I live in Wisconsin, but frequently visit the tarpon springs area. Typically before traveling I would get my nails and feet done back home. There was a time in the past I couldn’t and a friend recommended glossy nails. They are soooo nice and respectful that I now wait until I’m in Florida to get my pedicure. They definitely go above and beyond and listen to what you like. 5 stars for everything. Service, staff, customer service.

Absolutely love this place!! I decided to try out a new nail salon due to being disappointed at other ones, but Glossy Nails did not disappoint. Lilly was my nail tech, and she was very efficient and definitely pays close attention to detail. I can truly say after getting my nails done consistently for 4 years this was the first time they came out perfectly. She was very sweet as well. I really appreciated the front desk people Faith, and the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) for being so kind, and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable, and welcome. I can’t wait to go back!!

This was our first visit. My Mom and I had the deluxe pedicures done by Diane (me) and Holly (Mom). We were very impressed by zero wait time for our 6 pm appointments. The deluxe pedicure was amazing and our toes are beautiful! This was a delightful experience and we will definitely go back. Diane and Holly were very sweet and very thorough!

They know you by name. Fast, friendly service, sometimes a little too fast but theyre also in high demand. Appointments recommended but walk ins welcome. The offer beverages and refreshments. Good music. During one of my visits, it was a little girls birthday. They gave her balloons in her favorite colors, changed the lighting, and played an up tempo bday song for her. Available staff sang along. It was the cutest thing! Prices are reasonable. Bring cash for your tip. Would recommend.

Have been going here religiously since about 2016/2017. Shannon is an AMAZING artist, and has done designs ranging from a dripping rainbow to a galaxy on my nails. Great price for so much talent. All the staff here are friendly and wine and water are provided with most services ❤️

My boyfriend found this place years ago and I havent stopped coming here since. I absolutely love this place. They always offer wine which is always fun when pampering yourself. They make big stinks over birthdays which is cute to get recognized by a song, card, and balloons. Theyre like a little family who remembers you when you call in. My two favorite technicians are Xuan and Shannon.

Just got my nails done with dip polish by Nicole and she was AMAZING!! She was very meticulous and I will 100% come back. Everyone at the salon was very welcoming, everything was clean, and ran efficiently! I will always come back here and highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Lily last Friday. This was my 3rd time using this location and I have left NEVER wanting to come back. Things never started of great but I kept giving this place a shot. My first time was an okay experience. I felt like the owner was super rude to his hostess. She was running around trying to make sure everyone was accommodated for but he just kept belittling her in front of everyone. After an hour of waiting for a tech to soak off my old gel and got switched around to another tech I finally landed on Lily. She did my full set and I left so happy, I wanted to come back and get my nails done again with Lily. On my second visit to this establishment about an hour before my appointment I received a call saying Lily was running a bit behind and asked if I could switch my 7pm appointment to 7:15p. It wasn’t an issue. When I got there at 7:15p they told me it would be a few, Lily was finishing up but were very nice & offered me water. Lily started my nails at 7:45pm .. yes, that’s right. that’s 30 mins waiting for a tech. Again I left happy with my nails & made another appointment. My next appointment rolls around & I get a call from the owner advising me that Lily left home sick and I could either reschedule for another day with lily or another tech could do my nails. I wasn’t able to reschedule because I had plans that I couldn’t change. So I opted for a different tech. He told me someone would be available for me for my 7pm appointment. I get to my appointment was ushered to a seat after 10ish minutes of waiting I hear the owner yelling across the room to his hostess “ask her if she wants a pedicure I won’t have any techs available for awhile” I didn’t think much of it. I wasn’t expecting it to be about me because I made an appointment and was already confirmed by the owner a tech would be available. well, I was wrong. I was approached by the hostess asking me if I would like to add a pedicure because if not I would have to wait longer for a tech. Honestly at this point I felt like my importance as a customer was nothing. Every time I come to this place I’m shuffled around I’m told one thing & another happens. Why am I making an appointment ?? To still wait. Make it make sense. The owner is a horrible man & needs to learn how to talk to his employees in front of people. NEVER EVER coming back!!!!! STAY AWAYYYYYYY !!!!

Very very relaxing atmosphere and the employees are very nice the salon was very clean and they are practicing social distancing and everyone has to use a mask with exception to when you are getting a lip wax or something on the lower portion of your face however they do still wear theirs. They have a very huge selection to choose from and the 60 minutes foot and leg massage was so worth the extra money. I was hesitant at first only cause in my situation I should not have spent the extra money but I felt like it was worth it and I deserved to relax and pamper myself a little bit. It turned out to be well worth it and very relaxing. I even got to enjoy a nice glass of wine. Something I saw there I thought really sets them apart from others is that they have what appeared to be a couples area where the couple get their own section and they get their pedicures together. Ive never seen this any where else. They do a good job. I really liked it.

