David checked me into my inside and outside storage units. He was super friendly and handled the paperwork and logistics quickly which was really helpful on a busy moving day. Highly recommended.

Had a smaller unit and met all my needs. Property is on the older side but can tell its well maintained by staff. Everyone Ive spoken to is super efficient and helpful. I would use their services again, if needed.

Stopped in for a truck rental and found out they were sold out. This was the third location I visited on a hot Sunday. By some miracle someone pulled up to return a truck as I was walking to my car. The young lady in the office was so accommodating and sweet and flagged us down to let us know she was able to give us the one that just pulled in. Music to my ears I tell ya! Thank you Luna for your outstanding service.

I reserved a unit over the phone, showed up an hour later, confirmed & got the lock. David, the on-site manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating — even though I showed up right before closing time.I got a medium sized unit, but the nice surprise of 11ft ceilings meant I could stack all my stuff into the unit Tetris style without worry of running out of space.I moved in the next day. Easy breezy.Side note: The light & power outlets were a nice surprise. I was able to charge my phone & play music while doing the load-in.

StorQuest is the best! Not only do they have storage unit rentals, they also rent Uhaul trucks. Luna and David, who manage the operations there go above and beyond every time to help insure my rental goes smooth and simple. I would highly recommend StorQuest for Uhaul rentals, as well as for your storage needs.

I have not used a storage company very often and wasnt sure what questions to ask. The representatives at StorQuest were great, they assisted me in the process and heled to determine the size of storage space needed for my furniture. They made the process very easy and made me feel at ease regarding the safety and condition of the storage space for my belongings.

We previously used this StorQuest several years ago, so when I decided to clean up the garage, I needed a place to bring some of the stuff so I could get to unused shelves. It also allowed me to get rid of lots of junk, while re-organizing the saved stuff. I found this locker on line, and it was sure a good rate. I was told I could reserve it and do the paperwork next week. However, my plans changed and so I went in and David got me set up. Great customer service.

David was excellent! From the phone call to the store he assisted my mom and I. Made sure we had enough space and went the extra mile to work with us. We had to change storages because the first one we chose was too small for what we had at home. He made the transition process easy and complete seamlessly. So glad we chose StoreQuest and were helped by David. Absolutely would recommend and would rent from if we need another one!

Overall, I am satisfied. However, the secure access gate is not working. I intend to ask for a discount, until it is repaired!

I never experienced 5 star service before from a storage facility before but David at StorQuest Palm Springs did just that. I think he was trained at the Ritz Carlton!!! David was incredibly kind on what was one. Of the worst days of my life Bbc I arrived at the facility just minute after they closed. David noticed my desperate state through the glass and opened the office just for my transaction. Thanks to this man I won’t be losing my possessions. I cannot thank him enough.

Get better insulation/weather stripping on the doors to prevent dirt and sand from getting all over the items in storage, dust is expected not sand and dirt

I had a storage unit here from September, 2013 until April, 2021. I had moved from Palm Springs and it was not cost effective to move all my belongings. So, speaking from 7&1/2 years experience of renting a 10x10 from Storquest, I can say the staff has been helpful, courteous all these years. My belongings were safe all these years and great security here. The 800 main number people are courteous and helpful as well. If I need storage again, I will rent from Storquest again. I have rented storage from another National company in the past, and I definitely choose Storquest over them all. Thanks everyone there.

I reserved a space for my motorhome. When i went there to pay for it, there was no reservation in the system. The space i reserved was rented to someone else. The staff at Palm Spring StorQuest were helpful. They helped me renting another space which was more money and they honored my original cost. I would have given 5 stars, but only gave 4 stars because my reservation was not saved in their system. I would recommend them.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute storage unit before I make a big move in a week and had to store some furniture as a part of the transition. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful and considerate. I was there for about 40 minutes, from start to finish...walking in, inquiring, completing the paperwork, and then getting the unit and dropping off my stuff. Very quick and easy.

Great customer service and great location

Stay clear of this facility! I have been renting there for 6 years now and had nothing but problems! The office staff and weekend staff are disrespectful! Security is a joke and the place is in disrepair! I have resorted to communicateing with the corporate office and to pay thru there corporate office rather than dealing with the unprofessional office staff! I am a truck driver and only access the unit maybe once a month and when I do I get snotty attatode and told to leave the property or the police will be called! Totally unprofessional so look for storage else where I am!! Thank you!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the great service Dave and Luna provided for me. I was very stressed out with my moving situation and they made me feel at ease. There is a problem with the payment system and the staff did nothing to help me. I wasnt even having financial difficulty they refuse to take payment online or over the phone iff you missed a payment. Furthermore when you try to find a solution the managers (to which storquest is infamous for) become belligerent and even more unhelpfull. They are not accredited with the bbb and have a c- minus rating... no freaking wonder why. Top of that storquest has been sued a ton in both small claims and class action lawsuits. If no effort is spent to resolve this situation Ill be moving and talking to an attorney about how they refuse to take remote payment.

My move to StorQuest was prompted by a switch from another storage facility that had been imposing a price increases of almost 20% every 6 months.My phone conversation with Luna on a Sunday afternoon couldnt have been more friendly and professional. We discussed prices and price increases, gate hours and available units and I was sold. I went to the office and reserved a specific unit that meets my needs perfectly. The unit is approximately the same size as what I had at the facility in Cathedral City for considerably less money.Although I wasnt renting a truck there, Luna set up my reservation to expedite the process.I signed the paperwork and moved in the following day in about 15 minutes with my U-haul sitting outside.The facility is noticeably an older building, but well maintained, clean and secure. The air (swamp) cooling is more than sufficient. Actually, cooler than at the previous climate controlled facility. Notably, the prices are more than competitive and the schedule of rent increases is fair in frequency and dollar amount.If youre a Palm Springs resident, the location is convenient from a all directions being smack in the middle of town, off Farrell. For sure, I highly recommend checking out StorQuest for your storage needs.

I have rented at this facility several times since moving to Palm Springs in 1998. The units are clean, safe, and accessible during reasonable hours. The people working at the front desk know me by name. They even called me at home once when I put the lock on the unit the wrong way. Fortunately the establishment was safe, and my unit was undisturbed, even though I left it unlocked. They go out of their way to provide the correct size unit at a reasonable price. Thanks!
