I initially went in and was in dire need just to make it until Friedsy/payday. Paul, the gentleman behind the counter asked four simple questions: 1. Did I have a job?; 2. Did I have a bank account?; 3. How long was I at my current residence?; and 4. Did I have any outstanding loans? Once we clarified all those, he explained clearly and concisely what the terms of the loan were, so much so that I honestly didnt have any questions, I was in and out with the money I so desperately needed in about 5 minutes! Easily the best experience Ive had at the Check Cashing Store. Thank you again, Paul!!!

This place has the most ridiculous customer service ever! Will not be going there anymore! Very unprofessional! I called to make a payment on a loan and someone took my info to call me back because they claimed they were busy they never called me back I saw that the time was getting closer to them closing so I called back they claimed again that they still busy and couldnt take my payment, and that they were going to send my check to the bank so I better make sure the $ is in the account wth is wrong with these ppl, I called bk to complain the guy that answered the phone never allowed me to explain myself nor was he in no way going to take my payment, I have been doing customer service all my life I have never come across such unprofessional people. After I complete this loan I am never dealing with them again sorry to say!

Do not use this store. This store is a legal loan shark, do not give your info to them . This store charges almost 300% interest for short period loans. Read the small print before you give your info to them. Horrible experience, I’ll never ever go there again, I did not give them an opportunity to take my money like that. If you cash a check you will be giving them 10% think about that before you do it. Just a friendly heads up.
