I mailed a priority package to my grandson in Palm Harbor. The delivery update said it was delivered on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 6:01 pm to the front door. The package was never delivered. They have cameras on the house to prove that. We were very upset as to the wear about of the package because it contained something very sentimental. The next morning, Sunday, June 27, 2021 the camera showed the package being delivered and scanned to the front porch at 9:50 am. I never received an updated text regarding the delivery. Not happy about how this was handled but grateful that my grandson received the package. I paid $49.00 for priority and didn’t get the service I paid for. I don’t understand why this happened but wanted to bring it to your attention. I have been mailing packages to Palm Harbor for over 20 years and this is the 1st time there was a problem.
This is the best post office. The people are extremely efficient and everyone is so friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful. They also have a great card selection!

Web reviews should be required reading by the Palm Harbor FL post office employees. But, I suppose all the terrible reviews wouldnt matter to them anyway. Recently a mailed IRS payment has vanished and two insurance policy payments (mailed separately) have disappeared. We continually receive neighbors mail in our mailbox. I emailed the PH postmaster and it was returned undeliverable. I called the office and was told the postmaster is on a temporary assignment out of the office and would be back in Sep 2021. I spoke with Craig Hauman who told me he is filling for the PM. I forwarded a copy of my original email and guess what....no response. What a surprise. Maybe when all the competition runs the USPS out of business they will all scratch their heads and wonder what happened the their employment. 5/12/21 - Heres the latest.....I have received a message that my email to Hauman was deleted unopened. The level of incompetence at the PH post office is way beyond what would be tolerated in private industry.
My experience with Jeff was amazing he took the time to make sure my packages were sent and packed perfectly he even helped me lower the cost so professional with a sense of humor thanks Jeff 😘😘💯
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time I have had an international shipment that shows delivered by post office but I have yet to receive. They also dont update the postal tracking to a US one for this so they have no record to provide me with proof of delivery.
I cannot thank Craig enough for all that he has done to assure my package came in time for my son’s baptism this weekend. I ordered this over a month ago but due to weather and COVID delays, this priority express Mail was a few weeks late and we were coming down to the final days. It arrived in Tampa today, and Craig called me as soon as he had it in his hands and personally delivered it to me. He called me every day and looked into this case for me providing me with updates as he received them. I cannot say thank you enough.
They were all very nice and when I got an extra charge they explained to me why and how to fix it
Disrespectful staff; called me a “she” and blatantly ignored me when I corrected him. Hushed me when I asked a question and ignored me several times; for context no he was NOT busy or on any calls. Poor communication. I believe his name was Craig//Greg.
I love this office!! Nicole the women who took care or me about a month ago was amazing. This man ahead in line I think it was Chris ? Maybe heartless ? He was screaming and making a scene he was clearly a sexist and honestly just had very creepy vibes. Nicole handled his very off putting personality so well. I really think this women deserves a raise.
Got a delivery today of an Amazon package - delivered by USPS - USPS truck - guy on his phone in one hand and in the other hand my package - dropped my package from waist height...never broke his conversation on the phone just turned around and walked away - got it all on video - great image for the USPS who doesnt need any help looking bad right now....
Sunday November 15th, 2020. Total negligence laziness and lack of common sense. I do not know who the delivery person was, but on Sunday not our usual driver who knows we are closed and holds our mail until Monday over the weekend.Delivery of a package worth 100 dollars was thrown over a gate and onto the dirt. Anyone could pick this up and steal the package... You can step through the opening of the gate made to keep cars out not pedestrians of a business that is closed. Had I not come by my business the package would have laid out in the open in the dirt until Monday unless stolen.Very disappointed in the post office personnel responsible or if this is their policy to treat mail like this thank you for your lack of caring for the people to whom you provide a service. Thanks for nothing.
We were told by our HOA that our mail was being held at the post office and we could pick it up. When I tried to pick up my mail, Nicole the post master was rude and obnoxious and refused to give me my mail. She lied and said they could not hold personal mail, but after repeatedly asking for it, she finally gave it to me. She also never bothered to ask for my ID, which is required to pick up personal mail. Fraudulent actions and not following proper protocol by staff at this office!! Nicole should be fired!!
Jeff was courteous & efficient, which isnt always easy to be during this COVID-19 pandemic. The staff at this location is usually efficient, courteous, and professional. This is my home post office, so I use it when Im close to home.This is a difficult time for all of us, and this location is trying to make sure that every patron feels valued and safe. Lines are on the floor to help each patron maintain 6 feet between each other. The wait is a little longer because of the safety precautions in use. But the wait is worth it. I got the stamps I needed, and the information I needed, in a timely manner.
This is the second time now I’ve had something expensive to be delivered and it mysteriously gets delivered to a wrong address? Have a video camera that clearly shows when the mail shows up. Today the package showed as delivered almost an hour before the guy got there. Hmmmm. I think they need to investigate this post office as it seems like I’m not the only person having stuff not showing up. Tired of this terrible service.
Mail is so slow. Too many packages get lost! I want to know where they go? No one wants to help. No one will answer the phone. I have filed claims and been denyed. guaranteed means guaranteed. I had to take the guarantee off of my website because the PO doesnt really guarantee much anymore. Too many stories and disappoints to list here. I use USPS for work because it is the most cost effective way to ship but it has hurt my business tremendously. Customers think its the companys fault when shipping times are slow and packages are lost. Doesnt make us look good.
Do not mail anything out from this post office unless you put tracking on it otherwise it will come up missing. Beware of this location I have had 2 letters disappear, one small piece of an envelope showed up in my mailbox 3 weeks after mailing the other has completely disappeared.
I have not received my mail in a month, I placed an order to get my daughters birth certificate mailed to me since we are from ga, and guess what I never got it. I have went to the location twice just for a Supervisor to make excuses like it has to go through the warehouse several times before coming to them, telling me give it more time. I know for a fact what mail comes and when because I get emails with pictures of the mail. They do not take responsibility for either my mail being stolen or lost. Now anyone could have my child’s vital records. I will be forwarding all my mail to a P.O. Box with ups because these people can not be trusted
I like this location. I’ve been here several times, and rarely waited more than five minutes. There’s always at least two windows open, and I’m usually here at lunch time. I’ve found them to be fast and courteous.

