I was sold on having the Window Depot supply my new windows for my bathrooms and bedrooms after talking to the salesman. I was impressed with his honesty and felt confident I would receive both a good product with dependable service. I was not disappointed. I love my new windows! I never would have guessed how much the new windows would both cut down on the outside noise but also provide better protection from heavy winds. The installers were very efficient and answered all my questions. I found that everyone I talked to at The Window Depot were all very polite and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone interested in buying new windows.

I was very impressed with the attention and professionalism from Window Depot and its customer service. They installed my windows in a timely fashion. The windows were beautiful and I was very happy with them. I noticed the first time we had a strong wind in my area that my windows were whistling. I called Window Depot and they came out immediately to address the problem. Unfortunately it was not windy when they came here. Nevertheless, they worked tirelessly to identify and fix the problem. They never gave up and went out of their way to resolve the issue. It took a few visits, and usually we did not have the luxury of the wind to help them zero in on where the whistling was coming from. Through it all, they trusted me when I explained as well as I could what was happening, even though they usually were not here when it was happening. I am happy to say that they finally resolved the problem and now, even on a windy day, it is so quiet inside, youd never know about the gusts outside. I cannot recommend Window Depot enough, and particularly Said and Sana. The gentlemen who actually did the heavy lifting deserve to be commended as well.They really took my concerns seriously and did not stop until everything was perfect. Installers were great but the company cant complete my order after 6 months, had to do a temp install on a wrong size window and damaged my back storm door leaving an opening big enough for a coyote to walk thru.. not to mention insects, lizards, snakes, raccoons and god knows what.. my sunroom is taking on rain and critters and they havent bothered to call me back in over a week after this botched installation. 2 stars only because the lead installer was contentious and working with what he was handed..

We are extremely happy with our new windows and doors, and as we live in a neighborhood with alot of trees high impact windows were essential.The installers worked very efficently and took great care to ensure that everything was covered and they cleaned up after themselves and left no debris behind.We were told everything they were going to do each day so we knew ahead of time what to move, we were told if there were any issues or not.They worked fast and efficentley we were shown everything on how to operate each item once installation each day was complete.Most importantly to us they were on time and got staight to work each time.The quality of the doors and windows are fantastic and so quiet when they open.It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this company from all departments.

We just had Window Depot finish the job today.. We had all the windows & sliding doors replaced. I absolutely love the white windows we got - we used to have the old metal black windows. The service took a lot long er than anticipated though. They installed the windows, then the inspector had to inspect them & the sliding doors didnt pass inspection so Windows Depot had to come and fix that, then the inspector had to come again and they passed inspection, then Windows Depot came out again & put on the trim & little white buttons. Then 2 of the screens were broken so they came out again to replace them. Then the little white buttons on the door were missing & the trim on the patio doors was missing so they finally came out again today and now the job is fully finished. Through all this hassle though I must say that I do LOVE my new windows and how they look. And I believe they gave us a VERY FAIR price. I would use them again if I ever move to a house the needs new windows.

Window balances and pivot pins broke on a window originally installed by Window Depot six years ago. They quickly responded by sending a technician to fix the problem. He was polite, professional, and wore a mask. He replaced the broken parts free of charge.The hurricane window and doors are nearly soundproof and greatly reduce our heat/cooling bills. We highly recommend Window Depot!

We ordered new hurricane rated windows for our lanai last August. Due to Covid, they finally came in January. (We had been told this was likely.) Once the windows arrived, they wasted no time getting theminstalled. From start to finish, The Window Depot did a wonderful job. We had a great experience! Boze and Devin were awesome at installing all nine of our windows! Especially in our 2nd guest bedroom. I have a very intricate, highly detailed, very large model railroad layout that has countess hours and thousands of dollars put into it. The layout needed to be moved in order to install the window. I was a little concerned about the layout getting damaged. Boze and Devin were absolute pros! We got everything moved and put back in order just like it was before the install. I highly recommend these guys!

Contracted for a front door with a specific 3 point locking system on a new home. Door installed with a standard lock. Company refused to change door. I would not change a new front door for one that locks the same. Be sure to confirm everything in writing from management. The sales team has a form of amnesia. They issued a credit of $200 for their error on a $5K door. The door moulding needs to be fixed because it is too short. To date, nothing has been done. The door also does not line up and requires force to close so the electronic lock can engage. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The first employee came and knocked on my door once at approximately noon on a Saturday to sell me windows because theyre working on a home in the neighborhood. Less than an hour later employee number two came to my door and knocked and rang the bell until I answered. Obnoxious. Uninvited. Neither man wearing a mask. I politely declined the first time and was less polite the second time. Leave people alone and dont harass them in their homes. Disgusting practice that no professional company should engage in. If someone wants windows, theyll reach out to you.

