Windows and Door were what I expected for the price that I paid. The installation and follow-up were not what I expected. It was very hard to get a returned phone call. The installer scuffed the inside frame of all the windows with his drill. The same installer broke a window sill and installed the new window over the broken sill, didnt mention anything to us about it. (We alerted the office that evening before 5 PM.) When a different installer came back to trim everything out, (I ended up doing it as it was over 10 days later.) he tried to tell us the sill was broken when they got there originally. So again, they would install a brand new window over a broken sill........ This is the type of installation one looks for when buying new windows! For the record, my wife cleaned the old windows the night before and knows that the sill had not been broken.The company was referred to me and I saw the reviews looked good. I know folks can have a bad day, but I left numerous messages with the office and sent an email, I never heard back from a manager or owner and the only call back was from an office manager to my wife saying the installer would call and set an appointment to finish up the trim work .

Great window contractor!! the only company that didnt pressure me into buying right then and there. I am so glad I went with them. Prompt, Professional and pleasant to deal with. Hurricane Windows and Doors gets a big thumbs up from the Wards.

My windows are beautiful. Ash one of the sales managers was very nice and helpful. The installers did a great job. Not the cheapest, but I am very pleased with the outcome. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asked.

33 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, 1 front French door and 2 very happy customers!! Hurricane Windows and Doors came to our home in Treasure Island while working on another home in our neighborhood. We stopped them and asked if they would be interested in giving us a quote... The office called the next day and Casey came out, He was the most professional of all the 5 other quotes I got, didnt try to strong arm the sale, educated my wife and I while we fired questions at him one right after the other. I couldnt believe the price he gave us!!! I thought it was to good to be true, but sure enough he was WAY less expensive than his competitors. I was a little nervous at first, but the windows showed up, they were installed beautifully... it did take 1 more day to install than originally expected, but we live in a two story (thats about the only shortfall lol) Dustin, Tyler and John showed up and treated our home like it was there own and covered everything in the areas they worked in. Bottom line... Best Price and a Great Experience!! I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Our windows and sliders are beautiful. I am very hard to please. Not only were they affordable, but they made my family a priority. Ultimately, this company surprised us with a great job!! Job took about 9 weeks from signing the contract.. I HIGHLY recommend them.

So glad we hired them, the installers were professional and took extra care of our Palm Harbor home. The windows, staff and communication turned out better than I expected. My grandparents needed new windows and being in their 80s, they were very nervous about just forking over thousands of dollars to a company that they heard about off of a door hanger advertisement. We had 11 windows replaced earlier this year by the team at CCI. From the start, I knew this company was going to be solid to deal with. Casey, the owner, came by on a Friday at 6pm to do the consultation. Most people would want to race home on a Friday but he took the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the window replacement process. The communication from Paul and Anixi was superb! And the installation team of Tyler, Dustin and John really went above and beyond. They communicated, answered all questions and even gave tips along the way. The windows turned out fantastic and were extremely happy with the result. CCI doesnt advertise via every other commercial on TV like some other companies, so hopefully reviews like this will help anyone who is looking for the best window installation company in the area.

Ordered 12 windows in late June... project was installed 2ND week of September- 8 total weeks. I was told by other companies it would take 12-14. Love the product, great company, would recommend to anyone. Got additional bids from weather tight, armortec and nusouth.. Im glad I chose CCI. Worth every penny!!

Awesome response time and install - we had a shattered sliding glass door. They came out that morning and had the glass replaced and installed in a few hours - great experience!
