Everything was fine until i checked my bank statement. Charged me for a dolly that was never used. They said the seal was broken when i returned the truck. Completely false as we have our own dolly and used it. All i was asked at the time of return was where were the blankets we ordered? I wondered the same thing as we never received them. Really bad business practice. Wont be using them or any uhaul for that matter...

My experience at this U-Haul moving and storage location was amazing. I had to get an additional storage unit the day after I got the first, and the owner remembered me and got me set up with what I needed. I highly recommend this facility. Excellent customer service and facility! Thank you!

If I could rate lower I would. I paid my monthly bill on 7-22 and moved my possessions out of the unit on 7-29. I never confirmed that I had moved out. Management took it upon themselves to close out my account and not pro rate the unit. I was told that they are free to rent it out and that it was no longer my unit even though I never spoke with anyone confirming on me moving out. Management cared nothing about customer service and cared less on getting a bad review.

Garbage service. This is where you bring trash people. There are plenty of U-Hauls in local area to completely avoid this one. Shout out to GM Rachel Pospisil for being terrible at her job. Team member since 2007 sounds like a joke. No customer service skills at all. BUYER BEWARE avoid this location

After dealing with Westchase UHauls bad customer service. Great to find a location that is willing to help and assist with correcting another Uhauls mistakes on setting me up on 3 different return locations by mistake. Took in equipment rented from a 1 way trip with no problems. Extremely friendly and helpful with myself and all customers that I noticed at the location.

I rarely take time to write reviews, but I wanted to do so for Rachel and her team. Every interaction I had with them, whether it was on the phone or on site, they were always professional and courtesy no matter what the situation. The facitly was clean and well maintained and their rates were very fair.I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to store your belongings or if you are in need of a cargo vehicle to transport them.

I had a hitch put on my truck, very nice people. However, my hitch has a loose bolt! Seriously? Did they not torque to specifications? Double check their work.

Bought a bike rack from them that cannot fit any bikes! We have four different bikes and none of them fit. I took it back after 30 days of buying it and told them so that I would like to exchange it for something I can use and they said no. Manager and employee did not care that they are selling something is does not work. Curt bike rack is a piece of junk! I will never return for any business with them

U-haul has always been the besti had a friend that had to pickupsum stuff in Connecticut and it was cheaperto rent the trailer here in Floridaand haul it empty to Connecticut thanrent one in Connecticut and bring it backto Florida

Ive used this U-Haul location several times and theyve always been very friendly, professional, and flexible.

I made an appointment for an 8AM trailer hitch install 10 days before the event. I was there by 8, but my mechanic was not until 10:30 AM.I came back at 10:30, and was told 1 hr 30 min for the install. When I returned 1 hr 15 mins later, my mechanic was answering questions on the phone, and I was now told 45 min more. I had planned for issues to arise with my employer, but uhaul screwed my day up so badly that I had a significant issue being tardy for my job.They need to prioritize!!!

Made the move easy! Just moved to the area and the staff here were helpful with giving directions and fun places to go.

Place is a scam! rented a truck that they advertise as $29.99. After it was all said and done they charged me over $250. Could have paid movers for that amount. I explained exactly where I was going and the guy that checked me out (Ron) said it would be around $72$ brought the truck back right before 7 as they were closing. Next thing I know they are charging me all kinds of fees and charges. Go somewhere else please take your business else where!

Hahahaaaa at all those family members and friends ( of kids that work there) reviews. Guess they need padding on the honest reviews . Most un friendly and un professional u haul we’ve visited from here to Texas.

The woman who answered the phone must have been having a bad day. Robotic and cold when I asked for a simple vehicle . Have rented many times and never received such rude behavior. When I asked her to be more civil she put me on hold and did not come back. Never will go there again.

Everything was great exsept the late fee.. I was 2 hours late on the return and they charged me a whole day for it. They should charge an hourly late fee

Really friendly staff, actually they couldnt be nicer, they helped me out with very little notice, they are a large store actyamd have many trucks on-site and really affordable moving supplies, buy your moving boxes here

The guys working there were very helpful. I was in and out of the office in 10 or 15mins tops when both picking up the truck and returning it.