I will not return. My foot was cut, my color is dull, and does not look professionally done. My experience was not a good one. I understand its better to tip in cash but I only had my card. To be told begrudgingly that yes I could tip on the card but to make sure to bring cash next time was rude. Tipping is the choice of the customer.

This is by far the best experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. I received a mani/pedi by Na and my sister got a mani/pedi by Hong. They are both incredibly nice, professional, and do a wonderful job. We came as a party of four and they easily accommodated us. There is plenty of space, yet still a relaxing environment. Everything is very clean, sanitary, and sterilized. Two mani/pedis were $60 before tip (please tip!). This price is inexpensive for what a wonderful experience we had. My cousin, Faith, has been coming here for 2.5 years and I can see why. There is a manager walking around ensuring everyone is happy and comfortable. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I got a pedicure and gel french manicure at this salon. My pedicure is wonderful, however my gel nails started peeling after 3 days! My gel polish at other salons lasts 2 weeks and barely chips. Im terribly disappointed after spending over $70 (tip included). Personally, I do not recommend this location.

My appointment was for 3 but I didnt get seen til 3:40. My nail lady Shannon was great, did my nails to my exact specifications but failed to mention the extra charges for shape and ombre design. My toe lady, who wasnt wearing a name tag, was a little aggressive, didnt do a good job on the massage at all. She didnt go near my feet but instead spent the whole time massaging my calves. On the bright side, I had 4 glasses of wine and had some chocolate and cookies. For my full set with acrylic and deluxe pedicure (which came with a neck massage) my total was $70. Ill probably go back to see Shannon but I will be requesting a new toe lady.

Had my nails done here for my wedding with me, my bridesmaids and the mothers of me, my fiancé, and the maid of honor! Such a wonderful place and friendly staff. Steve the manager is so sweet and your nails come out looking amazing! So fun getting our nails done and they made me feel so special as a bride! 10/10 stars!!! This is the place to go!!!

Yesterday was my daughters 16th birthday. We went there to get her nails done. Great customer service. They went and purchased her balloons and card and gave her a $20 gift card towards next visit. We will definitely be return customers.

Having just moved here from out of state I was happy to find such a nice salon. They had made countless modifications to comply with the guidelines for preventing the spread of Covid-19 (plastic shields between nail tech and customer, staggering the seating of clients to promote social distance, everyone worse mask, etc). My nail tech (I believe her name was Wynn) was excellent and I will request her going forward. The girl at the front desk, the hostess if you will was a bit unprofessional and was seen talking to several of the nail techs very rudely. Overall though, good experience.

Nice nail tech, she did a great job, I was a walk in, so there was a little wait for me, but I didnt have an appointment and Kim accomodated my time crunch I was under. I was very happy and will definitely come back

I have found my nail salon for my future vacations! Huge welcoming staff. Fast and friendly service. I walked in expecting to wait and they took me right away. They had a bridal party, a girls weekend party and still had time for me! This place is awesome.

This was hands down the absolute best experience Ive ever had getting a pedicure. The customer service was more than amazing.. I came in holding my sleeping 3 month old and was immediately taken to VIP which I didnt request nor did I pay for via the owner because my baby was asleep and it was a more quiet and emptier section of the salon. I was taken care of so wonderfully my tech got me a water and even opened it for me she also got me a pillow and put under the arm I was holding the baby with to rest I on the arm rest. I got a deluxe pedicure which is $30 (regular is $20) and I was there for so long I got a very long and great massage my toes came out beautifully and my feet were feeling well rested and relaxed! I have never been massaged for so long and I get regular pedicures so I have tried a lot of places. It was more than worth upgrading for the extra $10 .thats what I will get each time. I do not like when you are rushed out and they barely rub some lotion in on your legs and feet and that counts as a massage.. Doesnt cut it for me.. This place was perfect cleans and friendly staff and talented as well very accommodating! Rate 10 stars if I could!!

Today was my first experience at Glossy Nails and it was an amazing one. The technician who did my pedicure, Mary I believe, was friendly, funny, and made great conversation. She took her time and really helped me relax. On top of Marys great pedicure they had a great selection of tasty wine, and as I dried my nails I also received a neck massage. This nail salon has a great environment full of friendly people for an amazing price. I will definitely be a regular now.

I made appointments for my daughter and I are get our nails done together and spend the day together. We arrived at 11:15am and left at 2pm. Her full set of acrylics took more than 2.5 hours to complete. When I shared the feedback with the owner I was given an apology and told that next time I needed to tell him if we had somewhere to be (I had mentioned that we missed two different movie times while we were there). He acknowledged that the man that did my daughters nails was slow but she originally started out with a woman and those nails all had to be removed and redone. The man was one I’d had before and was there way too long. A pedicure for me and a full set for my daughter shouldn’t have had us there nearly 3 hours. Our plans for the day are shot. This was my attempt to try again after a similarly long experience from 2 years ago. I won’t be back.