Nicole just helped me verify over the phone that my package would be forwarded to my new address after the sender sent it to my old address. She left me with peace of mind due to the package including a special delivery for my baby shower. She picked up the phone right away, got the necessary details and was friendly and helpful.Anytime I have ever sent a package at this particular USPS location I was always greeted and assisted in a friendly manner. A+.
HORRIBLE POST OFFICE!!This is without a doubt the worst post office in the country. I live in the area and unfortunately must have my mail delivered out of this office. I have had had so many pieces of mail lost that Ive lost count. and when I called to report the missing mail the manager could absolutely care less. she actually told me to just ask my neighbors and see if they have it. imagine if anyone else did that at their job and told their boss or the customer to ask around when questioned as to their whereabouts of their work product and/or property. Unbelievable. because of the ineptitude of this post office I no longer have any trust in the postal service whatsoever. so as much as is possible I avoid having anyone send anything to my home via US mail that I value or wouldnt want the contents made public. Its so bad that I have my online shopping orders sent to my work address just to avoid this post office.
I cant agree with the negative reviews posted about the Neighborhood Post Office on 19N in Palm Harbor. I have visited the office several times in the past 3 years and have always found the people there to be patient and helpful.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My mail carrier doesn’t close my mailbox, I have had bill soaking wet and when I complain the postal supervisor will say my mailbox must be broken. They have come out to my house several times trying to find fault with my mailbox only to realize the postal carrier was just too lazy to close the door. Don’t expect this Post Office to accept responsibility for any problems; they are just there to pick up a pay check.
A woman named Nicole who works there is a complete an utter disgrace as a human being, she is utterly worthless and if she died tomorrow not a single person would care. This entire post office has horrific customer service using foul language, racial slurs referring to customers and are extremely pompous for people who work in a dying industry that won’t have pensions in five years.
Nicole was very friendly, professional and helpful to me. I called up when I needed tracking information and she found out all I needed to know. I was so happy to have my phone call answered and issue resolved. Thank you!

