I made a last minute appointment and got in the next day with Aaron. I was skeptical because I got an appt. right away, but I was desperate since I couldnt get back home to my regular person. Aaron was fabulous! He did a fabulous cut and matched my color perfectly! I was so happy that I am canceling my next appointment at home and waiting to go back to Aaron next month!

Made an appointment, went down to the place, hard to find parking. Tried to call as instructed, no one answered, after 10 min of walking around the block trying entrances I finally made it in to find out my appointment was canceled do to some emergency, just before my appointment time. They did send a text but maybe if your canceling 35 min before an appointment a phone call would have been a better way to go. He explained how busy they were as its in season now. Oddly I am pretty busy as well and this was 2 hours out of my day. I have to wait another week at a different salon to get an appointment which is annoying but I want to find a place that values the locals business. I have found this with many businesses in Palm Springs, owners forget who supports them when its not in season.

I had a fantastic an appointment with Victor! His consultation was realistic and focused on my concerns about my hair. The salon was immaculate and organized, I felt welcome and cared for. I LOVE my new hair cut and absolutely will return for color work. Thank you Victor for working your talents on a tired mom. Ive got my sassy style back!

Brien OBrien Salon,This is so much more than a salon I go to for a great haircut and style. It’s about feeling comfortable with friends. After years of living in the U.S., this is first place that made me feel like I’m back home in Europe. The salon is contemporary and the people working there are extremely professional and friendly. It’s like a mini culture in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Janis is my stylist’s name. She has years of experience and stays current on the latest styles. I brought her a magazine picture for my new hair style and she added her creative tweak to make it my own.

For the second time Aaron gave me a wonderful hair cut. The last time he cut it I went 3 months before another cut. That was great because I was traveling. Thanks Aaron. Lorraine.

This salon is one of my favorite places in Palm Springs. When I first moved here from Manhattan, one of my concerns was finding a great stylist. I used to go to Bumble and Bumble. I went to a couple of inferior people when I first arrived in Palm Springs, then went to Brien OBrien. I absolutely love my hair now. The staff listens to you and creates the style and color exactly as you wish. The color is beautiful, the best shade I have ever had- does not fade and as the roots grow, it blends immaculately. Their products are the best. They have Oribe, R+Co, and other superior products, including skin care and nail polishes. I see Danny Fiero, he is not only extremely talented, he is also an absolute delight. I always look forward to seeing him.

Best Haircut in Palm Springs. Also Cut Barber is owned by Brien Obrien too.

Services are very expensive. Also, they are always trying to get you to buy some outlandishly priced hair care product.

We have tried to use this salon on 2 different occasions. Both times, once we established a relationship with an operator, he left the salon. Seems this place has a hard time keeping staff. We wont try again.
