I upgraded my phone last week. Went from a 8/128 to a 12/128. I had a ton of photos on my old phone and I had been moving and cleaning up for weeks. But still had over 4000 photos. (I’m a shutter bug) Brianna was so kind and gracious and went the extra mile to copy all my photos to my new phone. She even found a $25 dollars a month savings off our bill! Excellent customer service. Thanks Brianna!!!
I’ve been going to the Palm Harbor location since it opened. The gentleman who helped me (manager) is outstanding. I remember when he was new,he hasn’t changed a bit.Couldn’t be more helpful.He was dealing with myself and another couple at the same time and never missed a detail.I had a very nice experience.
I gave a 5 star rating because of There assistant manager Michael Nunez! I had a on going issues with a trade in upgrade, after many phone calls to account service.I decided to go into a store. Michael was so knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my frustration. He told me we will get this taken care, and after about a 1/2 hour he had it all resolved for me! He is amazing!

While I have no issue with staff that assisted me, the store is very run down and has a horrible smell. Also this is not a corporate store but just an authorized retailer. Very disappointed with AT&T allowing such a disgraceful AR to represent them.
Came in last night and spoke to Michael the assistant manager about getting new service and device. He put aside the phone I wanted for me (the last purple iPhone 11 they had) and had everything ready for me for when I came in today. Jerry and Jeremiah helped me activate my phone and hooked me up with a sweet deal on my screen protector. Very pleased with my experience. Plan on coming in in a few weeks to purchase an Apple Watch. Definitely will be coming back to this location!!
Do not go to this AT&T store they will do Fraud on your account by opening up a second Account with out your knowledge. And charge your card of multiple fees without you knowing they tell you one of the fees that will come out. They also sign the agreements for you so you don’t know what is being charged and what you are signing up for. They already knew I had an account and they signed me up for a second one. Scam scam scam scam store this is why I hate authorized AT&T stores they look for every way to scam you
Dont waste your time. They told me I need to go to a corporate store after customer service told me to go here for a return. So I suggest you skip the middle man and go somewhere they know what they are doing
Staff had to keep looking at its phone to find different programs available. Didnt have all the channels I wanted.
Worst experience ever! Do not shop here. Was the only one waiting for someone to be able to help me. After I waited for over 30 minutes a young female came into the store. When Mike came available a few minutes later he walked past me, even though he knew I should have been next to help the young female. I then walked out of the store without anyone asking me why I was leaving. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Would leave zero stars if it was allowed.

Jeremiah was a huge help. He gave me a lot of options without the usual upsell from other stores. I let him know what I needed and he gave me some great choices. Im happy with what Ive got and know that if I have any problems this is the place to go!

Came in because my phone died while outta town. Jeremiah and Michael both came and saved the day. They both did an amazing job at making me feel both heard and valued as a customer. My husband wanted to jump ship and go to a different company. Its these two working our bill down asqell that turned it around and met us with the company. This is the worst phone provider Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. I was lied to over and over again to switch services and had 6 devices stolen and not credited to my account. I was also never given the credit to change services to pay the cancelation fees on my old service that was promised. Christian and the store manager Tony have been extremely unhelpful and will no longer assist me with the disaster they set me up with. Do not I repeat do not switch to AT&T or use this store for anything. Extremely disappointing on every level.

Came in a few days ago because my phone was glitching, and was helped by a gentleman named Christian, he helped me with my apple phone and got me back in working order, even helped me protect my device with a deal on accessories! I highly recommend the guys here at this store!

Just had the best experience with ordering the new Samsung S10+. Store Manager Megan Compton was great taking time with me to explain all the offers and benefits. She didnt rush or push anything thing just all around great experience. I would definitely recommend stopping in at this location.

Ive had quite an interesting experience with this store lately. I was hoodwinked by a former employee and Im glad to say he is no longer there. However, the manager Andrew, and new staff, Zach and Christion are wonderful!I recently switched my plan and added a new line. I wont go into the details of what the former employee put me through. What I will tell you is that current staff is dedicated to customer service! Not only did Andrew fix my issues and explain things clearly to me, but when he found out that I stopped by the store when he wasnt in, he went the extra mile and called and texted me to let me know his schedule...twice!Andrew didnt try to avoid a customer who was potentially irate, he handled me and my issues with class and superior customer service. Not only that...while I was waiting he looked up national accounts on his computer and let me know that I was eligible for an additional 25% for being an employee at WM. He didnt have to do that. That is just another point of excellent customer service.I Highly recommend if youre with AT&T, go to this store. And if youre thinking of switching...go here.The store is over in the building with Chipotle now, so dont be confused by current photos of outside.
When I purchased a new phone, I had a great experience.But recently, for 2 days, I have called the store and got no answer. When the opportunity to leave a message came up, the mailbox was full. After two calls today, the second call gave me the opportunity to leave a message. It has been 3 hrs and still no response. Wheres the manager who should be making sure that the staff is answering the phone and picking up messages?Amazing
CONSUMER BEWARE!!! The absolute worst phone store in the history of modern times. This company makes even Sprint look stellar. They did not honor their Black Friday special or cancelation credits to switch to their services. Going on a year Ive had $7k in broken promises and 6 devices disappear from their original deal. Horrible customer service, phone plans, and service in general. Please look elsewhere for your phone service needs or you will regret ever walking in to AT&T store. UNPROFESSIONAL

What an amazing new store. I had the pleasure of working with Logan the manager of this location. He took the time to explain in full all my options for rate plans and phones as well as how to save money on my TV service. I was not expecting that. He even was able to give me $500 in bill credits for each phone I purchased since I signed up for directv. This is now the only store I will visit. Keep up the good work Logan. Congrats on your promotion from how you treated me I can say you truly deserved it.

I just went in their earlier to get some information on the account I set up with them . The guy was really rude and disrespectful . There was nothing that we asked that he knew an answer to . We have tried this AT&T, over and over . It shut down because of the bad service and now it has bad service again . We will be canceling our policy with AT&T as soon as possible because this is all ridiculous. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS . Go to the one in Boot Ranch or the mall .

These guys put on a very good front, but will swindle you for every dime. I was told one thing an charged another. ive been with at&t for 10 years an this was my worst experience. Instead of showing off that they are know it alls, maybe be more concerned for the customers experience. What do you expect when you have young cocky guys workin for a commission. I will never go back, an it seems there focused on all the wrong things.
Flat out lied to us when we were going to go to the apple store Andrew said he could get it to us in two days and we were ok with 2 days but then it turned into 3 and now 7 days ..Andrew you shouldn’t lie to people tell them the truth and leave the decision to us..lying very bad for your franchise