If your mail is delivered out of this post office you can expect to receive at least 70% of it. Where the other 30% goes is anyones guess, but considering you receive other peoples mail from all over Palm harbor, you should take comfort knowing that the strangers who get your precious documents are local. Mail is promptly delivered, rain or shine, four days a week. Sunday is of course a holiday, and the other two no mail days save you from walking to the mail box. The day after these unofficial mail holiday provides exciting entertainment as you can expect your mail carrier to race through your neighborhood at high speeds. Your Packages are tested for durability by your carrier who will gladly drop it at least three feet from the ground.
Im not getting all of mail and there is no doubt it my mind that the mail carrier is stealing it. Ive reported this office to the postmaster general and permanently changed my mailing address. I strongly recommend avoiding this post office.
I sent a package from Palm Harbor Florida to New Mexico regular shipping.9 days later it’s still en route!9 days, I’m thinking they shipped it by 3 legged one eyed yak!The drive is about 20 hours, it’s taking 9 days and they charged me almost $14 to ship a pair of ankle high hiking shoes!Priority mail is as $4.00 more and it would have been there in 2-3 days.Lesson learned, the post office won’t simply change their rates to charge you more all the time, they just drag out your shipment until a 3 legged one eyed yak could have been there faster!This is why people don’t use the post office anymore and fedex, dhl and ups are doing so much biz.I tried to support our agencies, but I don’t like being screwed by them.Fist they said it would be there Saturday by 8:00pm, then Monday by 8:00pm, now Tuesday yup you guessed it, by 8:00pm.Wanna bet on Wednesday by 8:00pm?Never again!!
Unbelievable! My packages were destroyed and when I went into the Palm Harbor, Fl. post office and showed the young man my empty package, he was polite and felt bad requesting his supervisor he thought could help me better. She came out and was quite rude and short with me. She couldnt be bothered with my problem and made it clear it was not her problem, nor did she care that the package was empty! We will further this complaint and will not let this go! its time we also take this up with OVIS here in ozona. I am not aware of anyone in Ozona that has anything nice to say about this branch!!!

Had really great service yesterday. There was an extremely helpful woman helping everyone in line. We had something odd shaped to ship and she kept being us boxes until we found one that fit.
Sent a certified letter could not get a definite delivery using the USPS tracking app.Lots of excuses like carrier forgotten to scan it when it was delivered.The only way I could find out if the letter was delivered, by calling the recipient.Very unreliable tracking information on certified mail.
Substitute mailman couldnt lock the mailbox, so rather taking our mail to the post office, he left all the outgoing mail in the open on top of the large mailbox, which included our residents mail in ballots. The residents took their mail in ballots back and had to drive to the post office to mail them. When we reported it to the Palm Harbor Post Office, Nicole didnt seem to think the mailman leaving mail in ballots out in the open was a big deal.
I had my prescriptions sent on the 10th of July and they have yet to get here (the 29th) I meant with the supervisor who seemed put out with whole process and implied it should be here in a few days. She implied that it was my pharmacy that’s to blame otherwise there’s nothing the post office can do. It would appear to be my problem and my fault. I think it’s a good thing they keep her behind closed doors and away from away from the public.the medication is very important health wise for this to be resolved. Guess. No one seems to read the notice left for redelivery! The phone is the absolute worst and people should answer the damn phone there! This is why I do my best NOT to use the usps for mailing! They must hire folks with a less than 0 IQ!!!
To whom so ever it was that stole the items out of my package & tried sending out my package. Either you give me my money back for the cost of both items or give them back. It’s illegal to steal, illegal to steal out of mail, Take people’s mail. You work at the post office & you either need to fess up or your going to have a rough time. I know you work there because my mom put something in the mail right before the mail truck came, seconds before.The literal worse service & respect EVER. 😡🤬
No one answers the phone. Just rings and rings. This is the Palm Harbor post office in Florida. Its 4:50 and no mail delivery. Called to find out why, and no answer.
I went to get a package that was not able too be delivered. The customer service girl was so rude and dismissive To a customer after the 5th eye roll and 10th sigh and hand slam down on the desk I told her it would be easier to order the wedding gift again rather than deal with her and her rude disrespectful attitude. Dirty blonde hair heavier set woman works at the last counter by the door. Much rather order the wedding gift again than deal with her. Unsatisfactory to say the least.
This Post Offce is supposed to be open until 5PM...so says the official Post Office website...I drove there, arrived at 4:45pm to mail something and they have a sign that says closed at 4:30PM...Guy standing inside waved me off because he decided he doesnt need to abide by the rules and is making his own hours. Post Offices should abide by the legal hours and in my opinion should not be located in commercial gift shop.

Somehow my PO Box keeps getting mislabeled as I complained about it 3 times and still not getting my mail. Also the box rental is overpriced.
Was yelled at felt very disrespected by the Post Master at this location. Before you start disrespecting customers try to find out what the problem is. There is no reason why I should of had to call three times in less than 24 hours.
Constantly delivering to wrong address and none of the phone numbers listed for their office are working.
Packages that are sent to my house routinely arrive already open. One side of tape will be cut and the side of the box has been bent down, or the tape along the top will be torn from the box flap and the flap will be be bent down - someone has clearly had their hands in the boxes! When I try to call to file a complaint I am put on hold for over an hour. My next step will be to file a police report and go from there.

I just had the misfortune of getting my phone call answered by NICOLE very rude, nasty and unprofessional, I kept speaking to her over an issue Im having and she just kept interrupting and speaking over me, no customer service whatsoever you shouldnt be working with the public let alone the post office!