We replaced our windows and doors for our entire house and we could not be happier with the work, installation, and follow through from Window Depot. From the sales process and explanation of products and hardware to the installation was a great experience.I like that they had seperate divisions and people who handled each facet of the process, same people so it was consistant who I was dealing with on each phase through completion.Specifically, the installation was done by two men, Boze and Devin where Boze has over 35+ years of experience and the two of them having worked together for 5+ years at Window Depot. I watched their work, it was precise, they explained each phase of the installation as they installed the wondows and doors and even went above and beyond to make sure the exterior tracks and framing for the 3 pane sliding glass doors at 350 lbs. each, had additional triming to make everything look like it all melded together. Even the Pinellas County Inspector complemented us on the installation and attention to details he had not seen in many other installtions...I am very happy with my hurricane windows and doors and want to say thanks to Window Depot for a Job Well Done

This business went above and beyond especially considering the time of COVID. We ordered and received 57 windows and doors. This was over 2000 square feet of glass. Because of the size of the order the company offered two complete crews for installation. The install was great with people showing up on time.

I contacted 3 companies about installing hurricane rated windows. The Window Depot was the second company to come to by, measure, and provide me with a quote. Within a short period of time of talking to their sales consultant, Mark, I knew I had found the right contractor to do the job. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions clearly, and went over all of the warranty information for the PGT products. He told me about the energy rebate I would receive from Duke. (The other company that came by never mentioned anything about that!!!) I signed the contract right on the spot. I canceled my sales appointment with the other company.Their installation crew arrived promptly on the date that was promised, and were fantastic. They were friendly, clean cut, professional, and did an outstanding job. When they were finished, they went over the operation of the windows. There is no doubt that I made the right decision to use the Window Depot. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in replacing windows.

The sales process was positive, the installers did a great job. The inspection required the installers to come back and fix one item, they returned and fixed it very quickly. They cleaned everything up and really made us very happy with the quality of the work and windows. The office staff was not as responsive as the installers were. I had to call multiple times to get my questions answered and to talk to someone in the office. Finally the owner called me and got everything squared away. I would have given them 5 stars if the office had been better. I do recommend them.

I ordered windows and my contract said that my order was being custom made and to allow 8 weeks for installation. My windows were in before 8 weeks; and they came right out and installed them. In about a 10 day period of time I had a 5 year old window fog up and another one break. I called Window Depot immediately upon noticing them and they responded swiftly. Both the customer service employees as well as the repairmen were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived at my house at the exact agreed upon time and replaced the windows. Almost NO interior or exterior painting touch up. No post install cleanup necessary, outside or in. And no leaks. This outfit, both office staff and field personnel are first rate. Dustin, Tyler and Tanner did a great job with the window installation of our enclosed lanai. The windows look and work fantastic. Besides new windows, the guys also rebuilt the entire lanai enclosure. But most impressive was the caulking and application of boric acid on the inside of the new walls to curb any potential insect infestation. Not all contractors would do that extra step. The time between ordering our windows and receipt of windows was rather lengthy, but I attribute that in part to Covid restrictions.

A few years ago I shopped for new windows. The Window Depot offered competitive products and met the lowest competitors (low overhead) price. The installation was exceptional! This year I decided to get a new front entry door. I immediately called The Window Depot and they offered a beautiful product (beware of the big box stores; their doors are NOT the same quality!) and, once again, the installation crews were great. (The door did require a couple of post-installation adjustments but the guys who came back to do them were OUTSTANDING! I now have great looking windows and doors. During all of my contacts with the people at The Window Depot they were open and honest, professional and caring, and when they say that they will do everything they can to make you happy, they mean it. Because of price, products and quality installation I highly recommend The Window Depot.

The install was good and on time as predicted. The salesman was polite and detailed. The project manager that was assigned was also polite and detailed. The reason for a three star review is the way the finalization of the job was addressed. I was affectively bullied and was expected to behave in a manner that was inconsistent with common business practices. I needed to assert certain things that should have been addressed before it reached me, however it was not - that was in part due to my assertion in the beginning; however there was no clarification nor pushback then. I would not hire Window Depot again for any project, repair or replacement.So the owner reached out to me for clarification of my review (above). It was made clear that their definition of completed differs. Going forward (not with Window Depot) I will be sure to clarify that definition before engaging the relationship. That is the way it is done does not mean that it is good or right nor does it mean that it should stay that way.

It is a complicated decision choosing who to trust when hiring a window company in pinellas county, but it should be against the law for companies like this to operate in this country. They clearly have very little experience installing windows and doors as evidenced by their numerous (10+)unsuccessful attempts to install 1 sliding glass door capable of keeping water from flooding the condo. The owner and his wife are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. They both made many promises which they never intended on honoring and when things went south with my account then i couldnt find anyone to return my phone calls or even provide any accountability for their incompetence and lies do yourself a favor and avoid getting into a contract with these crooks

Extremely professional company & employees. The windows are beautiful. The installation by Boz & Devin was outstanding. They were professional, punctual, neat, competent and courteous. Highly recommend!
