We have had internet and phone service for our Non-profit food pantry for many years. They sent us an email advising us that we could lower our bill significantly by changing our Spectrum internet service contract. I contacted Dana in accounting and she took over from there. She handled every aspect of the service change and coordinated her technician with the cable companies service call. 3 times in the last 2 months we have been without service for a day . The buck is always passed to Frontier. Our neighboring bussiness use frontier and have not had problems. The monthly savings are far less than the loss of bussiness for lack of phone and Internet.

Our company Fox Wealth Management Group has been using Yoursip VOIP services since our inception in 2016. They have always gone above and beyond with their service and attention to detail.