Love this place. Ive been a loyal client for 3 years. Best nail salon in the area. I started with acrylics, now getting the dip which is much better for my nails. Awesome pedicures as well. My husband comes with me many times for his own pedi. Today literally half the clients were men.

Pleasantly Surprised at the cleanliness of the salon and the service provided today. Holly was super and very attentive to detail. Gel Manicure and spa pedicure was fantastic. The shoulder massage at the end was also a pleasant surprise. Will absolutely be back next time I am here for visit!

My sister (the soon-to-be bride) and all of us bridesmaids came here the morning of the wedding. Everyone was amazing and really went above and beyond to make the day feel special.They gave the bride a discount on her manicure as well as a free toenail color change! They also brought out balloons and candy for all of us bridesmaids. I would absolutely recommend this place!!

Absolutely the best nail and spa, Ive been to! I loved it the minute I walked in. Meditated music, dim lights, fantastic massage chairs, customer service, top notch! My Tech was patient, friendly, and took such care with my nails, as if they were her own. A truly wonderful experience, with great prices. My only sadness is, I leave the area in two weeks. I love Glossy 130, I have been here more than a handful of time with my mother, the store is very clean, and VERY relaxing. The staff is very polite, you are always greeted. I love that have whine or water to help with the pampering. I took my mother to the salon for her birthday, I secretly told one of the girls about it and they dimmed the lights down, turned on a happy birthday song, and gave my mother a card and balloon with some candy. I have never seen my mother smile so big. I can not thank this salon for always giving us a reason to smile and be completed relaxed. If you are looking for a nail salon than just makes you feel at home I would definitely recommend. Their staff is beyond professional and are very talented!

I used to come here all the time until I started a new job thinking they always did great job, until recently. I went in the day before thanksgiving and got a full set French with hot pink gel. They looked okay at the time. 1 week later 3 nails popped off. Mind you, I drive for a living so there’s no way I can pop a nail off driving a car all day. I call glossy nails and they tell me they will take care of it thinking it would be free since gel is SUPPOSED Too and ALWAYS have lasted at least 3 weeks. A different nail tech does my nails and they come out more professional and beautiful looking than the first set. I thank her and then go to tip her and get quoted with a $29 bill but they take half off for “generosity”. I pay and tip because I don’t want to start a scene. It’s been a week and 3 days once. I have 2 nails missing since sat, 4 days ago. The top coat to two of the nails has came off already, which has never happened before ever. This is ridiculous. They should be lasting 3 weeks at least. Not 1!!! Not happy at all

We visited this salon while on a quick weekend getaway from NY.This is the best salon I have been to anywhere.Steve is very proud of his salon and he makes it an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere.The workers do a good job and are clean and thorough.I cant recommend this salon enough.We are from the suburbs s of NYC where you would expect great salons at a decent price yet it took a trip to FL to find it!Well done Steve & staff you certainly deliver on phenomenal customer service!

The customer service is 10/10. I had my nails done three times. The first time is the only time that I was pleased when I left. I always get SNS dip powder. The first two times I had French dip. They were so nice and looked beautiful! But the more I went, the worse they got. The second time I went my nails only last a week and a half before starting to crack and grow out. I went in today to have my old set soaked off and get a new set. I went with a navy blue instead of French. I shared pictures on Yelp because i have no words. I am so disappointed and will not being going back a fourth time.

First time customer. Got a deluxe pedicure from Marry and she did a wonderful job! The deluxe pedicure comes with a nice neck and shoulder massage which was so nice. I was told it would be $5 to remove the acrylic nails Plus 10 for a manicure. when I went to pay they told me it was gonna be 10 because I didn’t get a manicure I didn’t get the manicure because it took almost an hour just to remove the acrylic. Fantastic place! My girlfriends and I got our nails done here the day before my wedding and they could not have been nicer to us. The manager, Steve (I think), suggested gel polish for my manicure as it lasts longer and dries immediately, and he was so right! A week and a half later my nails still look great. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer.

This was the BEST pedicure I’ve EVER had! I’m from NJ, and came to the area on business. I was in desperate need to let my toes out, since it’s 38 degrees back home :) I called to see if they take walk ins and Steven was very pleasant on the phone. He told me they had a few options and was looking forward to seeing me. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist, who politely asked me what service I was interested in. She then showed me a very easy to read menu which detailed the different pedicure options, amenities, and prices. I went with the 45 minute spa pedicure which included the usual, plus a sea salt scrub, peppermint mask massage, and hot stone treatment. O.M.G. My technician, Lyli, was AMAZING! She massaged my calves and feet for 10 minutes each with the mask, before proceeding with 5 minutes of hot stone and then a hot towel wrap. I wish I lived here. I’d be here every week!!! Not only for the outstanding service but for the calm and relaxing atmosphere. I’ve seen my fair share of nails Salons and this is by far, #1. I can’t wait to come back here next time I’m in town.

