Met my needs, needed huge furniture pads for rental for a fair price, friendly service

After the big UHaul in palm harbor screwed up and double-booked me on a small ramp trailer, Marcie at 4K did the extra helpful thing of upgrading me to a larger trailer they had available at no extra charge! She did not have to do this but this shes is from driving all around looking for the trailer we has reserved. 5 Stars for the friendly and exceptioinal service and for fixing the big stores mistake!

Very helpful with the correct size truck & even though we were unsure of the milage we would be driving they knew just by us giving directions. Perfect. We will definitely use them again.

We have used these folks a few times and always have prompt and awesome service. They also ensure whatever you are renting is in better than serviceable condition.

The workers here are very rude. We had reserved a truck for 3/6/17 i go to get the truck and they say that they got no truck and the guy that works here says he cant help us after we got charged for the truck... I would definitely recommend not going here.

Reasonable rates, rented a 10 truck to haul stuff for a day. Went about 40 miles, 1/4 tank gas, $68 bill. This site doubles as a used car lot.

We rented a truck from this U-Haul location for a local move. Marcie and Randy were very helpful and good to work with. Our movers Charlie and Eric were very professional. They wrapped all furniture with blankets and shrink wrap so everything arrived in perfect condition. They also were very quick and had the move completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a quality move!

Without a doubt, this has been my greatest uhaul moving experience with using this location 2 times in the last 4 months. They make me feel welcomed and have excellent knowledge and customer service. I couldnt thank them enough.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I wish I could give more stars. For any and all moving needs this is the place to go. I rented just the truck initially but after a major set back with the movers that I had booked Marcie then called and arranged for their movers to come out.. last minute the next day and completely saved my move! I could not be more appreciative. They were in constant contact and updated me via text and phone just to make sure everything went as planned. Hired 2 movers and a truck thru this location. Worst experience ever. The moving guys showed up late. They were horribly rude. They damaged our furniture on purpose. When I reported it to the manager Marcie she ignored it. Maybe try using a different uhaul location. This location is horrible! Total jerks. Nasty people Nasty business.

Helpful, friendly, great equipment. These people know their product inside and out. Thought it looked sketchy at first, but its decent. No place to wait for my ride to pick me up.

If I could give you all 0 Stars, I would. There is absolutely no reason to say you open at 8AM on Sundays when I schedule an 8AM appointment and sit for 40 minutes with no one around. Also, this place is a dump, looks like a run down trailer park, beer bottles on the ground outside, trailers and broken down limos in the “parking lot.” Completely unprofessional, and I wish U-Haul would do some quality control because it’s a piss-poor location and needs to be shut down for giving U-Haul a bad representation.
