Ben and his team did an outstanding job. They trimmed 6 palm trees and shrubs/trees 30-40ft long that were overgrown about 15 feet high. Every penny I spent was worth hiring paradise palm service. There prices are competitive. They informed me my 3ea 60ft palm trees are soft and decaying after climbing up them. I did not get these pruned do to this and keeping the employees safe. Soon I will need to have these removed and I will definitely have paradise palms remove them. I can’t say enough about there outstanding service, quality and professionalism.

Ben and his team saved the day! They were a few doors down from us doing work when a limb from another neighbor’s tree branch snapped and fell into our backyard. We asked if they would help remove it and they did! No problem at all! We had an appointment for Monday March 22, 2021. He was to take down and remove a tree. I hadnt heard from him all morning so I called at noon and left a voicemail message asking Ben to confirm hes still coming. At 4 I called again. He stood me up without the courtesy of even returning my call much less telling me he wouldnt be here. Ill find another service

Ben and his crew did an amazing job removing our cluster of 6 tall trees from our yard. Some were hanging over our home and the crew were careful to not cause any damage. My kids and I enjoyed watching the crew as they climbed the trees and cut them down. They left our property without any debris when the job was completed. Ben, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond obtaining the permits for the 8 trees I needed removed. He was responsive with communication, offered the best prices, and completed the work in a very timely manner of removing and stump grinding the 8 trees, the cutting back and trimming of 5 oaks, 3 pines, and 2 magnolias. Ben did exactly what I asked him to do without questioning or arguing with the request. All in all extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend him for any needed tree service.

Ben with Paradise palms gave me a great price, He beat my previous estimate by $600....but the Important part is the amazing job him and his co-worker(s) did . They removed a tree that had fallen on my house and didnt cause any more damage plus got rid of all of the tree and brush and even raked my yard and blew of my roof.I had him come back out to grind out the stump and roots and trim my palms and remove other low and dead branches...The used a chipper to chip all of the wood and brush and they even gave me some of the mulch chips. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB GUYS ...P.S. I gotta have you come back out n trim before hurricane season.