This place is great! I brought my daughter, Christina, here to have her nails done and the service was outstanding. My daughter is disabled and uses an electric wheelchair which Steven went out of his way to accommodate while Vivian did a beautiful job on her nails. Very friendly with quick efficient service.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would, first of all the front desk girl was mumbling under her breathe that my friend and I came in an hour and 30 minutes before close to get full sets, second off I personally waited 45 minutes before getting seated and anything that I wanted was $15 more than the already $38 price. I’ve gone places that are extremely good and are cheaper than this place. Would not recommend. Extremely overpriced and I didn’t even get my nails done because they rushed through my friends nails to finish by close.

I love this place. I go to Leon and he’s awesome always very cheerful and does a great job. Anything I don’t like or change my mind on he doesn’t hesitate to fix it no problem. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Also very afforadble especially for how great of quality the work is.

Glossy 130 Nail and Spa is my go to nail salon. From the decor to the owners to their nail techs - it is a great experience. I recommend Larry. He is the best I have found in the area. I will wait to get a fill and pedicure until he is available. Prices are reasonable also. They have water, wine, and chips that are offered.

Ive want to give more stars, just cant. Lay free times getting my basis done has been awful. SNS too thick out bubbled up. Went back to get it fixed. And they would only file then down if I had it redone I would have to pay again. Nails done this week, again. I went with gel. 3 days and its coping off.

First visit was great. However, this second visit was not as pleasant as the first. I showed a nail tech a picture of a design that was from here and she stated no we dont do that here, your nails are too short to do that. But I pulled the picture from this website.. then another tech by the name of Tiffany turned around and corrected her. Steve then comes to me and states the same, that Tiffany can do designs on my nails and the tech I was with couldnt. Ok, not a problem. So then I finish up my nails with the lady and went to Tiffany to get my design done. Tiffany knew exactly what I wanted and shes super nice! If it wasnt for Tiffany I would not be coming back here.

Very happy with not just the service that I received, but the actual customer service as well. They did a great job with SNS dipping powder on my fingernails, and a gel pedicure. And I have to admit that the whole team are very professional, best customer service, they respect you and treat you super nice doesnt matter big or small service you get. Great place.

Best pedicure Ive ever gotten! I got the Deluxe option and got a glass of wine, 15-20 min massage per foot/leg, salt scrub, lotion, mint rub, hot stone massage, hot towel, massaging chair, normal nail stuff, polish, relaxing music, relaxing fish to watch on screen, and all for $30. I recommend making an appointment as they are normally busy, which to me is a good sign. This was my first time here but there were definitely repeat customers here. I will be back!

I was once a loyal customer, while I did not go often I would only go for nail or eyebrow services here, and always would recommend them and sing their praises to all of my friends and family. I encouraged an upwards of 10-15 people to start going to them, however I will never return with my business. I went in for a service on Sunday May 24, with my friend Jessica we got our toes done and spent some quality girlfriend time together. I got my eyebrows done. Upon checkout we did not notice they had forgotten to charge us for my eyebrows until AFTER we had signed the check and were outta there. Naturally, we were already home and decided it wasnt our mistake. If they had forgotten to do so unfortunately that is their loss. Well they decided to take it upon themselves and charge Jessicas card AFTER we signed our checks and departed some several days later. When Jessica called and complained explaining she didnt authorize to be charged 43$ instead of 35 they insisted theyd call her back and have not done so and have exceedingly avoided every attempt at contact shes made since then. I would not go here again unless you enjoy being charged more than you signed for days after the fact. To this day (over a week later) they still have not attempted to contact her back or refund the charge that did not belong to her. I will never go here again and neither will any of the friends or family that I recommended.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The first time i went in, the guy i got was very helpful. He always asked if i liked the way he was doing something, and held nice, casual conversation. He didnt throw my hands around or demand me to do things like most nail techs. But, he painted the matte coating over my rhinestones and it ended up looking not so great. And the second time, the lady i got was a bit rude and didnt ask me any questions about what i wanted. So when i finally asked for rhinestones, she was very angry that i had waited so long. But my nails looked amazing so i got over it.

Really enjoyed my visit here! By far the nicest nail salon Ive been to. The ladies were so sweet.

Went there with a friend I havent seen in a long time. Chocolate and wine they really now how to make women happy, besides doing an awesome job on our nails. Thank you for an awesome first visit. And thank you Holly for,the most awesome job on my eyebrows that I have had ever had done.
