This store has always been great with no problems. Today I went there and did two transactions for cash back. The first went fine but the second went through on my bank but the cashier Tom said it didn’t. I showed the manager Krista who said she would count her drawer. When she went in the office Tom followed and they shut the door. She then says she counted the drawer and checked the camera but when I said I came through the line a second time she had no clue so obviously she didn’t check the camera. I asked for my receipts since neither time I was given one and they couldn’t find them in the system all the sudden!! Then Krista preceded to be rude and very very unprofessional telling me she will not help me and was telling me to shut up and chill when I would try to talk. I wasn’t yelling nor being rude and she kept making little comments. Then when I mentioned calling corporate she said she trespassed me from this store. I will be contacting corporate because Krista was by far the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across in retail. Be careful here 22$ gone and disappeared with no receipt for it!!

This is my favorite Dollar Tree location! I drive from Largo just to go to this one! Always organized, clean and always find something new!

Shelves were getting bare but staff friendly, specifically Dennis, he was helpful and kind. Not well lit. Baskets put together just had to change some things around. Found all I needed though.

I went up there to get some last minute decorations for a family member returning home from the hospital. I was greeted by 4 employees standing outside of the store saying no one is allowed in because they were doing “inventory.” I have family in the retail business and they NEVER do inventory during operating hours only before or after. Because of this I now don’t have time to drive somewhere else to get decorations. Very very disappointing!

Typical dollar tree. Some of the prices didnt ring up correctly (2 for $1) and I was charged tax on food items. Not really anything special and quite a few things not stocked.

👎👎👎 Store hours state 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. here we are on a Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and the store is closed. there were over half a dozen people standing outside waiting for the store to open two employees came in on a rush at 9:30 a.m and they opened the store at 9:30 a.m most of the people had left by then, it is ridiculous and completely unacceptable that people have to stand around trying to hustle up to get to work and the store wasnt open at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday please change the schedule or the store hours so that customers are not misled and waiting around for incompetent employees, the store is half lighted up and get ready to hear the venting out of the employees about their in-laws and their exs sidekick and them going to Vegas out loud for customers to hear about their dirty laundry.

2nd time I come to this Dollar tree during business hours on a Friday at 7pm and it’s closed! There were 10 people waiting for over 10 minutes and no one to run the store!
