorly maintained and did not feel area was sanitize, and especially during a pandemic.

It was nice that the technician did not did not help me get out of my wheelchair to get on the table. I am a paraplegic person so that was very nice that they could take an x-ray of my leg. Also what is nice that the technician rolled me. And the concierge’s came and got me and took me to the doctors office.
